I just wanted to thank the store employees and Manager Ninette she is the sweetest. As a busy mom, whether we come through the drive through or sit to dine in. The service and food is always great. 👌 Keep up the great work!!

We just used the drive-thru, but service was quick even though the breakfast burrito was made after we ordered it. I was also pleasantly surprise that the prices were reasonable even after the minimum wage increase.

We have visited this location twice recently, once being thru drive thru for dinner and the other inside for breakfast. Both times our orders were fast, fresh (the biscuits are the best!), and accurate. Just wanted to also praise the morning crew, I was especially impressed with them. In these days customer service skills are lacking, however, We watched one of the crew members being very kind, compassionate, and showing a lot of patience with an elderly woman trying to order. It's a reminder that there is still hope for the younger generation.

They were nice and much different experience than I expected. I thought I was going to get mc donald's service, instead I got way better. Once I entered I was greeted by the manager. He also took my order, and since there was no one behind me continued with small talk. My hamburger did not look like the picture but because of the good service I did not mind.

I didn't have exact change for my combination meal, and the drive through clerk was super understanding. They gave me an adequate amount of time to fish out the requisite number of quarters that I had lost in my seat cushions and made sure that the chicken tender meal was perfect for my date that night.

Actually not bad. Burgers are always delicious. But the fries can be hit or miss. Can't recall ever having an issue with my food though. Definitely one of my go-to burger places given the area.

Ninette is an amazing asset to this company! I really love her attitude and how positive and real she is. I have a Carl's Jr that's way closer to me but I rather drive a little to this Carl's Jr because of the excellent service!

Great food (always fresh and high quality) very fast friendly service (great employees!) but what I don't like is last time there were like 4 people hanging out by the drive through entrance. It was hot, they were probably just trying to stay in the shade but you never know which one could rob you as you wait in line so I left and went to Burger King.

Ordered a single cheese 🍔, fries 🍟 and a drink! Let me tell you, the burger brought me back to the 80s when I used to take my kids to the Moreno Valley Carl's jr. Tasty, juicy burger, fresh tomato, super crispy lettuce, crisp onion, 😋 no joke, was only expecting a cheese hamburger with warm lettuce, semi soft bun, tomato out of a bin. I bite into the burger, and seriously, when I say wow, I mean wooow. I'm going back again for more in a few days. This is how impressive it caught me by surprise. I've gone to Jack-in-the box, Burger King, other know burger places, but never, never has the taste caught me like this.

I recently visited Carl's Jr. and was extremely pleased with my experience. I used the drive-thru and was impressed with how fast and friendly the service was. My order was correct and arrived hot, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was nothing missing from my order, which can sometimes be an issue at fast-food restaurants. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at Carl's Jr. and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast and friendly service, and a delicious meal. The strips of bacon are fresh , the burger was neatly put together. This is the Western burger that people desire when we come to Carl’s Jr. and pay premium for a burger. It's my go to place when I'm doing my laundry because chicken tender 5 dollar meal is wonderful even get a chocolate chip cookie. I love their tenders and criss cross fries.

Need more employees and the decor is very plain but good food 2 for 5$ is a good buy.

Generally it is a good place and they do a good job. Sometimes they forget an order of fries but they are quick to fix it if you point it out.

Nice that they've added the Vegan Beyond Burger to the menu. It's a nice alternative to meat and if you get it "well done", you get the Famous Star taste and feel without the red meat. Costs a little more, but worth it if you are cutting down on meat.

This Carl's Jr. is pretty legit! The customer service is usually really good. More so during the daytime vs the nighttime. The food is always prepared on point.

Isaiah is such a good shift manager. He is so much nicer than the lady who quibbles over adding additional costs for the prices. The rest room rarely smells fresh. But, it's very quiet and pleasant here and Isaiah has such good manners and is so gracious and shows hospitality and caring.

Don't ever order a salad from them! It was all the yellow lettuce and hard white part, bitter! Two thin slices of tomato, 3 purple onion rings, I think an attempt to out shredded cheese and thin piece of grilled chicken that tastes like it had bbq sauce on it. Terrible salad! I came home and remade it! Especially for the price! Their new Truffle burger doesnt look at all like the picture (of course) and the sauce on it tasted like tarter sauce! Not very good. The only thing I like from them is their Western Bacon Cheeseburger and onion rings!

