The most fun I've EVER had at a restaurant! Staff is very interactive! There's a decent variety of food and drink. Everything was delicious, fresh,add to order in front of us. If you like Crab Rangoons; they're a MUST here! Wonderful place to take a large group for a fun night and a superb meal! Slightly pricey but well worth it!

The person that takes ur orders was great. But they guy that cooked the food wasnt that great. Dropped stuff didnt cook the onions and my chicken was chewy.

We love Simon’s. The food and service is always great. However this time, we sat at the bar and noticed they have about 8 beta fish just sitting in those little cups for decor it looks like? Please get them a tank! :(

Generous portions and prices were reasonable. Fun atmosphere while dining, entertaining food prep and didn’t feel rushed. Downside is restrooms need to be taken care of better.

Is it me or has Simons gone downhill over the years? Took my family down for dinner expecting a wonderful experience as I have had numerous times before. Very disappointed with the dismal atmosphere and the lack of proper heat. My 4-year-old was shivering the majority of the time. The food is still great and tasteful, but I also noticed that the menu has expanded. What happened to the simple 1-page menu they used to have for the hibachi?

Very very disappointed! We loved this place and went often. The server never brought our soup and salad and she said oh I didn't wow!!! My bf order scallop hibachi meal the chef split his meal up with 2 people that didn't even order scallops!!! UNBELIEVABLE. The server just wrote that off completely ignored me .Simons has gone down the tubes,run down and dirty .Get back to the old Simons that we loved !VERY DISAPPOINTED.

9 went for granddaughters 14th birthday. Didn't get individual attention like some of the other tables. Salad was served after meal was over.

This was my go to place for birthdays and anniversaries for a decade. The last couple of years have been incredibly disappointing. Last night for my birthday we ordered take out with a pickup time of 6:30, but since it's never ready on time I got there at 6:50. Turns out at 6:50 my order hadn't even been started. Of course I sat and waited another 20 minutes to get raw steak, unseasoned rice and burnt crab rangoon. Spent 150 bucks for dinner for 4. I understand that I already knew the portion sizes and flavor fell off so I should have known what I would be getting. I guess I just needed to be let down 1 last time by my former favorite restaurant. I won't be going back.

Made valentines reservations 10 days in advance, waited 1 hour to be seated along with 8 other people who also all made reservations. Waited another 1 hours for our food to come out watching other tables that were seated after us get their drinks, meals and checks before we were served. Ate 1 bite of my chicken, 2nd bite was raw, so was the 3rd bite. $70 later, I ended up ordering five guys instead. I’ve been to Simon’s many times, usually it’s my favorite spot. Incredibly disappointing experience

The food is okay, steak could use some help as it was basically flavorless the last time I ordered it. Hopefully the food is better when you order it yourself in person because when you order online and you have it delivered they don't pay attention to those who ask for "NO VEGETABLES." So those with food allergies stay cautious!!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. The sushi tasted extremely fishy and did not seem fresh at all. Fresh sushi should have a clean, mild taste - not an overpowering smell or flavor. Freshness should be a priority. Unfortunately, this meal did not meet even basic quality standards. I would not return based on this experience.

This is my only review given. Went out for valentines, had a reservation for 6:30. Sat us at 7:15. The group that came in after us had a 7:00 reservation and sat down after us got served before us. 8:30 came around. We got up and left. The chef was overwhelmed with only 1 on staff for a busy night. I felt bad for him.

This has always been my favorite restaurant. I’ve never had an issue until now. did my first ever take out order, and I was super disappointed. On top of them being 40 minutes late for the time they said it would be ready the food has significantly smaller portions than in store. I always get double meat when I eat there, it’s normally $10.95. I didn’t measure it, but it definitely felt like there was less than normal. And there was also barely any rice of vegetables in the box. Plus the steak was way overdone and dry. I called in and the manager told me the cook used 24oz of steak, not 32oz like normal. Then I’m like that’s not two double meat then that’s only one, but I was charged for two. She was confused, then cook got on the phone and said, “It’s not double meat it’s only 4oz extra each.” Even though when I go in store double definitely means double, because they bring out 4 steaks instead of 2. They didn’t even care that it was overcooked or very light on all the sides. It definitely wasn’t worth the $80 for 2 that I paid. I go in with my girlfriend at least once a week, you would think they would care at least a little that I didn’t have a good experience. Plus yelling at the customer saying they are wrong is very unprofessional. So disappointed in them.
