JWB Prime Steak and Seafood

Service was fantastic. This food was to die for!!! 45 day aged NY strip melted in your mouth. The roasted garlic was a nice addition. The shrimp cocktail were HUGE! Basically two shrimp in one. I would highly, highly recommend this restaurant! So so good!!!

Brought my wife here for her 65th b-day. Carlton Jr. provided wonderful service and even brought out a free b-day dessert. We were overwhelmed how comfortable the place and people are, and the food was unbelievable!

This was an amazing dinner on a Monday! Love the location inside margaritaville the valet makes this even better as you have plenty of space and it is not chaotic. As soon as you walk in turn right and there is so much beautiful and inviting decor you start to blend in with the vibes and instantly relax. You see the entrance to the restaurant with bold over arching JWB sign. Then the ambiance inside the restaurant sets the tone to a wonderful evening. We had the crab the filet and the bone in ribeye it was delicious- left nothing but the bone! Service was prompt -we had many hands on deck making sure our every need was taken care of as we were a large group of 8 - Shy was our waitress 👍

Really enjoyed the snapper(catch of the day 9/17/22) it was well seasoned and juicy and the watermelon martini was so delicious that I forgot that I had a lemon drop martini right before it. The dessert cocktail was also good(almond joy)

We only ordered dessert! It was fabulous. Banana cream pie and butter cake, oh and the mango sorbet! I asked for a table they said they had none left so I ordered the 5 desserts to go. Then I see them carrying desserts to several tables outside of the restaurant ( in the lobby) that would have been perfect for our group but they didn’t offer that to us.

Food was fabulous, especially the octopus, crab cakes, and bone marrow. Patrick our server was amazing and so was our busser and the whole team. However, we got sat in a less than ideal spot for Saturday night dinner, despite having made a reservation over a week before our visit. It was really bright light like a doctors office and the vibe of the spot was off; just white walls and no personality, meanwhile the brick and mood lighting on the other half of the restaurant looked so nice and cozy compared to our spot... and I hear there are even seats that have a view?? Well, we got nothing close to that, unfortunately. Thankfully, Patrick made us feel right at home, but I would definitely rethink the booth spot next time, though it's not like anyone really gave us a choice.

The specialty drinks are amazing! We stopped in waiting for our dinner reservations and Kristen at the bar made the best drinks. Each better than the rest. Highly recommend the hotchata, almond Joy and the caramel macchiato. Ask for the toasted coconuts

Wonderful happy hour. Wonderful bartender. Amazing food, everytime. Flawless. This is a must when visiting the resort (or area)!! We come from Indiana & JWB is a staple to our visits.

We had a fantastic experience here! The staff was great and the food was unbelievably good. The best bone in rib eye steak that I have ever had! The shrimp cocktail were massive, the calamari was delicious and the wagyu meat balls were great. The fresh bread and whipped butter was even notably good. The lobster hash browns and crispy brussel sprouts are also must try side. Overall 10 out of 10 experience!

Amazing dinner and service. I cannot say enough good things about the food and staff at JWB. We did the four course wine and dine dinner and it exceeded all of our expectations. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Pomelo was the best! Ask for her! The entire staff was amazing. Best food and service. 🏆🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cute steakhouse in margaritaville right on the boardwalk. Food and drink were excellent; we got the deviled eggs, wagyu steak special, and two desserts. The butter cake was out of this world. Most notably was the service; our serverwas polite, funny and had great suggestions. If you're staying in the area and looking for a steakhouse experience I would recommend

There are times in life when you need to stop and smell the roses. Remind yourself why you work so damn hard. This was one of those times for us and I am so glad we came here! Sitting next to an ocean view window, being treated to some excellent service with a genuine smile, eating some of the best food we have eaten, and with your better half, what more could you ask for! The menu contains a four course meal. For a starter we ordered pork belly, and the meatball. This set the tone for what was to come. Both were so good and could have been a main dish with a bigger portion size! Second course was the walnut beau cheese salad, and lobster bisque. Both incredible. Main course short braised ribs and the prime ribeye. The short braised rib was so flavorful and tender with an excellent sauce on the plate to mop up with each bite. The prime ribeye was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. I am a steak eater and cooker(made that term up lol) and know what a good steak is supposed to taste like. This my friends is the way it's done! Pan fried to perfection. A nice crust with a tender middle. To add to the perfection, a roasted clover of garlic is served on top for you to spear over the meat. What an amazing, creative detail to get the garlic flavor onto a steak! Our sides were all beyond delicious, mashed potatoes, creamy spinach, asparagus(that were some of the thinest, most tender you can find. And the broccolini rounded out the amazing sides. Have to have to desert after a meal like this and they did not miss here either. Banana cream pie and cocunut cream pie. The Banana pie was good but my favorite was the cocunut cream pie. Served up looking just like a cocunt that had been cut in half! They create a choclate ball that is cut in half to resemble the outside of a cocunut, and then fill it with the cocunut cream pie filling! Tasted so good! A nice selection of wines are available and I am pretty sure you can order the whole bottle. The chef personally came to our table to check on everything. I could tell by the food, and his vibe that he took his cooking very seriously and has a lot of pride in what he does! You can truly taste this in every bite. Margaritaville you have an absolute winner in your chef and I hope you take care of him well! 3 days left and we are already thinking we have to go again to try other items on thr menu! Don't forget to purchase this prior to leaving, as it is alot cheaper than booking and paying while at sea. THANK YOU CHEF AND EVERYONE AT JWB STEAKHOUSE!

