Coffee shops are numerous, and it’s often difficult to find just the right one to suit the preferences of every person in your party. For those times when you want coffee and coffee shop snacks, but others may want a heartier meal, a good option is Buzz & Bites. Buzz & Bites straddles the line between a coffee shop and a restaurant. Yes, there are plenty of coffee and tea beverages, along with pastries, brownies, and the like. But there are other food and drink options, too, like burgers, sandwiches, and even an all- day brunch menu. I usually go for one of the burgers with a side of tots, or a panini, or a sandwich. They don’t disappoint. The atmosphere at Buzz & Bites is more like that of a coffee shop and it’s common to see people eating while working on their laptop. The space is limited, but they also have outdoor seating. And there is a large, free parking lot, so there should be no issues finding a place to park. With so many coffee shops from which to choose, I’m glad to have a place like Buzz & Bites. It’s ideal when I want a tasty coffee or tea drink, but also want something a little heavier than the food options offered at most coffee shops. It’s a great place for lunch, brunch, dinner, or a quick snack, with friendly service and good food offerings.

Just found this place and it’s so great! My coffee was so good and the staff is so friendly. The pastries look so good. I didn’t get one but I’ll definitely try next time. Definitely recommend this place!

Buzz and Bites This spot is a must-try! The coffee is amazing—super strong and full of flavor. We had the ube coffee and the toffee latte, and both were delicious in their own way. The waffle was also a hit—crispy, warm, and just the right amount of sweet. Cozy vibes and great service made the experience even better.

This is a great spot. The coffee I had was great. It was, unfortunately, all I had. It was a regular hot latte. They served it hot and with room and pointed me to the figure and cream behind me. The inside seating could have some cozier options for a coffee shop. I was grateful that the shop wasn't kept too cold like a few others I'd been to. I eventually settled outside. They have a lovely outdoor seating area. This is a great place to just chill and live your day. Blessings. Much love ❤️

Always liked this place ! Very consistent in taste and quality. Been coming here for almost 3 years and have always enjoyed food and drinks here ! A very good selection of green teas and very good coffees too. We first discovered RISHI tea here and loved it ever since. All panini are hot and fresh . Pistachio latte is my favorite. Asian panini is a little sweeter side , but if it has kick of heat would be more amazing . No complaints other than that. It’s a busy road and busy place . We have been here for brunch most of the time and love the outdoor seating. Definitely recommend!

I come here all the time! It’s the best spot for great coffee, food, and studying in peace. There is indoor and covered outdoor seating. It’s one of those places that isn’t well known yet - but you know it should be. The food is always yummy and fresh, same with coffees and drinks. Truly love this place. Not only that, the staff is always welcoming and helpful! Very sweet staff every time I’ve been, I’ve never walked away disappointed. The price is fair for the portion of food you get as well as the quality of the food. Highly recommend the: tator tots (best I’ve had! Crispy outside soft inside), any burger, any toast option (like the Mediterranean toast), the omelet, chicken wrap, French toast, croissant sandwiches, I could go on… I hope this place remains lowkey with the same amazing quality food and drinks as time goes on. Definitely a loyal customer.

Loved this location of Buzz & Bites. I didn’t know they had one here. I loved how quiet the area was, but still busy and active. The coffee is amazing, they have so many delicious options to choose from! I even asked for an extra espresso shot and they gave it to me in a small espresso to go cup! 🥹 so cute! Also! I tried the food and it was great! It’s a perfect spot for catching up with friends for a casual brunch or breakfast!

I would have given five stars but food portion were small and price...high. The quality of the food was excellent. Maybe that explains the cost. The atmosphere or surroundings are bright and they have a patio. The place inside is rather tight. Still, the experience was satisfying as well as the food. Customer service was fantastic and I felt welcomed. The French toast is my favorite 😍

Stopped by Buzz & Bites on Blalock this morning — yummy spot! I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and a croissant; both were very good. It wasn’t too crowded when I arrived around 9 AM, and there was plenty of parking. Inside has a cozy vibe with enough space to sit down and get some work done. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill coffee spot with good pastries. Tips: • Arrive before 10 AM for easy seating and a quiet vibe. • Parking is plentiful right in front. • Try the Vietnamese coffee — strong, smooth, and just sweet enough. ☕️ Buzz & Bites — Sip. Work. Relax.

I don't think the manager is aware of someone packing the condiments in this way. Maybe Just drop them in the sack and not the food container? was really sickening. I might be ok off dropped on my fries... but inside the eggs...noooo.

Experience in one word. Average. Small portions and over priced. Sad that the only combo plates were burgers and wraps. Also sad they do not have any healthy burger options. Everything else is a la carte. Side of bacon macaroni will set you back $9. The staff seemed efficient, not necessarily attentive or friendly. Would not try sweet treats from case again. Tastes like they have been sitting there and definitely from Sam’s. I ordered avocado salmon toast added tomatoes and got one piece of toast that was thin crunchy and $12. My plate looked so sad and empty. My husband enjoyed his wrap. I ordered a lavender mimosa that was sweet and refreshing and $9. There are no refills per waitress on coffees, teas, or lemonades. Only water. It’s a small space, and awkward when people are standing around trying to figure out where they fit. They need coasters. Our table was sticky. This restaurant was forgettable pretty much. Except for the almost $3 they added to our tab for using a credit card. I’ll probably remember that.

All I can say is check your bill !!! There is an additional charge for everything although you will be given options during the order. Picking another option (even removing items) has an additional charge. Without upfront communication during the order, additional charges are not right. Potatoes are good and crunchy. Eggs are cooked well. But waffles are dissapointing. Very dense not crispy/light/fluffy.

The customer service here has really declined. This was my second visit, and the young lady was so caught up in her side conversation that she didn’t even acknowledge me. Customer service is what sets a business apart—especially when the menu only offers basic food options.
