Decent fresh food, at insane Panera prices. That really is the only criticism I can levy against this place, the price of the food is to high. Also it seems like the portions have gotten smaller for the same price, which is lame. The food I've gotten is always fresh and the staff is seldom rude. All in all I'd say it's a solid choice in the area.

I like Panera since 2010, but I think they are too expensive. I pay for lunch, 2 people, 28$ for this I can go to an olive gardens, Longhorn Steakhouse. The store was OK but need a renovation. The BBQ chicken Flatbread ist really tasty.

I had this salad on Saturday it was perfect but today it was more end pices than said. If I'm paying that price for a salad I would like more greens than end pieces. I love this location it clean and organized and we'll stocked with everything. I'm not sure who dropped the ball with this salad this evening but I am highly disappointed.

I've been to many Panera stores across the country and I always order the same thing, but I've never had broccoli soup with a plastic spoon. It's not a big deal, but it changes the experience and the cost is the same. I guess it's because of the area and they've had bad experiences.

Great place to come with the family or just by yourself. I come here to study and work on either schoolwork or work work. The staff is super friendly. They even make suggestions on what to order. There are days I gained myself here all day and I feel very comfortable. Music is a bit loud but it’s ok. Bring headphones.

I ordered the Tuscan sandwich, wild rice creamy soup. And a lemonade. Everything was delicious I ordered online and it was done on time. A few months before they will get my sandwich wrong EVERYTHING TIME😒. i don't see the same employees working in the preparation of food there, I don't know if it has to do with it, but my sandwich is right all the time. I don't give it five stars because the soup was a little watery... Other than that it was a good meal, will go back..🙂

Went to panera bread on my lunch break.The drive thru had no cars waiting. I got so excited.. than I came to realize she was sending all the cars to park instead of giving them the food at the window . The young lady who had to bring the food from the drive thru plus the online orders tried very hard to keep up with all the extra cars . But I cant go again durning lunch .. i waited to long for a drive thru order..

Ok. So this was our 2nd attempt after the 1st attempt was unsatisfactory. But yet again, it was disappointing. We go to the drive thru, order, get sent to the parking lot to wait forever, then finally receive terrible food. There were cars AFTER us that got their food way before we did. Also, I'm attaching a photo of My drink. Yeah, it was like a HALF filled with actual drink. I didn't go inside. I didn't go back through the drive thru. I decided "Fine. I gave it another shot. It failed again. Not coming back.".

Incredibly slow service! My order was placed using the screens at the entrance and, after waiting about 30 min, I asked about where it was... the people working there said they missed it, and then looked at their monitor and saw it! All I ordered was a bowl of soup and a hot tea. They had a large number of people waiting ahead (and maybe after) me, and they were all gone by then. They said, "Oh, sorry," and got my soup... then i had to ask for the cup for my tea. The work area looked messy, and the ovens were very dirty looking. Everyone looked totally unhurried and just taking their time. I won't be back!!

Ordered through the drive thru. Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and got a chicken noodle instead. Glad I checked. I told them it was an error. The bread that comes along with the soup was not evenly cut. It was really small and looked like they just ripped it from the loaf. I had to ask for a receipt just to make sure I was charged correctly and was told the soups were the same price so no need to worry. I kindly asked again and I was given the receipt. Funny thing: on the receipt it states “accuracy matters” and if the order is wrong, they will correct it and give you a sweet treat for free! Of course that didn’t happen. I drove away. Not worth going back.

Did my order online to be bring into my car ,they send me a email that my order was ready, at 4:12 at 6/2/2021 i told then i was park in number 5 spot i wait and wait and wait , i can't get out of the car because i had a bicycle really expensive and i can't leave it alone, i call and no body pick up the phone, at 4:35 i decided to take my chances and walk in ,my order was just seating there , i took it no body acknowledged me or said anything i just walk out and leave, this is ridiculous, i don't think that I'm coming back to this location ,or panera at all 👎👎

I was recently at Panera in the drive-thru and I must say I'm truly disappointed. I wanted to get a loaf of bread and was told there is no loaf bread - then I was told there is NO bread available that they can slice, just sandwich bread they're using to make the sandwiches. I want to know WHY would a bakery run out of bread at 1 in the afternoon? I then ordered a mango smoothie and I got a dozen plain bagels. When I got home with the smoothie, there were chunks of ice in the smoothie and it was sour - it wasn't blended all the way and the yogurt or milk was curddling to the top of the cup. I'm so done with this location. I'd rather make the trip to the Falls and go to that Panera. Not good.....

