Drive up service was great. Menu displayed at the order drive up. The service rep was friendly and efficient. The order was ready in 6 mins. They provided napkins and straws. The fries were excellent crisp and warm. The hamburgers were the best fresh and delicious. Parking is located onsite with handicap parking and access. Restrooms are available. This is a popular rest stop for travelers. Will definitely return on our travel on Hwy 95.

The staff were awesome. The manager knew our orders and put time into ensuring accuracy. All the staff were great and the food was Always Hot. Great coffee, especially the decaf. You all were incredibly wonderful.

Drive through customer here. If you’re reading reviews here, you’re probably already considering McDonald’s for your meal. Therefore, you’ve already decided that this is an option that meets your standards. If it does, and if you just want good service from somebody who treats you pleasantly like a human being, look no further. I strolled in through the drive through at 7:35 on a busy Saturday morning. The woman who took my order did so with a smile. I accepted my breakfast from her as she offered a smile and a positive attitude. I’d mention her name if she had a name tag. We collected our simple breakfast and enjoyed it thoroughly before going on about our day.

I stopped in for brefuss on my way to Reno. Hot and fresh! 😋

Just got a coffee. Mc Ds ripped me off for 6200 food points. So I just don't eat there anymore. Missed my favorite coffee shack by a few minutes that evening. The service was excellent the coffee was fresh and tasty.

A welcome sight when traveling thru this tiny town. Located in a prime spot, easy to access and get back on your way, this is a standard McDonald's. Sadly, that means they fired the workers and installed "kiosks". And OF COURSE, the ice cream machine was broken. On the plus side, the restrooms were clean and it's located across the street from a city park.

Basically everything in our order was wrong. The only thing they got right were the two orders of fries. I ordered for three people. One wanted a double hamburger and got a double cheeseburger instead. Another ordered a burger happy meal and got mcnuggets instead. The people were friendly and the service was fast. It just seemed like they were used to taking orders for 1 or 2. It was like, ordering for three people somehow really messed them up.

Typical McDonald's their requirement to use the kiosk is I my view a problem. It's hard to use and when you want to place the order there is not a button that say place order. No you have to review the order and then it's still not clear how to place it. This McDonald's is very small with minimal seating.

Wait time was crazy. I was watching the girl go from the window to back in the kitchen for what seemed like 5 times. Fries were cold. I never thought I would say a mcdonalds burger had too many toppings, but there was so much mustard, ketchup and onions on it that they were pouring out. Literally could only taste mustard.

Only go here if your kids INSIST on McDonalds for some reason. It is a CHORE to get food here. There is no human touch at all. You have to order your food on screens so good luck making any sort of special order. It's wildly understaffed so the restroom is a perpetual wreck and the wait for the food is long. We came here because there were no Wendy's in the town but the next time we drive through we'll figure something else out.

They had to remake his food as someone had stolen his. 🙄🤯 We waited for 18 minutes from the time we placed our order to get our food. We only ordered a cheese burger and a spice chicken sandwich. When I asked how much longer our food was going to take, one of the ladies said we are just waiting on the French fries. I told her we didn't order any french fries. 🤦‍♀️ We thought this was a fast food restaurant, not a sit down restaurant. 🤷‍♀️😂🤣

Stopped in early morning 5am to get a coffee to go. I first walked to the bathroom. The most flies i ever seen in a fast food place flying around. I didn't count but id say minimum 10+. I was 1 of 3 guys and 1 couple there. I could see the frustration on their faces for waiting so long on their orders. All i had was a coffee and waited on it a few minutes then asked if i could go ahead and get it since i didn't have food to be cooked. I only asked bc one employee wasn't doing anything as far as helping with the orders . I don't think anyone was actually in charge, no management stood out to be recognized. I believe this McDonald's had new employees who wasn't trained properly or not enough training to be left alone to run a high demand fast food place like McDonald's. If I could give this zero stars I would. Ordered a breakfast burrito, paid for it. Ten minutes later they say they don't have any. We asked why they sold it if they didn't have any. I asked where the sandwich was and they said it was already made. We never received it. So they make another one. By the time we got it, the order was not only cold, the egg wasn't cooked all the way through and had ham on it. The manager was rude. The lady passing out food was dirty. Wiped her nose and didn't wash her hands. I would never go there again. Very unprofessional workers there.

