Awesome Staff! Very Clean and Atmosphere is relaxing. Food was Great and Fresh meat delivered to our table. The Passion Fruit Dessert was a delight to my tastebuds , with every bite there was more and more joy.

My husband and I came for the first time because we had seen a tik tok. We were about to not come because we were like an hour away but at the end we decided to. The drive is so worth it!!!! EVERYTHING was 10/10. Atmosphere, food(everything!), drinks, service. LITERALLY AMAZING! P.S. DESSERT 10000/10

Incredible place! Every time I go, I'm impressed by the super friendly service and the delicious food; they are amazing! On weekends, it can get quite busy, so make your reservation to ensure you get a table!

AMAZING food here; the "salad bar" selection was awesome to lead things off, but the main star was the meat. The steak is out of this world. The house sirloin picona along with the short ribs were my favorites. The meat just kept coming, amazing attention to when another helping was needed because my plate was never empty. The pineapple grilled in cinnamon brought dinner over the top! Noah was my waiter and he made sure my dinner was perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here for dinner, best Brazilian BBQ around if you ask me.

This was a wonderful experience. My husband and I enjoyed the service that came with all the excellent and different foods. The spicy steak was our favorite, along with the desserts we tried (Brazilian Flan & Lava Cake). We can’t wait to be back for our next rodizio. 👏🏽😁👏🏽😁

Food was so good! My favorite was the cinnamon pineapple! I also really enjoyed the steaks, the mango salad, and beets 😋 The owner was on the floor, making sure we got everything we needed. Like she says, we came as customers and left like family 😉 It was so good I forgot to take pics before eating

Couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my birthday! The food was delicious, so many things to try and everything looked, smelled and tasted delicious, you don’t want to stop! The drinks were super tasty too! The ambience was on point. Perfect place to celebrate or just enjoy a nice dinner.

I've been to several Rodizio style steakhouses throughout New Jersey and Le Blanc has offered the best experience thus far from the ambiance to cocktails the great food and service everything was top tier They made us feel very welcomed.

This was our first time here. We actually heard about Leblon on TikTok and decided to give it a try on our anniversary. Noah was our server and was very attentive and kind. Mark the owner was such a genuine person who takes a lot of value in his restaurant and it shows! Not only in the atmosphere but in the service and the food! The food was absolutely amazing and worth the hour + ride to get here!! We will definitely be returning and bringing friends! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

Absolutely amazing food here!!! My boyfriend and I came tonight first timers. We were blown away by the many different meats, the buffet and service :) everything tastes fresh and it was non stop delicious meats!! Will definitely be back soon!

I have been to plenty of rodizios in North Jersey and this place blows them all out of the water!! It was clear items in the salad bar were fresh and made in house! They only had high-quality cuts of meat and everything was seasoned perfect. Staff was super friendly

My family and I enjoyed an excellent meal there one Sunday night. We were sending our oldest back to college, and we like to go out for a nice meal before he leaves, as the college cafeteria isn't quite as good as what's served at home. We went for the full rotation (rodizio) as is typical at a Brazilian steak house, which is all you can eat meat including a number of different steak cuts, lamb, chicken, and sausage as well as a buffet salad bar. All of the cuts of meat were good, at least two were excellent (one being the Picanha). The meat came out directly from the kitchen, nice and hot and cooked perfectly. The service was also excellent, our primary server continually checked in with us, and the servers brought seconds of our favorites with generous helpings.

Leblon was absolutely amazing and the food was great. Our server Leah was very hospitable and helped us with everything we needed. Their salad bar has great options and the cuts of meat were delicious.

We had the rodizio at Leblon Steak in Hillsdale, NJ, and it was absolutely incredible. Every cut of meat was cooked perfectly, and Chef Fabiano and his assistant Gio truly stood out. You can tell he puts skill, passion, and attention into every dish. The service was great, the food was nonstop and delicious, and the entire experience was unforgettable. If you’re looking for an amazing rodizio experience, you must come here. Highly recommend!

OMG! Gio was the best server ever! He made sure the exact cuts of meats flowed to our table with perfect timing and our drinks never went empty!!! Leblon steakhouse did not disappoint. Impeccable service, expertly prepared steaks, delicious salad bar, and an overall great ambiance. The food was top tier. Highly recommended for a special occasion or date night. Definitely a place you’ll want to return to!

