The entire staff was fantastic and extremely welcoming. We had come from a long journey on the road and we arrived late the night before Easter. They easily could have pushed us aside but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our server Natasha was wonderful and the manager Doug was very sweet.

We visited your location last night and it was very busy. However Jade did an absolutely amazing job making us feel welcomed and took Very Good Care of us. You see it was my Birthday yesterday and I didn't tell her until the end when I showed her coupon for dessert. She returned with a birthday candle in a bread stick and a glow in the dark sticker and a huge smile. My husband and I have gone out on several special occasion dinners and never been treated so kindly and warm. We didn't have to wait or even ask for things because she knew and had them or asked about them before we had to ask her. I used to be a waitress for 7 years and I know the industry is Brutal. Customer will take the time for the negative rarely will they take time for the good. I'm taking time today for that greatness. She has a Bright future ahead of her and we will definitely be back to see her. We recently visited Olive Garden with a large group of almost 50 people, and our experience was exceptional thanks to the incredible team of Christa, Tanner, Sam, and Carla. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, organized, and extremely accommodating to our needs. Despite the size of our group and our tight schedule, they managed to deliver an outstanding dining experience that exceeded our expectations. Food is always delicious and we never leave hungry. Salad and breadsticks are always so fresh. Waitress was somewhat friendly after warming up to us. Prices are reasonable. The peach Bellini is always so tasty!

Always a tier above what it costs. Decent good food at really good prices. Definitely a place to take a date, first or 100th. You can't go wrong. The wait staff are alert and friendly and offer good solutions.

My family had a great dinning experience here. Our server (Dylan I think) was super, super attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the salad and appetizers and our meals came out promptly after. This was my first time at an Olive Garden and my first time in this area and I was very satisfied.

Even though it's a more quite setting then like Texas roadhouse house(Not saying anything negative because me and my fam love love love texas roadhouse) again it's just a more quite, and relaxing place to eat. But we had 5 kids and 3 adults and let me tell you my 3 alot sometimes on there own but now adding 2 extra let me tell ya chaos. But the staff was amazing interacting with the kids every chance they got while staying professional enough to not get in trouble. All in all it was an amazing experience. Had lunch here today with my sister. It was really busy, but we were seated pretty quickly. The food was fine, typical Olive Garden, but our waitress Lily was great!! Excellent service, and so nice and helpful. She deserves a raise.

I get take out from here almost every night, their service and food is always great! They have never once messed up my order. Me and my boyfriend went today and ate inside, not only was there food amazing as always but our server Gavin went above and beyond!

I went to the bar. Hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in forever. Greg the bartender was amazing. Great energy! Instant service, he was pleasant, made recommendations, told me how I could save some money by ordering things a certain way. Also watched him interact with his coworkers and other customers and he continued working while assisting them. Food was excellent as well, but the experience is why I took the time to write this review.

Nice and quiet, clean, plenty of space between tables, private areas available, reasonable prices and budget friendly options available, seated immediately and order taken quickly. Food is always good. Highly recommended.

I've never eaten at Olive Garden. When we checked in at the motel there was one down the street. So we went and were sat and Ashley was our server. She was informative and very patient (thank U) she took our order and the food was amazing. I ate everything the wife had a too go box... lol. We live in Ga and one is close so we will be back. We went there for Mothers Day so they were super busy. Everything was superb. I only gave 4 stars for service because we waited for bread sticks and I ordered soup, but was given salad. I didn't complain and I was perfectly content with salad. I thought they did excellent considering how busy they were.

Staff was very kind and pleasant. We had been traveling for hrs and it was close to closing time when my family and I walked in. They still made up our food with smiles and patience. Food was excellent. Thank you!!

Was there for a luncheon with the ladies from church. The food was delicious and fairly priced, the service wasn't so good today but the waitress wasn't feeling well and you could tell she was grumpy so I don't know it might normally be very good. The atmosphere is always good very nice place we were in a separate room and very quiet we could talk among ourselves and hear each other. Absolutely love their pasta and their salads aren't bad either.

I love being able to pay at the table with the tablet on the table, and also the ability to actually order some things. If you are looking for comforting yummy food with a dose if nostalgia, this is the place. The chicken and gnocchi soup is consistently yummy and the never ending salad doesn’t disappoint!