Late review - Date visited 5/14/23: I am disappointed with the Homestead location of this particular chain. I have ordered takeouts from the Miami Gardens and Doral locations before, and they have always been consistent, regardless of how busy the store was. However, the Homestead location is the complete opposite. Although the workers were friendly, the quality and consistency of the food were the worst. Not only did it take longer for my food to be prepared, but when I arrived home and excitedly showed my friend how amazing Panera Bread is and that she should try it, we were both disappointed. Her half-toasted frontaga chicken sandwich looked like it was made by a three-year-old, and my chipotle chicken flatbread pizza appeared to be the creation of a child playing in the kitchen. This was especially disheartening since it was Mother's Day, a day meant for celebration. As I always say, "I don't mind paying $$$ dollars for anything as long as I receive the quality of food I am paying for." After all, the food is not FREE nor have any discounts —I am paying for it FULL ASKING PRICE so I expect it to be of good quality. I find it quite bothersome that I now have to go through the hassle of writing a corporate letter to express my dissatisfaction with my order. Despite this ordeal, I still recommend Panera Bread, but I suggest visiting another location. The staff at the Homestead location are nice and friendly, but the food is of horrible quality. Some factors to consider are the differences in food handling between the cafe and rapid pick-up options, as well as the consistencies among different locations. **I wasn’t able to take a pic of the complete order because of how annoyed I was. However, my friend took a photo of her sandwich. ******after posting my review******** SHOOT! I read and saw the other reviews. I made a mistake by not checking the reviews beforehand. I didn't think it was necessary because in my mind, Panera Bread has always been consistent regardless of the location. I usually rely on reviews, whether they are local or abroad, to make informed decisions.

When you mess up an order, you offer a refund, not a bakery item. Especially when it is because there is a good allergy. $20 of my time not valued && on 2 items because I order double chicken, double avocado, and 2 double cheese. A bunch of upcharges and all I need if for employees to read the order "Please NO Wrap, Heated in Large Bowl. THX." If you value your money, drive to another Panera Bread. What you might spend in time/gas will be worth enjoyed your hard earned money respcted, valued and a properly done order.

Worst Panera Bread I've ever visited. The sandwiches where half the meat. We where shocked to actual see a small amount of meat on half the bread. Workers at registered where talking to each other and the girl made you feel like you was interrupting her. She tried to hurry us up so she could get back to her conversation with the young man. I order curbside and i order super far from panera bread and still they take forever to bring my order. Sometimes i have to get off to get it myself. Horrible experience. Saw they had a turkey BLT with avocado which I did not want. Specifically asked for just a BLT and was assured they make the sandwich. Got home and guess what I had? A turkey BLT and avocado sandwich. On top of that my wife ordered a cup of broccoli and cheese soup to go with her salad, they charged us for it yet they did not include in the bag. When I went back the girl behind the counter very condescending stated that is how the sandwich comes. Explained the situation and the only positive remark I can leave is that I had my refund within 3 minutes. I can understand if they were busy but empty and then making me feel that it was my fault that I was given the sandwich. Never really liked Panera and with this encounter, I will certainly never eat there again

Horrible. They take forever to make anything, take forever to get the the register to take your order, I stood at the counter and was ignored until i asked an employee to actually pay attention to me, since 2 others had been ignoring me (they looked at me and kept walking several times). All i wanted was for my latte to be decaf instead of regular. I work in customer service, i am as kind as possible. I have never had such poor service before. The fact that i made eye contact with 2 different employees who blatantly ignored me is rediculous. I am absolutely contacting corporate and telling them what happened, with all the information so they know who needs to fix their attitude and actually pay attention to a customer.

The app said delivery order would take max 30 minutes After and HOUR of waiting I called About my order & the associate said it left 20 minutes ago and would arrive shortly 30 minutes LATER the Panera car parked next to the side walk, didn’t even get out the car and LEFT I called back for a REFUND & the associate couldn’t even find my order and had me on hold for over 20 minutes If you can’t keep up with delivery promises, then you shouldn’t be doing deliveries. I already RECOVERED from COVID but imagine people ordering who trying to avoid going out and getting others sick. I ordered delivery to avoid leaving the house with my kids Never ordering here again.