We ordered 3 appetizer. The grilled octopus, fried oysters, and Maryland crab-cakes[Not Pictured]. All 3 were delicious! Finished those off with a dirty martini,and ordered dessert which was the butter cake and horchata. Food came out fast! Waiters were always close by and showed a lot of attention to our table over the entire time we were seated.

Pat, thank you. We just had an eye opening experience, such a wonderful surprise. Pat’s attention to detail and service are outstanding. The food is not hotel food, it is a top notch steak house with top notch ingredients and service.

Visited this restaurant inside the hotel and it was wonderful. Our department was celebrating our Christmas dinner and the service and food was delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated during the holidays.

I ate dinner tonight at JWB prime steak and seafood. My husband and I first had drinks at the bar and I have to say I had an excellent experience. Most people focus on the negatives in reviews and I wanted to focus on what a positive experience I had. I first went to the bar and chatted with a wonderful bartender, Matt. He was so funny and charismatic. So many times you get arrogant bartenders but this was not my experience. My drinks were incredible. I ordered a whiskey sour and it was actually a real whiskey sour. Benny was also so funny and kind. Matt and him had a great rapport and you could feel the camaraderie amongst them. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Hollywood.

I stopped by with friends over the boat show weekend. The ribeye steak was the best i've had in a while, I ordered it medium rare and they had it cooked to perfection. The service impeccable with regards to the JWB staff and my server Sia. She gave me great recommendations and offered a deep explanation of each item and the staff were very friendly. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Another must-try was the butter cake with dulce de leche ice cream, sweet and savory! JWB a great spot to stop by, never would deny such an experience!

The moment we were greeted by the friendly hostess. Our waiter Patrick was knowledgeable on the menu. Even provided some fun facts we were not aware of. Spoke of Jimmy Buffet and the other restaurants. The steaks were amazing,they lived up to the hype! The dessert completed the meal! PERFECTION!

Made a reservation to celebrate my father's 60th birthday and it was a really great experience! Service was attentive, the steaks were delicious, and dessert was amazing! All our steaks were cooked to the temperature we ordered the first time and were so tasty. I will say I thought the sides we got were just ok (broccolini and au gratin) but that might be an issue with our side selection skills :p overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it if you are looking for a fancier place to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, etc.

Very welcoming and outstanding service! Sai was our waitress for the two nights we dined in. She was very professional, kind and friendly. Never pushy and she always made sure that we felt well attended. Food was well presented and flavorful! We will love to come back!

I must say, Patrick was amazing & attentive! He recommended the calamari and the bone in steak. They both were phenomenal along with his angry, professionalism, and overall friendly personality. The staff never left our water glass empty. All in all, we will be back! Ps. Give Patrick a holiday bonus, he is awesome !

Very attentive to details. Food was served in a timely manner and at proper temps. The roasted garlic and Yukon Gold mashed potatoes combined excellently with the dry aged steak. I ordered my steak medium and it had an amazing peppered crust without drying it out.

My server was Carlton! I sat at the bar with friends and we ordered drinks and apps! He is the sweetest and we were very well taken care of! We’re in town from Ohio on vacation and he made our time so special!! He’s the absolute best and I recommend this spot anytime!! He’s the best!

Tonight we dined at JWB Prime Steak & Seafood. Pat was an amazing server, the real MVP!!! He brought in the hospitality together with the charisma. And then the food arrived, it was super flavorful, drinks were also fantastic! Overall, we are very pleased with our experience at JWB Prime Steak & sea food. They are better than good and better than most.

Wonderful experience. Kristen offered excellent recommendations. Service came with a smile. Much appreciated. It's not something you see in South Florida often.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delectable! I don’t eat red meat or much seafood but the chicken dish is impressive, moist and very flavorful/savory. The au gratin potatoes never miss and are a fan favorite but the true star of the show is the broccolini. The service is wonderful, with knowledgeable, friendly staff. I’ve been a few times and went last weekend for my anniversary and they gave us a perfect sweet treat to end the night. I truly cannot recommend this place enough, don’t sleep on it because it’s a hotel restaurant - it’s better than most steakhouses I’ve been to.

