I was traveling Terminal C and I noticed they had a Freshens. I decided to stop by, They had an amazing cashier(Mario) giving me the best insight with what to get. The Kitchen also had an amazing serves as well they gave out the food really fast. The Kitchen attendances were (Giselle & Mirian).

This review is for the Freshens at Terminal A next to the Jack in the Box. Not sure why it's not on Google map .. maybe it's a newer location. We ordered the BBQ chicken crepe and Nutella supreme crepe. Both were tasty and service was fine. A good place to eat if you need to grab a quick bite. Washroom is nearby too!

I got the Thai Chicken rice bowl. It had the veggies on top and the rice underneath. The rice was quite spicy if you wonder. It was good but not wow. It was just enough to keep me not being hungry till my next destination

Got a Denver crepe while waiting for a flight. If you have never given Freshens a chance you might be surprised by their options and quality. Will likely try one of the rice bowls next time through.

These guys serve a soggy pretzel as a legitimate pretzel. Granted these guys probably have never had a real pretzel and did not understand that a legitimate hot pretzel should be crispy on the outside like a loaf of bread. I see all the other reviews of pretty bad as well. I returned it

I had a very disappointing experience at Freshens. I wanted to order an açai bowl and was told, “It’s frozen.” Since I had a four-hour layover and was in absolutely no rush, I politely asked if it would be possible to let it thaw out. Instead of receiving a helpful response, I was met with a smug look, a head shake, and a smirk. Customer service goes a long way, especially in an airport where travelers are already stressed. A simple, courteous explanation would have been appreciated. The dismissive attitude made the interaction feel unnecessary and unprofessional. I won’t be returning based on this experience.

They forgot almost half the ingredients that were mentioned in my bowl. I got the Thai chicken bowl and it was half uncooked rice with small pieces of chicken a little bit of cucumber and lettuce and that’s it. There was a lot of spicy sauce and I spent almost $20 for a bowl and a drink at the airport and it was disappointing. I wish I’d seen the reviews for this place before I ordered never again.

Upper management taking up entire table during lunch hour. No tables to be found and he is taking up 4 chairs. He then goes behind the counter to the back room for at least 30 minutes. Now he has finally come back out to perform evaluations on employees. I’ve got one for you. You sir need to think about the customers you serve. Have a table in the back to conduct your evals. Not out in the open where you take up much needed space from the public. Your actions speak volumes.

I ordered one of the breakfast crepes… it was soo gross! The crepe itself tasted like paper and the eggs were the powder eggs. Overall not what I wanted to eat for breakfast. At least, they were nice enough to change it for a granola parfait which was much more appetizing.

This is the location in terminal C. I was looking for something healthy and filling to eat on the plane after a crazy splurge eating weekend. I ordered the peanut butter acai bowl. There were 2 individuals manning the counter. The first Lady who took my order seemed nice while the other who was preparing my order was short and seemed bothered. Nonetheless as I could go on, I received my bowl and from the time it took me to walk from the restaurant to the gate, <5 mins, the bowl turned into this smoothie mess. I show the one with the spoon to show that even when in dug into the bottom it was only small amounts of solid product. I dug out the fruit and tossed the rest. Complete waste of money and time.

I’ve never felt more compelled to submit a negative review than just now. These crepes are absolutely horrible. They are stale and it almost feels like you are hitting into plastic. My order consisted of the Denver crepe which once I took my first bite tasted like expired veggies. I went up to the counter to ask if the veggies were “fresh” only to find out that they didn’t know if the jar had expired….. they offered to give me another crepe which I accepted and requested the one with strawberries and bananas. The only good thing about it was the fruit. Just save your money and go elsewhere.

Food here is not worth the price. There are no meat-free options. They just remove the meat and can give you for the same price. The smoothies are very sweet n has lots of added sugar.

Ran my credit card for açaí bowl and then told me it would take 30 minutes to defrost it. It’s an airport - nobody has that kind of time to wait got a grab and go item.
