pesimo servició pesimo sevicio al cliente pedi una enselada y me hecharon pura lechuga la mediana lleva 2 de pollo y no me hecharon nada ademas de que pague una extra y tampoco lo hecharon incomible la ensalada pesima calidad de los ingredientes la del teléfono disque encargada y no tuvo la capacidad de solucionar, no consuman ahi, caras las cosas y malas, lastima que aqui no hay para calificar estrellas negativas no le daria ni las gracias

Terrible service, ordered through Uber Eats, the lettuce was bad, they didn't deliver the chicken, they sent more croutons than chicken (we asked them not to mix them and they did).

If you're reading this, don't order from this place or buy anything. Honestly, their salads are terrible. They arrive soggy because they don't dry the lettuce properly, and that ruins the whole salad. The fried food is soggy, and their dressings are tasteless. Order from other places; they might be a little more expensive, but the quality is much better than this place.

I used to love this place for its food, atmosphere, and service. Now the food leaves much to be desired. The soup is dry and hard, the ham is cut into huge chunks, the broccoli is practically served whole, and the dressings are too runny and lack the flavor they used to have. The service was good when I was taking orders, but when we stayed to eat, the young women working there were incredibly loud and constantly swearing. I understand they're young, but they're on the job and should moderate their language in front of customers. It was a very uncomfortable environment to enjoy your meal. I think the staff should be more polite to customers out of respect for those eating there. However, we left with a very bad taste in our mouths because of the loudmouth and the constant comments about closing time and not serving anyone else. They felt like subtle digs while we were eating. Not to mention, I don't think it's hygienic to have the floor cleaner bottle on top of the food counter. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I hope it's not the same in the other branches and that they pay more attention to the cold bar.

I ordered a large salad for delivery. I asked for two types of dressing and croutons. It's supposed to be delivered, and if there are two types of dressing, you have to choose which one to put on it. It came to me all tossed, the croutons all soaked, and everything was tossed from the combined dressings. You have to use your discretion, and if it's for delivery, they should give you the things separately. I mentioned it when I placed the order. It was a very bad experience because I didn't get any fresh salad.

It was an order through Didi Food. I ordered it at 8:13 and it arrived at 9:45. It was incomplete, it seems they ate it and the salad was poorly made. Guadalupe served me. I don't know if it was during the delivery or at the location, but it was still a bad experience.

A very bad experience at this place. I bought a large salad and found a hair in it. I called the person who served me and they assured me it wasn't theirs because they wear hairnets. When the girl rang me up, she wasn't wearing one. She asked me to bring the salad back so they could check if the hair was from one of them and see if they could give me a refund. I didn't bring the salad back because my house was too far away. I'm not going back to that place, especially since the person I spoke to shirked responsibility. I wasn't going to waste my time on lies, which is basically what the person who served me implied.