This is the worst McDonald's in Nevada and possibly the country. Having ordering on the app and going to the drive thru, it took five minutes before I was acknowledged and after spending an additional 10 minutes at the window I was asked to pull around the front in their pickup area. After almost 10 minutes later I went inside to inquire about my order and finally received my order. I never received a apology and found the attendant quite rude. I don't think it should take nearly 30 minutes to get 2 sausage egg McMuffins, totally ridiculous. This location is a joke the menu screen is unreadable and having been there several times in the past and experienced slow service every time I will never return. Avoid at all costs.

Took 35 min for one happy meal and then I got it and went outside to leave and the box wasn’t even put together correctly the whole bottom fell out. 8 people who got there after me some with big orders got their orders first.

I am extremely disappointed and feel it is highly unfair that we have been penalised due to the delays caused by your system being down. As a result, we were unfairly pressured into paying a parking fine, which I believe is unjust. The practices of Met Parking are deeply concerning, and I have come across numerous reviews from other customers who have faced similar issues after dining at your restaurant, even within the allowed 90-minute period. The £100 fine is not a matter of trying to avoid payment, but rather an issue of principle. It is disheartening that your company allows such practices to continue on your premises. I do not seek an apology, nor do I intend to contact customer support further, as I believe this matter speaks to a broader issue that needs addressing. Please understand that your customers should not be subjected to this kind of treatment, especially when your systems are at fault. I expect a resolution and compensation for this situation, which has arisen due to the inefficiency of your systems.

We literally waited 30 minutes. I'm not a fan of McDonald's to begin with but objectively, I don't understand how it could've taken that long. Employees appeared to be working hard, maybe they are just understaffed. But this was on a Tuesday night so not sure if it was really that busy. On a recent visit we had a horrible experience, we ordered ice cream and several customers who ordered after us were served first, when we asked the manager where was our order, he said "you need to wait your turn" we said we have been waiting for 20 minutes and he just looked at us with no comment, we asked for our money back, he said fine, as I was explaining the wait, he put his hand in my face and said, you just need to wait, his customer service was the worst, will never go back to this place again

This location completes orders in their cue before the order is done in order to cheat their order time system. The then work off of printed tickets that often get lost or ignored. I just spent 20 minutes waiting on a coffee and 2 egg mccmuffins. I only got it after asking at the counter and showing my receipt, which they took so they could start my order.

Ordered a kids meal and asked to change for different toy, female manager in red shirt gave me a speech on how they would reprimanded or employment terminated by corporate for exchanging a simple toy that my daughter already has for one she doesn’t. We were on a long drive to Las Vegas when we decided to stop for food and a break to stretch our legs. When we went inside to pick up our mobile order, we were shocked by the unsanitary conditions. It was so disgusting inside that I forgot to take photos, but it's no surprise the food was unappetizing. The bathroom, tables, and presence of flies were all very off-putting. This McDonald’s does not have friendly, efficient, or smart employees. I was charged ($14.47) for 20 Piece McNuggets with (2) Medium Fries…the menu clearly displayed $(12.19) for that combo. Next, I was charged ($13.16) for (4) McDoubles…the menu reads Buy one get one for $1… which means I should’ve been charged ($8.58). The explanation the employee tried to give me was…Those prices are only for mobile app orders. Are you kidding me. This is the only McDonald’s that has ever charged me a different price than what’s displayed on the menu screen. On top of being overcharged, I was given a watered down soda, and the employees were very rude. Shame on these employees.

Sadly I went into this restaurant, was greeted with no menu on the menu board only a notice that I had to use the mobile app or the kiosk, so there was no way to order food off of the menu without going to the kiosk which was surrounded by people who were waiting for their orders so I waited patiently at the counter for someone to come and talk to me and when they did I told them that not having the menu up on the menu board was a load of crap. They kicked me out of the store because I was using foul language in front of children. Are you kidding me?

What is the point of having a self order station where you input your order, only for it to be made wrong? I'll admit ordering a triple cheeseburger with extra meat and bacon is probably not normal, but it fit a keto/Atkins/old person low carb diet. After taking 5 minutes to input my order myself on the slow screen, the order still came or wrong and I was charged for all of the extra meat. Fail all around. My fault for stopping at McDonald's. Didn't bother going back in to complain or get it fixed as we wasted enough time inputting and waiting for the meal to be made.

