This Taco Bell was renovated, including the speakers. Music was fairly loud, so it was a different experience.

Food was served nice and hot and prepared properly. Nice remodel but could not stay to enjoy. Music was extremely loud. Could barely hear the workers. When mentioned they said that's what happened when they remodeled and they couldn't adjust.

Ordered my food for pick-up, but wasn't ready by the ETA given to me in the app. Went in to get my order because the drive thru was packed, but they hadn't even started my order. Waited about 10mins or so in the lobby as they were backed up on orders and seemed short staffed. When I finally got my order, it was missing some items. Didn't go back to get it fixed, solely because it was already busy and didn't wanna deal with the hassle or be a burden. Music inside the lobby is way too loud.

Might as well just give me the taco shell since there's barely any beef ! Good customer service, and it was late at night, didn't want to complicate anything but the amount of beef in the taco?

No value for your money!! Ordered the Burrito Supreme...waste of time & money.. Worth maybe $2..not 6.. Everything is geared in the stores favor.. to make the most money.... Customer comes last

"Need help with the kiosk," I'm asked by an employee. "I can't find the item on the screen up there, " I responded. "Oh, let me help you, " she said. (She looks the item up on the kiosk only to also not find it there.) "Oh, that must've been discontinued since the kiosk is up to date and that screen is not." That's false advertising Taco Bell. That is also horrible customer service.

The food was typical Taco Bell nothing special but they literally have the music BLASTING. I asked the manager to take it down a bit and she said the owners keep it on blast to keep people out of the lobby. She sad the workers can’t even eat lunch the music is so loud. Sad they make their employees work in this environment

Taco Bell in Valle Vista had the nerve to post an EBT accepted here Poster on the front of the Restaurant and then when you went in to eat they said they weren't doing EBT anymore. It lasted maybe 1 week. I had ordered already then had to pay Cash, was unable to use the EBT Card.

THIS IS A BEFFY FIVE LAYER !!!! The description of a beefy five layer is below. This was ONE tortilla with everything thrown inside. I told the lady I want one beefy five layer but with no nacho cheese on that I want shredded cheese between the tortillas instead of nacho cheese. I was very descriptive of what I wanted. Then I told her I wanted a regular beefy five layer. I ordered about 3-4 other things, when I went through my bag after pulling away from the driveway I was missing a burrito so I had to run inside and the lady had to figure out which burrito I didn’t have, after that I got home this is what I had for my beefy five layers

full of incompetent workers who can’t fulfill orders with everything in them. i was missing so many items from my order i didn’t even realize until i got home. reelonda make sure everything is in the bag next time before you serve it. i still paid full price for items that i didn’t receive.

The tostada shell was very hard and stale hard to chew waste of money. Didn't give the amount of sauces requested while other Taco Bell down the road always gives plenty of sauces for large order.

Ordered through drive thru and was specific on getting BEEF chalupas instead of chicken. Got home and still got CHICKEN even though the receipt clearly says BEEF. Not the first time this happens. Cooks need to pay attention better.

Doors are locked during business hours, drive thru only. Window advertisements covering the windows, looks like they dont want anyone inside at all. 2 cars came out of drive thru in 10 minutes. After reading all other reviews, looks like they should just shut this place down. They seem to not want any business. We left without ordering anything.

I went to Taco Bell in a good mood, but I left feeling frustrated. Here’s what happened: I'm on a hot meal program that lets me buy hot food at specific restaurants due to my disability. When it was time to order, I asked for some assistance. The employee took my order, then scanned my card at the drive-through and returned to ask for my PIN. I wasn’t comfortable sharing my PIN, so they had me walk into the drive-through to enter it manually, which felt unsafe, but I wanted my damn burritos with extra sour cream and nacho cheese I ordered a family package with 4 burritos and 4 tacos, and I specifically requested extra sour cream and extra nacho cheese. When my order arrived, I noticed that there was barely any of either topping. I had to explain the situation, and one employee suggested I needed to be charged again for the extra toppings. Luckily, I had my receipt, which confirmed my original order. Eventually, they did give me the nacho cheese and sour cream on the side, but they wanted to give me these little small cups half-filled. I told them I need 4 cups of nacho cheese and 4 cups of sour cream to accompany my order. Another associate mentioned they were only allowed to put a limited amount on the burritos. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, and I’ve been there before, but they shouldn’t take their frustration out on customers. Despite this experience, I plan to give Taco Bell another try in the future, hoping for a better out come.