I don't write many reviews, but I left here last night feeling like people need to know how amazing this restaurant is! I have driven past no less than hundreds of times, but Leblon is now on my list of go-tos! The food was fantastic, the service was friendly and efficient, and the entire staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

The staff and ambience is excellent. This place is great for date nights, family gatherings, and much more ! Definitely my go to steak house this restaurant is definitely God sent. This place is hands down the best Brazilian steakhouse in New Jersey. The quality of the meat is amazing and was cooked exactly to my liking. The grilled pineapple and cheese with honey was truly one of the best things I’ve had in a long time. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a restaurant before — the staff is incredibly friendly, sweet, and attentive. We were truly taken care of, and I will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!!

This place was excellent from start to finish! We were given exceptional attention from our waiter and all of the servers who were cutting the rodizio. The meats were delicious and the salad bar had a wide variety of options that were equally as tasty! We topped the night off with flan dessert and it was the perfect choice. Last weekend we went to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday at Leblon in Hillsdale. We have gone to a number of churascarias in New York and New Jersey and have never had a better meal and been more impressed than we were at Leblon. The steaks were incredible, each variety cooked perfectly, and with some really interesting twists, along with some pork and chicken options. The salad bar was outstanding. A variety of pasta, salads, traditional salads, cooked and smoked salmon, and a host of other nicely prepared options. Dessert was tremendous, the chocolate mousse with ice cream, tres leche, and the cheesecake were all excellent. Perhaps, as important as anything, the service was great. The atmosphere was great. The owner and manager both came over to say hello. It was a wonderful birthday family celebration and we will certainly be back.

Nestled in the small community of Hillsdale, lies a gem that I consider to be the 8th wonder of the world. Leblon Steak has an excellent approach to quality, an intimate atmosphere that surely defines class, and a catered service that was beyond my expectations. It exceeded class beyond maximum value. From the food, to the kind waiters/waitresses… even when you first arrive, the host/hostesses make you feel right at home. The meats, were 2nd to none. I recommend this class and quality of food for catered events, anniversaries, holidays, special outings and even a regular day as their happy hour menu was just as friendly! My compliments to the chef, Ms.Rybka, Bartek Rybka, and my server Josev. It seems as if the staff also works on a flat hierarchal basis, as I was served personally by the head chef all the way down to having my dishes collected by our host! As someone that has previously worked in service, I can assure all future patrons, that spending your money elsewhere is futile. I’d love to give a warm thanks to their entire staff for making my date and I feel comfortable and making sure we left feeling the most satiated. I recommend a pitcher for the evening, as well as sampling everything they give. As the kids say nowadays “They simply do not miss.” I’d be willing to bet my life on anyone’s return to this establishment, after experiencing them just one time. I’d share pictures… but my food vanished from my plate, the moment it was placed in front of me. Thank you again Leblon Steakhouse, for the beautiful evening.

Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. Based on all the positive reviews we were really looking forward to trying this restaurant. To be blunt, the food is definitely not worth the price. Salad bar was just ok and 1/2 of the meats offered were decent. We spent almost $100 per person with tip. In hindsight, we would have tried a pricier steak house and felt content with the quality of food. Sadly this is a no for us and won’t return.

Very unhappy with the food. All the food came out super untasteful either too salty or no flavor at all. No steaks were cooked correctly. Even when having the cards on yes we constantly got skipped over on even when a runner looked back at us and totally disregarded us. Our waitress was super nice and helpful but overall the salad bar and steaks were very very untasteful and do not recommend coming here.

Was in town and decided to take my wife and son to this steakhouse. Walked in to reserve the table while my wife got my son ready. I walk in and AM OVERLOOKED, NOT GREEETED, and literally the seater began engaging with the gentlemen behind me and purposely DID NOT GREET ME. Not sure why but my money is as green as there’s and that was a HORRIBLE WAY OF EXPRESSING THE 5 foot rule - greeting every customer within 5 feet of you. I’ve been in hospitality for over 10 years and currently operate a multi million dollar company with a 5 star customer service rating on Google. I wish this company the best as I type this ON MY WAY TO FOGO DE CHAO✔️

A friend of mine invited me and the service was dissatisfying. I was under the impression it would’ve been amazing like Fogo de Chao but the staff made you feel like an inconvenience. When they brought the meat around, it was all so oily. Buffet was picked over and not replenished. It all looked like an Atlantic City all you can eat for 5.99. Only difference is no one said thanks for coming at this place. Sad.