Came here on our road trip down to Arizona. The lady complained that she was the only one upfront. There was about 20-30 people waiting for food as the workers were arguing and messing around. as they were we could hear the lady say that she was sick. If you are sick you should not be at work that handles food of any type. Took us about 20 Minutes to get out of there, but atleast the fries are hot.

I was truly shocked by the state of this McDonald's. My wife and I visited on Sunday, September 1st around 2:15 PM and was immediately put off by the filthy conditions. The floor was littered with footprints, trash, with both inside and outside trash bins overflowing. The ladies' bathroom was missing soap, and every single table was dirty and sticky. Also the front counter hadn't been cleaned in some time. While I understand that this is the only fast-food option for miles, there's no excuse for such a lack of cleanliness. I hope this review motivates the management to take action and improve the overall experience for their customers.

Pulled in at 10:57 for a drink and fries since they are the ONLY thing open for miles. I was in line behind 2 other cars that both were able to order and get their food, somehow I was the unlucky one who got the "sorry, were closed." I looked at my clock after waiting in line and it said on my phone 10:59 so I mentioned that and the girl in the window said "We have alarms, and it says 11:00 for us." I get that you want to go home, but that was pretty rude considering you served the two cars who lined up RIGHT in front of me that you can clearly see on camera. The white SUV who ordered in front of me even had to go back through the line, so it must not have been that hard to continue to serve food. 🙃

I waited behind 4 vehicles to get food for someone else, 1 hour and 44 minutes, blocked in with no friggin chicken exit. This was back in 2021. I called left really rude voicemail and received call back. LMFAO First, never tell me that I can't say the defaming slanderous things that I said, because that's what your job is. Second, everyone knows that when I say never again, I mean never. My kid wanted a frappe, and I told her not gonna happen and not gonna wait but she went anyway and waited over 15 minutes, all the while blaming me for her waiting. I have rules for a reason and McDonald's is just another added place to my 86 list.

What a piece of garbage. Nothing is working. No ice cream. Most coffee drinks unavailable. Trash everywhere. Tables are dirty. Floors are a mess. Filled my glass 3/4s of the way. I have been in hundreds of McDonald's in my 60+ years. This is absolutely the worst.

This place is horrible. The food was cold. The fries were cold. My whole experience was horrible and terrible super dissatisfying. The employees are rude. The manager was disrespectful. The establishment itself was not run right I got here at 9:49 PM and it doesn’t close till 11 PM. Nobody came to the window. Nobody came to the drive-through. Nobody came to the front door. The front door was locked by 9 PM. This is probably the worst McDonald’s in the country that I’ve ever been to.

Nastiest McDonalds I have ever been to. chicken was hard as a rock we wouldn't even feed it to our dog. Never in my life would I expect a McDonalds to be soo bad. looked like it had not been cleaned in hours. food on the floor crap on the tables. choose to eat in truck instead of inside. No mirror in mens bathroom. I counted 11 flies in the bathroom. You would think with all of the bad reviews the owners would do something. obviously they dont care. That place could be a goldmine if manage properly Never again

Took a long time to get our order. Order was wrong. Flies every where and unkept. The toilet paper roll holder fell off the wall. They were out ice cream. Will never go back. It was disgusting.

Very rude morning shift dude at front counter. I placed a mobile order and when i went to pick it up 15 mins later, the dude told me that it wasnt in their system. I showed him the app with the code and also my receipt. He kept saying no, and when i asked him about a refund, he turned around and ignored me. I was just standing there for like 10 mins and got bo help at all. My order still says to pickup at this Mcdonalds. I have never had an issue orderinf here till now. The dude was extremely unprofressional. Never ordering from this Mcdonalds again.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This is the single worst McDonald's in existence. So bad that I took a 25$ L at McDonald's in Hawthorne NV.. The food I was given was both burnt and cold. Meaning it must have been under the heater for a crazy length of time to be burnt. Yet somehow not close enough to it for so long it was cold. Look the burger is burnt (and cold) and the cheese isn't even melted. So they took an old burger, slapped some cheese on there and sold it to me. Have you ever experienced that at a McDonald's? Maybe the fries on a bad day but burgers and nuggets too?! I expressed my issue to the manager who said "it's fine" (that the food was perfect and didn't need replaced). At which point I took the photo of my burger patty. Then put everything back in the bag and set it on the counter. Told them it was inedible and left. I have to say that just from standing in the room I could see, The management is a train wreck. The staff and training is not up to par. The protocols of the franchise are not implemented
