First time trying Jacks as I’m not really from this area and my bf recommended it.. kinda felt a little rushed at the drive thru, but other than that it was okay. The food isn’t really all that exciting as people make it out to be be.. it was pretty decent tho.

I gave it 3 stars because they almost didn't give me my order stating someone already picked it up. They look on screen to see what orders are ready And someone can just claim to be that person? I think they should ask for receipt in app or something before accusing someone of lying and threatening to not give the order because it was their mistake not mine. Also the app didn't let me add cheese and the worker said that it does but it doesn't. How about asking me to show and not arguing like I'm stupid. SMH.

I’m a little irritated. Its 9:30 line was long and they gave me an unacceptable cold hamburger. (How with so many customers ? 🧐) Avoid the double bonus combo. I feel the staff allows burgers to sit. Not freshly made. Kid gave me water which was nice other than that the manager should be fired. I’ll stand on that. And I didn’t get my receipt so I couldn’t call the number.

Used the drive thru to place an order of 4 meat lovers burritos, 2 no cheese. 3 hash browns. 2 vanilla shakes and 1 chocolate shake. Took forever to get the order out to me. As I was in a hurry I didn't take the time to check the order, my mistake. After arriving back home I found my order to be missing one order of hash browns and 3 of the burritos had cheese instead of only two. There wasn't enough time for me to return to the restaurant to let the error be taken care of so we just made due with what we had been given. With what we paid for the meals I do believe that more attention needs to be paid to ensure what is ordered is what goes out. We often go there to eat in and use the drive thru, I know that errors happen and when exposed they are usually taken care of no problem, in saying that when people use the drive thru they are usually in a hurry and don't have the time nor do I believe that they should have to play QC on the employees that are serving them. I will continue to frequent this location as it is right by my home. I do, however, hope that quality control gets better and is not an ongoing issue in the future.

I was quite surprised and disappointed upon my arrival. I accompanied several family members, and upon entry, the cashier (Edna R) directed us towards the kiosk. A gentleman entered behind us, and she inquired if he spoke Spanish. He responded affirmatively, and she informed him that she could assist him directly. Had we been able to communicate in Spanish, we believe we would have received personal assistance from the cashier rather than waiting with six individuals for a kiosk. She observed my evident frustration, as we only placed two orders due to the kiosk freezing. Subsequently, she decided to offer her assistance. Please treat all the same and no one better.

Nice & clean dining area. But cashiers are very careless and so slow. Both restroom out of order. Hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. No options to clean your hand. Business management need more attention on this business.

Came a twenty minutes before 4am and they tell us they'll closed. Lazy employees don't wanna work the last few minutes. Wouldn't recommend coming, go to Burger King instead.

I genuinely think that Jack in the Box has better fries than most fast food chains, but at this particular location, the fries are always cold, like warm at best. And at least half of the fries are stale. Some are really really stale, like they just keep adding a little new to the old, and being that they are open 24 hours I would bet some of those fries are days old, at least. They also never give me the dipping sauce for the tiny tacos, which according to the menu, I’d supposed to be included. I won’t be ordering at this location again, every time I’ve gone there in the last year it’s been absolutely terrible.

Waited in line for about 20mins, Soo long they turned the timer off. The food wasn't good at all. My hash brown tasted like it sat out all day. My taco's were chewy. I ordered a strawberry shake & the machine went out mid fill up. Then the lady had to refill the machine so she asked me if i could park in front after about 8mins of waiting. A line of about 4 cars formed behind me. Ridiculous

I’m never coming here again The Boba is always hard in the Boba iced coffee and then when you asked them to make it soft, they look at you like you’re crazy. Also, I spent $40 on food here and The Lady goes. Have a good night and close the window on my face. this place is just straight up, The food is cold, and the customer service is horrible

I made a mobile order. Apparently it did not go through their system at all. I waited for 20mins for food. No order made. Had to make the order manually by drive through. Very rude and not understanding. 2:45am to 3:00am. Did not get the drive through leads name. She switched on me. Not to deal with me I suppose. Shame! Also ask for curly fries, they gave me nothing! Vindictive.