This place is like every other olive garden. Super over priced meals to cover the endless items. The take home soup is better than the olive garden brand in the grocery store. Wait staff is friendly and courteous. There's nothing special or unique about this location. Unfortunately, it's right across from the mall. Most of the stores have pulled out of the mall. There's just no businesses int he area to draw customers to this olive garden.

SALAD!!! Ok. It's my guilty pleasure. Their salad is just delicious. I had their new Zoodles Primavera with chicken. It was tasty. We were a party of 4. Everyone was pleased with their food. Not over the top great but solidly consistent and very tasty whenever I've been to one.

Where to start? Even though the wait was long, it was well worth it once we were seated. The restaurant was immaculate, tasteful, and welcoming to the patrons. I can't say enough about the customer service we received from the WONDERFUL young man that served as our waiter!! He was personable, knowledgeable of the menu items, and was a great help navigating wine and menu items for our LARGE group of 8, even taking time with the little ones we brought. My only wish is if we had been able to give him MORE of a tip. It's very rare that you get THIS level of customer service in a chain establishment. Olive Garden, you did well with this hire!

Wife and I stopped by for lunch and had the best waiter in a long time. He was young and hadn't been there long, you could tell this young man worked his butt off trying to keep up and make people satisfied. Wife had lasagna and salad and I the pasta Alfredo. The portions are smaller for lunch and cost is also smaller and was just the right size. Will be going back again soon. Second visit 08/08/23, celebrating our anniversary, wife had lasagna and I had fettuccine Alfredo and the appetizer was roasted ravioli. The lunch menu has smaller portions and smaller prices and don't take as long to prepare.

Server Justin was great handling our party of 9. Food was good as usual. Filled up on the delicious salad and breadaticks so I had to bring my entree home.

Really slow to be seated considering the place was empty minus a few tables and the early time frame before dinner. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The shrimp appetizer was amazing. Everything was yummy.

Our wait was minimal for a Friday at 5pm (party of 6). Though we did use the mobile app to reserve our table when we were on the way, it said 0 minute wait, and we waited roughly 15 minutes. Our waitress was great, even with servings us + a super large table near us (probably 15-20 guests with kids running all over). She was personable, funny and we got great + quick service.

It was good to be eating Italian while driving in highway rather than eating burgers from burger joints. Place was clean. Plenty of folks dining in. Staff was friendly and constantly kept checking with us on food and any other needs. Service was quick. We had Fettuccine pasta in Alfredo sauce with chicken, some soup and from kids menu mac n cheese. The portions are great in size /qty. Totally recommend this place for the service and any olive garden on the highway for the food while you drive across U.S.

It seemed that the restaurant was understaffed because our server was busy, but not very attentive to our table. The soup was delicious, and the salad was delightful, but it took a very long time to get bread sticks, and when they came, they were cold and hard. I was not asked about a refill on my water even though my glass was more than half empty the majority of our meal. Because it appeared that they were understaffed, I still tipped well, but I was not entirely happy with this experience.

Olive Garden is reliable for a decent plate of pasta, good lasagna, I don't know why I take the pasta home, I never eat it.

The service was pretty good. But it wasn't as good as previous times. The hostess was not very friendly. But the food was good. And we only received one basket of bread sticks.

Went on Saturday night for family dinner (5) of us, as we live 45 minutes away. Kitchen took 45 minutes just for salad. Your kitchen staff have some serious issues as we waited 1 hour plus just for two bowls of soup. Then it came out warm not hot. Server was great but should never take so long for salad. Main course shouldn’t take over hour after your salad ever. Time to find some new staff. Very disappointed for sure. 😢

Unfortunately the waitress was not attentive she did not bring the food a timely manner that we could be eating our entrees together. We had ordered alfredo with our breadsticks and we didn't get our bread sticks until we had already gotten our meal and didn't even really want the Alfredo at that point when we had our meals finally. The meal was expensive on top of not great service we experienced considering they weren't busy during the time we were there either.

