I had a great experience tonight in the drive- thru at 9:30 this evening. Order was taken by a guy name Kobe. Such great customer service he provided. I've been through this particular Carl's Jr before, but never received service like he provided. First he took our big order which was a complicated order. We added things and took things off.. . He repeated the order back to us exactly as we requested . We get to the window, and as we were watching, Kobe filling drinks, taking orders, answering the question my husband asked, getting the food, he was multitasking like I've never seen and not to mention how polite he was. My husband asked him if he was the manager and he replied, " no" my husband told him that he definitely should be. Great customer service, Kobe! You were so prompt and definitely hope we see you again in the drive thru

Messed up my order because they didn't put my order on the screen in the drive thru. They then made me do a return on their incorrect order so they could charge me full price on the correct order. They even took back the old bad burger, so hopefully, they didn't sell that. This was done by the shift supervisor on staff as well. Unbelievably bad service. Update: the customer service has vastly improved since I last came here. There was a miscommunication on my order in my most recent visit, and it was corrected no questions asked! Very happy with the improvement.

Ok, in the past I have this place a bad revew, and I always tried to avoid going jn to eat. But now there is a different shift manager and she has got her act together. Many times I can see they're short handed, but they get the order right. Most of all, the shift manager is nice, polite and respectful.

The food was fresh and delicious. My fries were crispy and not soggy. I got more than 1 sauce which was amazing. The ladies were so nice and they were cleaning tables around us to make sure everything was clean.

This is our preferred Carl's Jr location. Typically little to no errors, minimal wait times/drive thru is seldom packed out into the lot. The staff is also nice and expedited service rapidly. Usually only have to pull forward from drive thru and wait in front if we have made a large order in which case the food is always extra fresh and super hot it seems. Today was no exception, placed a rather large order in the drive thru, asked to pull forward and wait in front, waited less than 5 min, food was super hot/ the fries were piping hot (always gotta sample the fries before leaving the lot) the only error this time was they forgot our condiments but no biggie we will survive as we have a mini stock pile of extras at home

Great food , fresh & never misses a beat doesn’t matter what time it is. Oscar the general manager is extremely help and makes you feel not rushed and i a great people person truly from the heart! You guys hired a great person I hope he goes far in life at what he does! I appreciate him for always making sure the food is fresh for his customers & keeping a good attitude every time I come especially! The food here is so much better than other Carls! It reminds me of how Carl’s Jr was back in the day! I think they have really good management too, I know Oscar is one of the managers and he’s awesome! Goes above and beyond! Carls Jr is very lucky to have him! They need to put him in the commercial!

HAND-SCOOPED MILKSHAKES! Carl's Jr. has some of the best fast food milkshakes. I can always count on my go-to Oreo Milkshake when I stop by. I made a late-night visit on a Tuesday and the drive-thru was amazing. I didn't have to wait long and the staff was super professional. Stetson's Carl's Jr. has a solid ambiance, I don't run into any crazy folks at this spot, even at night I feel safe.

Really great associates, clean dining area, clean kitchen and clean restrooms. The food is really great, my favorites are the charbroiled chicken club paired with Zucchini, and you cant beat the original classic star cheeseburger and onion rings. The chicken stars are always a big hit with my teenagers. This location was absolutely wonderful, kudos to the management team.

It's Carl's Jr, there isn't really much to say. They're very well standardized and they're one of the few fast food places that are major chains where the burger looks like what you get in the photo. I think the menu could use a little bit of shaking up, and I find the interiors a little outdated but thankfully usually hit the drive throughs

This location has been nice and clean 👌 every time we have been there to eat inside. 😋 Also, there hasn't really been any nonsense or drama. You have to ask to use the restroom (which is on the inside of the building ), but , I'll tell you what, that's one very clean restroom 🚻 😉. That says something to me personally 😉 like you take pride in your surroundings.

They closed off part of the dining area at night so being an introvert it made it uncomfortable being forced to sit among strangers. Also they ran out of pineapples so I had to choose other than the teriyaki burger. The plus was a discount for the inconvenience. So I'm not counting off for that. The service was great and the food was hot. Meal brought to me with condiments. Clean atmosphere

My mother came in with a coupon of buy a combo and get a famous star for free. She had to verbally fight for the coupon to be accepted. The manager was persistent in giving her a 20% off which in my opinion doesn’t make any sense? Why make the coupon at all at that point if you have managers that don’t want to honor them? Thankfully another manager stepped and resolved the issue with ease and she got her Famous Star! The food is rather tasty and quite fresh for fast food stores! Personally it’s still good in my opinion aside from this whole situation!

Thank you for honoring your posted dining room hours, UNLIKE McDonald's across the street! Koba was very kind and helpful with mentioning promos and coming to the table with our order. We felt very welcome. As expected for this chain. Drive thru was not forthcoming with specials and discounts, which was disappointing, as I asked. Promo posters were only visible AFTER drive thru pickup and not mentioned on the menu at all.

I stopped by Carl's Jr on my way to visit my husband in the hospital. With my mind on other things I hadn't eaten anything all morning and afternoon. I stopped by there because I remembered they served fried zucchini, then I ordered chicken stars and a drink to go, travel food. Everything was fresh and hot. I just dumped the zucchini and chicken stars in the bag and off i went. It helped take the hunger pains away and kept me focused while on my way to the hospital. Oh I also ordered 2 cookies 🍪 one for him and one for me. 🎉 I have the app but forgot my password. I think it's sad when you need an app to get a discount or a free item. But my overall experience was good. I used to work at a Carl's Jr in temecula in the 90's. Maybe that's why I felt comfortable eating there. Anyway everything was tasty and I'm sure all be returning again. The service was great the young man behind the counter was cheerful and accommodating 🎉

Went for a quick bite but it wasn’t busy when I went. The tables were all dirty and floor was a mess. There was ice I almost slipped. They need to have check every 15 minutes or so less to make sure dining area is clean and safe to walk. Burgers did not taste good. Only the fries and dessert tasted better. Not going there anymore.