The new guacamole burger was terrible. It's not like anything they advertise on TV. It was cold, dry and no flavor. The cashier Jamie was rude and was constantly yelling at staff in the kitchen. We asked Jaime for a few napkins and ended up giving us at least 50 napkins and stated I hope that is enough napkins for you and laughed as he walked away. I AM SO DONE WITH CARLS JR.

Went to get food for someone here. Got home with no straw and no napkins. Aren't these part of meal with drink. At 5pm on July 5th, 2022,lady at window did not give me these necessary items.

Four times I've been there, well ive tried to anyways. They seem to never have ice cream and the shake machine is always ... ALWAYS down. You would think they could get that fixed. So not only do I not get a shake but now I get to sit in the drive thru while the others in front of me slowly, and I mean slowly get their "fast food". The one time I did order food the fries tasted like old oil, they "forgot" the zucchini and onion rings. When we called we were told that sometimes "it happens" when the drive thru is busy...

They got my order totally wrong. I asked for lettuce wrapped and it wasn't. I asked for ranch and there was none. No one answers the telephone. I asked for no mustard on the children's burger and there is mustard. This is the third time that they have gotten my order incorrect. I won't be going back....and it was not busy. No one was in front of us or behind us in the drive through.

**This location consistently closes earlier than their posted hours and so they receive 1 star for lying... I have been to this location approximately 30 times and 7 of those instances I was unable to purchase anything due to the "fryer breaking down" (4 times) and other "mechanical breakdowns" the other 3 times. These "breakdowns" always occur within 30 minutes of their normal closing time, which is obviously a lie so they can shut down early. Generally their food and service is aligned with industry standard "junk food" so I would normally give them 3 stars. On a more personal note; I think they suck, specifically for (cumulatively) wasting approximately 210 minutes of my life ( 7 trips x 30 minutes = 210 minutes or 3.5 hours). So in closing boo to Carl's Jr.

I like carls jr food, but it seems its always a nightmare where I go to get it. This specific location is notorious for taking a very long time to get your food. Ive also been given the wrong order a several times. Tonight was kind of the last straw. Ordered my bacon swiss no problem, lady repeated my order at back to me twice correctly, paid for my food with no problem. I was then told to pull to the curb to wait for my order. Couple minutes later lady brought my food out. Perfect, no i can go across the street to get my meds from CVS. upon opening my box for my sandwich i found there was no bread, no lettuce, no tomato, no bacon, no swiss.... instead i got chicken tenders... Not driving back up to fix it, never coming back. This location is always excessively long waits and wrong orders. maybe they dont like me? Who knows not my problem anymore.

Went to get burgers for my brother, sister in law and myself. Waited for over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 4 cars in it and 6 in the parking lot. Had the worst experience today, and I waited 10 minutes just to order on the drive-through. I couldn't back up since there was a car behind me. I ordered 2 HAND-BREADED BACON SWISS CHICKEN SANDWICH COMBO Sandwich had lettuce, tomato, bacon, Swiss cheese and breaded chicken on a potato bun. I asked for no mayo on one of the sandwiches. The sandwiches we received had only pickles. I also ordered 3-PIECE HAND-BREADED CHICKEN TENDERS WITH BBQ SAUCE. When I finally drove up to the window, it took a few minutes to get my food after I had paid. When I looked inside the bag, there was no BBQ sauce, not even napkins. I tried to get the drive-through employee back to the window, and I ended up knocking on the window when she finally came back she had food in her mouth as she was chewing a mouth full of food she ask what did I want. I told her she had forgotten my BBQ sauce and had no napkins. She rolled her eyes and got the items. Overall, this location service has gone down. When I got home, my chicken tenders were burned, and my sandwiches were completely wrong.

I visited this location last Friday, June 10th. The manager was frequently complaining about his check not being read thg and getting loud with the drive through associate. His entire demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional. I chose to return this Wednesday, June 14 to find that the lobby is closed for dine in. Over 90 degrees outside, no signage posted, and I'm knocking on the locked door for 2 minutes. No associate comes to explain to me that they are closed nor is there any sign posted to explain as such. I will never return to this place again.

The weren’t fresh the bread and lettuce were soggy and it had lots of mayonnaise that made it even worse took a bite after that straight to the trash can. I have frequented this establishment for many years. I like Carl’s Jr. I truly do. Fast food junkie. This one is killing it for me though. It’s always consistently not great. The burgers are always dry as if they had been sitting for long periods of time. The fries are never fresh. The drive through is generally slow. Recently CJ has started using AI and it doesn’t read back the stuff on the screen. I was worried about if the order was right as to not waste everybody’s time and the staff not great with customer service.