My fiancée and I went here as we just got engaged and we didn’t know what to expect. However we had the most magical experience! We were being taken care of by Philip and he was amazing! I can’t speak highly enough about Philip and he made sure that our night was perfect! Thank you Philip for making the most delicious cocktails for us. They even surprised my fiancée by having the singer come and sing her a song! And thank you to the JWB team for making our engagement celebration so wonderful. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. We are definitely coming back!

My husband and I recently traveled from Rhode Island and had the best time at JWB Prime. The food and drinks were amazing. Our bartender Matt was awesome, he was so funny and gave us some great recommendations for the rest of our trip. Will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

Food and service were good. For appetizers, we ordered oysters, calamari plate, turf and serf and Au Gratin potatoes. Everything was tasty. I ordered a vodka martini and it was good too. But the ambiance of this place and some attention to details need improvement. Their prices on everything could be compared to some of the best restaurants in town with what our group didn’t agree.

Sophisticated and well themed restaurant with open area around the bar for comfort while you wait to be seated or enjoy cocktails. The quality of the food is really good, although we felt some of the items were +15% high when compared to similar steakhouses in the area. If you are staying at Margaritaville, it may be worth the visit to the lobby without leaving your resort.

Wasn’t a fan of the ravioli, but enjoyed my berry whisky drink and butter cake dessert. Crab cakes were small but tasted fine.

The service was great, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food is mediocre. The Mac and cheese was so oily, it was hardly edible.

Had my birthday dinner here. Party of 10. They would not seat us until 8 people arrived. We were charged a large party fee despite having just one waiter who did not speak English well and wasn't very friendly. Drinks took a long time after we ordered. The "large party fee" was not disclosed when I made the reservation. I expected better service.

My family had the opportunity to try out this place during our recent trip to Miami. After taking a long walk at the Hollywood boardwalk, we were excited to find this high end steak and seafood place. The place was beautifully decorated, but sadly, the food was not lived up to the expectation. One word could summarize my entire family meal - SALTY! Every dish was overly salted, from the shrimp cocktail to the 14 oz Filet steak. The crab cakes were also salty and could not really taste the actual crab meat. The lobster bisque was one of the worst dish that I had ever tasted, had to stop after 1 spoon. While the 14 oz bone-in File was perfectly cooked medium rare as requested, overly seasoned with salt destroyed the dish; my husband was unable to finish it. Comparing this meal to what we had at other high end restaurant such Del Frisco, Capital Grille, Grille 23 in our home town Boston, Ma, JWB Prime Steak and Seafood really left us disappointed. However, the service was great. We felt welcomed by the hostess and had great conversations with the waitress. When we expressed our disappointment, the waitress stated that she would relay our messages to the kitchen staffs. She was nice to offer us a molten lava cake on the house. Great service by these staffs is the only reason for this 2 stars review instead of a 1 star. For an over $300 meal of 2 people, we expect the food to be stella. Sincerely!

Im here on vacation and googled this restaurant. I arrived with my beautiful girlfriend. The first impression was awesome. The server was super friendly and helpful with selecting food. The champagne was good and cold. We received our food and it was looking good. My scallops were cooked too tar and my girlfriend lobster tail wasn’t to her liking. The Mac & cheese did seem to oily. My whole meal was ruined after the taste of burnt scallops. Hope when we come back for vacation we can have a better experience. Yes, I will come back for a second chance. Everyone deserve a second chance.

Based on the prices and upscale decor, you would think this place would have melt in your mouth delicious food, nope. I had the veal saltimbocca and a side of mushrooms. The veal was fried too long and was too salty. The actual meat was flavorless. The mushrooms needed some flavor too. The veal came with a arugala salad that was delicious. For the prices, the food should be excellent. I was very disappointed in this restaraunt and probably won't return.

Maybe it just wasn’t the best staff for a Thursday night. I believe Clement was our server. We went for a birthday dinner excited with thoughts of starting with a seafood tower. Quickly were put off by Clement who seemed more interested in everything else going on around him. Appeared to have tension with other wait staff about who gets what tables while disappearing frequently. We decided not to put money into what seemed like it might be an odd and uncomfortable experience . Ordered soup, which we watched sit under a lamp, and oysters and got out. Those were good at least. All in all disappointing experience for what was supposed to be a special night out for us.

The bartender was fantastic. Great service quick service and very attentive. The table service was another story. It was slow. The steaks were overcooked. The appetizers and the sides were cold.