My husband and I visited Olive Garden after a long time and I feel like you can never be sure of the kind of food you're gonna get.. its either going to be great or mediocre. Our food was excellent the problem was something else. Firstly, the lady that showed us to our table was either really rude or was pre-occupied with something on her mind, she walked extremely fast and put the cutlery on the table and turned right back and walked away. Didn't even aknowledge me thanking her. She just seemed oblivious to us even when we exited the restaurant. Secondly, the commotion with the servers and/or chefs. We heard at least 3 people talking real loud and arguing over something. It just was really weird and unexpected. Lastly, THE MENUS WERE REALLY DIRTY Ive included a picture of the dessert menu in pictures where you can see the top corners are dirty and STICKY. The whole menu was sticky and you could just feel the dirt. It just felt wrong to touch anything on the table. They've really GOT to fix that. We ordered minestrone soup, salad and pasta with five cheese marinara(vegetables on the side) that was just amazing. Our server haile was super sweet and she really took good cafe of us.. more like the only silver lining to the restaurant.

First time at Olive Garden, not sure I would return. The bread sticks had so much salt on them, they were inedible. Server couldn't be bothered to removed the $6 dipping sauce that we didn't eat due to the bread sticks. My friends drink had a bug stuck to the side of her glass. She was given a new drink but still gross. Friend also couldn't eat the sausage with her pasta. The meat was grey and tasted/texture was off. Fried mozzarella was really good, shrimp scampi was ok, no complaints there.

Had dinner with my family and the server we had was excellent and the service from her as well was great. However when we did arrive to put our name down because we had a large party whoever was at the host station was rude. When we came in to tell them we would have a large party she rolled her eyes and seemed to get frustrated that we were even there then proceeded to tell us “Well……you ARE going to have to wait” which was completely fine and reasonable however the attitude and rudeness that came with it was not. As we waited for our table this host kept giving our party dirty looks along with after we sat down, multiple time while she was sitting others while we were enjoying our meal she would give us dirty looks that multiple people in our party noticed. Again our waitress was amazing and she took real care of us. However if you aren’t happy working at a restaurant where sometimes you will get large parties I get it it sucks but taking it out on the customers doesn’t make sense.

The food and service were good. The restaurant (and the bathroom, specifically) really need to be cleaned. This was enough of a put-off to me that I won't be going back anytime soon! When you pay $75 for dinner for two people, the place should be clean.

Waiter was inattentive. Had to flag him down. And it wasn't busy. Soup was hot. Salad limp. Hostess was nice. People behind us were sick. Blowing noses and coughing, not restaurants fault I know. But added to an negative experience.

Nice casual with lots of tables available were could stay awhile and visit with family. Best restaurant in Horseheads we were told. Service was good and attentive. Food was solid and addicting and heavy to eat more. Parking lot of the mall which looks pretty deserted. Good dessert.

Always just get the soup because it is my absolute favorite (Zuppa) all you can eat and all you can eat breadsticks.

My partner and I both ordered the endless pasta deal. The second plating was brought out and was extremely small, had next to no sauce on it and just looked terrible. I would expect more from Olive Garden. The plate looked extremely sad. Not only was the food lacking but it took 30 minutes to get a drink and still never got waters on our tables. Took another 30 minutes to get a second drink. Brought out the wrong order to our table. Didn’t know we had soup and brought out salad instead. Was not a great experience and would not recommend this Olive Garden to anyone. Asking for the check thinking I could leave quickly was a mistake. It took 20 minutes to bring me a to go container.

I haven't been here in years just because I live far away but was craving breadsticks. First impression, this place is for alcoholics. Booze everywhere, more booze than food options. As a person in recovery, not even the coasters were booze free. Yikes, hopefully the alcohol is better than the food because Yuck. What happened to the breadsticks?! So dry and gross. I can almost taste the GMO. Entree was so salty, the flavor was fine aside that. Getting fries for a kids meal is always either way too much or minimal, this place is minimal. My daughter didn't like the pasta sauce. (Probably too salty .....) Iced coffee tasted like alcohol, which again, as a sober person, definitely not ideal. Even the chocolates taste weird now. Server Justin was delightful and did a great job making us feel welcomed. Bathroom was very smelly but the place was pretty empty so I don't know if that is just a cleaning issue. Also, no hook on the door or shelf wasn't smart planning for a lady's room. Overall, I should have listened to my daughter and went to Ruby Tuesday. Sad times because OG was my favorite restaurant for like 30 years. I won't be back.

