First time at this location and it was BUSY! Must have been 40 cars in the drive thru...so I ordered inside. There were only 7 waiting inside. The food was perfect! Staff was so cheerful and kind. In-n-Out is the only fast food spot that thrives in a crowd. We ate outside and the tables were nice and clean.

Best burgers around. Surprising low amount of waiting for a Friday night. Order Fries (Well) if you like crispy fries. If I am taking food home, I order regular fries and then use Air Fryer to heat them up and get them crispy without being overdone.

Randomly stopped here after a trip to Big bear, and I have to say, this is the best damn In N Out I’ve ever been to. Everything was clean, the employees were nice, and my burger was made to perfection, and to tell you the truth, it looked like the burger in the images and tasted like it. My well done fries? Perfectly fried, with each bite crisping to eternal bliss. All the employees that worked on 3/17 deserve a FAT RAISE for their exceptional service and culinary skills. Yup

One of the main things I really love about In-N-Out Burger is no matter which location you go to you can expect the same quality from the service you receive from the employees to the food you will receive. This location is no exception the food is always delicious and the staff is always very friendly. I love this place a lot it's a go to spot for me.

I like to order just sodas at in n out because they're cheap and the ratio of soda-to-carbonation is spot on. Usually they're poured right as I order so by the time I'm up there's it's a little condensation on the cup - not ideal but I get it. Tonight though was a little different. Ian waited until I was close to the window before pouring so I had as fresh of a carbonation as possible. I know that it probably doesn't matter on the timing of pour, but the fact that he thought of this and waited before pouring meant far more to me than having it ready immediately. It was a very kind gesture at one of the nicest fast food chains.

One of the greatest 🍔 burgers in California! It's a little messy, but so delicious. Always made fresh. The French Fries are excellent, too. Service is usually very quick, even when there is a long line. The parking lot is small and fills up fast, but there are lots available in this plaza. You might have to walk a little, is all. This In N Out, located in the Lowes/LA Fitness shopping center off Greenspot Rd., is always a busy store, but they still crank out the the orders out quickly. The drive-through can get a bit overwhelming, especially during the evening, so we usually just park and order from within the store. It's a clean restaurant and the staff have always been very hospitable. I enjoy coming here.

I travel in California a lot. Every time I’m in a different city than my own I eat out at In-N-Out. While other places are still good I always end up comparing them to this location because it’s just that great. I’ve never had any issues and my food is always superb here

Our order was ready fairly quickly and was as tasty, as always. For the price it will remain my go-to for on-the-go burgers. I love that I can get extra pickles, tomato and lettuce to make it a salad on a bun.

This in n out in Highland puts the flying Dutchman on individual papers, so it's easier to pickup, AND they put an extra lid in the bottom of the box to keep the grease from bleeding onto your lap! Absolutely fantastic!!!

Another great In-N-Out experience. We stopped here on the way heading up to big bear. It’s super conveniently located right off the freeway. This is actually one of the bigger in and outs that I’ve ever been in. My son walked in and was surprised to even see the bathroom in a different location. There’s a ton of parking, lots of seating outside, and it’s a very clean restaurant. The staff was very helpful and the fries were perfect!

Then he said "what else." Not as a question but more like a statement and very bluntly. My husband ordered his thing "can i get a number 1 please? And the burger lettuce-wrapped?" The guy, once again with an attitude said "okay so thats called protein style not "lettuce wrapped"". Me and my husband stared at each other like, what is this guy's problem? Then he repeated our order saying the two burgers and fries, said "thats it? Youre not missing anything?". My husband said "yes thats it". The guy then said "no drinks? Youre not missing anything else?" It made it seem like he was purposely leaving out that he didnt get the drink that comes with the #1. My husband asked "doesnt the #1 come with a drink?" maybe the menu changed and we didnt know. No, the guy said "well i dont know what drink you want if you dont tell me". Like what??? You didnt ask what drink we wanted??? Usually they ask all the questions! Anyways we got the drink and he just told us to pull forward, didnt even tell us the total. Very disappointed in this In N Out. It started off bad when placing my order, up until I received my food. Guy in the drive thru taking orders second guessed himself when placing my order, girl at the first window attempted to repeat my order and read it incorrectly. When I corrected her, she stared at me with an attitude. Mind you, it's already irritating enough having to wait almost 20 minutes just to reach the first window to pay. I wasn't in the mood of arguing or calling her out on her bad attitude, so I left it alone, because trust me, I'm not the one! Anyhow, once I get to the 2nd window to get my food, sure enough my order was incorrect. There was no onion in my burger like I asked. I wanted onions in my burger, but no tomato. Instead of them apologizing and remaking it for me or putting the onion in my burger, they handed me like 6 little rounds of onion in a paper baggy. Very ghetto if you ask me! I asked for fries well done (extra crispy) fries were so soggy. I ended up throwing them away. They were disgusting! I had more than 1 drink and I asked for a cup holder. Instead of them politely placing my drinks in the cup holder, they just hand me my drinks and then the cup holder. I really hope they get their act together. Because the way things are looking, people like these individuals, this palce will go downhill in no time! Everyone has high expectations for this location, as I did! But I rather drive an extra 10-12 minutes to another In N Out location than to come back to this one. No thank you!

I ordered two burger and iron fry. How can I eat with the one spread sauce, she didn’t ask me how many I want. She just give me one and man main concern. It’s about annual she didn’t give me a fork. I left already. I was traveling to somewhere and I thought I can eat in my car so she didn’t give me a fork. How can I eat an fry without fork? I don’t want to use my hand. Service is too bad. This is the first time I get bad experience from the staff. I love this place. I love your food, but need to improve your staff attitude and the service they provide to the customers. It’s not a free food I paid. I need to get a what I paid for.

First off I’ve been to every in and out in the area and by far this is the worst service I’ve ever gotten many times I’ve been here and they have not given me the correct order this time I went during the day with my fiancé and the experience sucked. The guy taking our order and having us pay was normal then we got up to the window and there was this specific girl that kept giving us either a dirty look or she was in a bad mood. Either way I have not seen that from someone in and out normally it’s a very happy place And a good environment, but I did not feel welcome this time then they asked us to park around the front for our food, we overheard that they gave our food to the wrong person which has never happened to us either so then we go upfront and they come out with the food and they don’t even tell us what’s in the bag cause they didn’t know because they messed up the order. We then checked the bag and there was no spread when we asked for five spreads at the window. There was also a missing animal fry, but we didn’t see the missing animal fried till we got home. Sure, we should’ve checked the bag but come on guys overall experience was absolutely terrible. Not to mention, our fries, tasted stale. And my burger patties had a bunch of holes in them like they rushed it off the grill. And it got all ripped up. As you can see in the receipt below and the pictures, we are missing an item Which is the animal fry.

I think this may be the first time i've ever been so disappointed in and in and out. My bread was burnt on my burger. My French fries were all the. End pieces, it looked like they were dehydrated. Don't waste your money at this one. Soda had no fizz in it. Just a really horrible situation this time.