I don't know why but whenever we order through a drive-thru they never give us our drinks, it's like the second or third time it happens, where they just give us our order, say goodbye, close the window and you wait but the drinks don't appear, and we are always left with doubts because they charge us for the drinks but they don't give it to you, I don't usually eat here often, but it's weird that it always happens when I order through Drive-Thru. 😐

I went here this morning and purchased a Breakfast Burger. No problem with the burger, however I didn't receive my full change of $12.37.. I realize that .02 cents is meager, yet it's my .02 cents. This seems to be a common practice. When a business doesn't have any pennies in their cash drawer, they still should never short change the customer. Don't have .02 cents, give the customer a nickel. If a business does this throughout the day to their customers, they are receiving more money than they should, at the customers expense. Just saying... Money is tight, these days. Every penny counts.

Gotta change my review of two years ago from 5 star to 1 star on service. Lisa has an attitude that doesn't belong in customer service.

Ordered online, food was cold and the size of the burger so small.

2/17/24 at around 730pm Went through the drive through tonight and ordered 2 meals a famous star with cheese no ketchup meal and a double western bacon meal and neither of these meals were edible. Each burger had so much sauce,including the ketchup we specifically asked to NOT put on the famous star, the buns were sooo soggy they fell apart and they werent even burgers anymore not to mention they were so sloppily made like a toddler made them. That's unfortunate because Carl's is already expensive bc apparently its quality meat/food but this location the quality has declined and fast in the past year. It's like the workers don't care but will gladly take our money like all these other fast food places which isn't right. Without us customers coming in then you guys would have no paycheck. Makes me sad bc Carl's was once my favorite go to burger and maybe I will be back but just not to this location. You all should be embarrassed that this is the kind of food you give to the public that pay alot of money to attempt to enjoy.

So I was hungry for something quick while driving thru the mountains on my way out from Hemet. I swing thru their drive for fries and a drink. I was told that I was hard to understand, of course my fault. After all that it took to get this simple order in, they couldn't remember if they gave me my food and drink and even asked if they gave me the wrong size drink. What??? Finally got my fries and drink only to find they changed their fries and boy are they NASTY! Never again! Needless to say... I was hungry driving thru the mountains.

I went in there for breakfast and stood there for 15 minutes and the lady didn't even acknowledge me. There wasn't even any other customers in the restaurant. I guess the 2 cars in the drive thru were too much for her to handle. Rude and ridiculous. I finally left and went to McDonalds across the street. Plus the lady making the food wasn't wearing sanitary gloves. Pretty gross.

I just got off of a ten hour night shift and decided to order some food on the way home (breakfast). The app wouldn't let me switch the drink from coffee to orange juice,so I figured they could just change it when I get there and mention it at the drive thru speaker. I mentioned it and they told me to go ahead and pull forward. When I got to the window they said "My boss won't let me switch the drinks." Why couldn't they just switch the drinks when it was their app that was broken? Never coming back to this Carl's Jr. again.

I clearly said onion rings and they gave me a XL. Ruined the rest of my night. The cashier needs to repeat the order. This was located in hemet. Happened around 7. I trusted the customer service and was disappointed.

My husband ordered through the drive thru and brought our food home. After getting done with most of the meal I pulled one of the fries out and noticed it had a human hair stuck to it. I was immediately disgusted. I called the restaurant and when I explained what happened they asked to bring the reciept in and they would replace my fries. I mentioned how we both had pretty much finished with our meal and they would just go to waste. To which I was told nothing could be done for me since I decided to eat my whole meal before giving them a call about the hair on my French fry. This was not the case, believe me had I known that hair was there I would not have ate ANY of it. I asked the person on the phone who said was Kobe V , the shift lead, if he found hair on his food would he still want more food from the same kitchen? And he replied by saying he would just pick the hair off and keep eating. Inspect your food before eating or better yet just visit another location.

I came through the drive through about 30 minutes ago. When I ordered my chicken tenders I asked for BBQ sauce, the receipt specifically said BBQ sauce as well but I somehow ended up with ranch in my bag. I have a food allergy to ranch. Kimberly A seemed to be in a rush when giving my food to me, she was so quick to close the window I could barely tell the girl to have a good night. Not sure if she was overwhelmed but she needs to work on her customer service and slow down just a bit so she is accurate

yea.. to the girl who was at the window at 7:50 a.m. 11/19/2025 probably should be kept in the back and away from people. there were two cars total and we ordered small and only asking for a ranch on the way out which she did not offer anything else by the way. i can hear her sigh from the other seat and see her roll her eyes. nothing else from her. just rude attitude. girl your job is not that hard. i work in restaurants and by this time of day im already rushing around the kitchen. attitude is not worth dealing with in the slightest. if she doesnt like it then i hear other jobs are hiring. im not going back. if shes not having a good day then boo hoo.at least that clears up how she acts when shes not up to it.

The cars were lined up and the guy that took my money was the only one working The food that I got was not that good in fact I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo and received a breakfast burrito combo. I really loved this location 3413 W Florida Ave But this place took a turn for the worse. I’ve been going to this Carl’s Jr only because their service and food WAS excellent, but now the new “shift leads” and employees who work in the window/taking orders really need a attitude fix. Today they were very rude taking my order then once I got to the window I had my food and card thrown back in my face. I understand that sometimes people have bad day but it’s just the same over and over again. I will not be giving my business to this place again once they get some people who actually enjoy their job.