Usually a great place for dinner. Not so much on our visit here. 2 people in front of us were sat then we expected to be next while we watched several other guests be seated. I went to the hostess who seemed flustered and said do you still have us down for 2 and she stated oh sorry I thought you were with someone else. Not sure where she got that. Then we were seated and another flustered worker took our order. Breadsticks never came with salad, slow service. The person I was eating with had ordered another bowl of soup but by the time it should have came the waitress stated well your foods here now so you probably don’t want the soup now.?… Don’t make decisions for guests who are paying high prices to eat out. Overall bad experience.

Usually very happy . Today we ordered the stuffed ziti with 5 cheese marinara, we got Alfredo... The server was very apologetic, she took our food back to the kitchen, and the cook staff decided the best way to correct their mistake, was to dump the 5 cheese marinara over the incorrect Alfredo.... We went out for a celebration and everybody went home feeling miserable. The primary reason for this is that we had two gluten-free people in the party, one of whom has a gluten allergy. When we got there we asked if there were gluten-free rolls or bread and told no. We ordered two gluten free dinners. We asked for a salad without croutons in it. None of these things gave the waitress a clue that she should give us the gluten-free menus that we didn't know were available. ( Listed in tiny print on the regular menu. But we missed it.) And then my son who has a gluten allergy found regular pasta in his gluten-free pasta dish. The manager made things worse. Instead of trying to make things better she seemed to be quoting policy and blaming my son. There is more but I think I have said enough. In summary we spent a lot of money for a celebration that got ruined. What is most unfortunate is that this used to be a great restaurant.

Worst service I have ever experienced there. Arrived after 2. Slow time but there were numerous servers milling around. Server took our order, brought our drinks. 30 minutes later we had to get up and go find her. After 5 min brought our salad and breads sticks. Another 30 before our lunch . Never apologized or even acknowledged the wait .

The restaurant was filthy! We were seated in a corner and the table in the other corner looked as though there had been a very wild party. There was a fork on the floor next to our table, straw wrappers on our table, and a ravioli on the floor against the wall. I made a comment to our host about things getting wild and gestured to the fork. He simply kicked it aside. Then the staff came to bus the table. I kid you not he stepped on that fork three times! It and the ravioli remained for the next guests. It became my focus for a bit, like a game! The next guests stepped on the fork twice. When we left, the fork and the ravioli were still there. There was stuff splattered all over the wall and the wall decorations. The food was cool. The pasta was dried out. Quite frankly it tasted warmed up. The waitress was obviously busy as she brought our stuff one at a time because she was also bringing stuff to other tables, one at a time. I don’t mind paying 21 dollars for a plate of chicken Alfredo, but I’d prefer it to be fresh and eat the left overs the next day. If the food was better, I’d have gone back the next day - just to see if the fork and ravioli is still there. Haha! For the prices, seems like they could focus a bit more on the atmosphere. I will never use the bathrooms there again, pretty sure the ones at the gas station across the street are cleaner.

Small parking lot packed. Thought well they have not one, not 2, not even 5 togo spots, but 13 of them! I parked in the furthest one and an employee came out saying I couldnt park there and that I would have to park across the street. Absolutely ridiculous! Why do they need 13 togo spots? None of them were even being used. I will not be eating there ever again after such terrible service. Chilli’s for life!

We ordered our meals for takeout. Quality has declined, while the price has increased. I decided to give them another chance( my 91 father ( used to love their meals). I ordered two Chicken Parmesan lunch meals. To put it bluntly, I would have immediately sent back both orders if we were dining there. From our experience, check your takeout order before you pay for it.

Went to Olive garden for lunch we sat in the back we had a gentleman for a server we orderd an got our drinks our order did come to the table the the order was okay except for the pasta that was ordered with the meal was very terrible, our server never came back to our table to refresh our drinks never came back to ask if our food was okay or if there's anything that he could get us He must figure that delivering the food was good enough we sat with no drinks our drinks were gone before we even received our dinner, No Manager was not around nobody came around to check on our meals drinks or nothing except for is it going to be one check or two I did not leave only a $2 tip hoping that he realized that he did screw up as a server very poor po or poor service with that gentleman and the food was terrible The worst that I have ever had at the Olive garden..

Food and service are fine but I was charged $3 for my son to play games on the table side tablet. There was no notices regarding this charge. Very dishonest and will not be visiting Olive Garden again.

I wouldnt give a 1 star but have to, to leave a review. Absolutely terrible. Hostess were kind, server lindsey was rushing us, rude, and very unprofessional. Put the togo boxes n bags n bill infront of me, like my husband couldnt pay?..very very rude. Chicken parm dry and burnt, speg cold and dead..... sat in the heat window for to long. We enjoy our family time and enjoy giving to the community and local restaurants, when can. Havent been there in over 10 years 15 prolly 20 years, now i remember why. We will not be returning and i advise people if they want italian food pietro and sons italian resturant, libs, or jerlandos. Dont waste your money here.

Had lunch on Thursday service was slow. The customer around us who came in after us were served long before us. The salad had a nasty taste to it. We will not be going back.

Location, ambience are good. Service is extremely slowwww. They need to do something about it. You end up eating tons of complimentary salad and bread which ruins your appetite by the time main entrees come in. Pastas are little dryer than other locations.

We came here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. The entire experience from start to finish was so disappointing. Our hostess, no smile or welcoming attitude, should have tipped us off that we should have just walked out the door right then. We were sat, waited about 15 minutes to be acknowledged while another server waited on other tables. When we were finally greeted by a young man named Jordan it was very unprofessionally. "Haha my bad." We were ready so he took our orders, we got the endless pasta with soup to start with & also gave him our drink orders. We waited a few minutes, he brought out the soup, still no drinks. He said oh I walked right past them earlier. He went to get the drinks. He seemed careless, had a terrible memory & for some reason was attentive to a bigger table behind us but not to us. We had to ask him for things quite a few times, prompting him to do things like put cheese on our food, refills for drinks which we never got, etc. We heard someone, we assume it was a manager or another server, talking to him about a table he had that she started helping for him. If he was newer, which we assume was the case, and other people were stepping in to help, why were we not also considered to be helped by more professional trained staff? It was really disheartening to see other tables treated well, being offered wine tastings & prompt service while we were almost entirely ignored or getting terrible service. By the end we were just ready to leave. We waited a few more minutes for our server who never stopped at our table, only the bigger table. Finally we asked who appeared to be a manager for a to go box. Instead of getting us one or investigating why a customer would be going out of their way to ask for a to go box, she just said, annoyed, "Who's your server?" When we told her she said, "I'll get him for you." So we waited a few more minutes on top of that. Finally we were done with waiting, asked a waitress walking by for a to go box & explained we had been waiting for a few minutes now. She didn't seem to care about that at all but did get us our to go box another 5 minutes later. Jordan noticed us paying on the kiosk & suddenly cared about our experience. Oh do you need this, that, a bag? We declined saying we already got help from another server. He was suddenly very fake friendly & said thanks for coming in, have a great night. To say this was a disappointing experience is an understatement. If staff are not properly trained, as evidenced by Jordan being helped by other servers/manager, why was no one else there to ensure our experience was standard? Why didn't the manager seem to care, at all? I'll end with this - if you get Jordan as your server, ask for someone else to make sure you get the experience you deserve.

Waited an hour and 45 mins for our food and ended up leaving without any food. The waitress was sweet and very apologetic but the busboys cleaning the table behind us seemed to find it amusing that we were not impressed. Not a manager to be found. This isn’t the first bad experience with this Olive Garden

⭐ 0 Star(if possible) – Extremely Dissatisfied I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Olive Garden today was beyond disappointing. Our server, Sky, provided some of the worst service I’ve ever had. We waited 45 minutes just to get our food after receiving the salad, and then another 20 minutes before the pasta finally arrived. Even after repeatedly asking for cheese, we were barely given any — and only after being ignored multiple times. When we ordered a refill, the chicken addon was completely forgotten, and Sky didn’t even bother to check back or apologize. The entire experience felt like we were being completely ignored. The service was painfully slow, unprofessional, and careless from start to finish. Honestly, this was a very, very poor experience and not what you’d expect from Olive Garden. Definitely not coming back.
