We had the al pastor tacos and the Alambres tacos and they were amazing! We lived in Mexico City for 5 years and these took us back to some of the best authentic tacos!

A hidden gem!!! Amazing margaritas and the burrito and salsa Verde were to die for! And I am not a huge mexican food fan, this was really really good! Super nice staff as well.

Paparruchos on Sage Road – A Hidden Gem for Ribeye Tacos I like this place for a few reasons, but the main one? Their authentic ribeye tacos with spicy jalapeño crema—hands down, the best I’ve had in Houston. The thinly sliced, flavorful ribeye combined with the heat of the crema makes for an unforgettable bite. Located in the Galleria area and surrounded by several hotels, Papparruchos has an interesting vibe, especially at night. The crowd is a mix of locals and travelers, and while the drinks are cheap, so are the bartenders—but not in a bad way! It’s just not quite what you’d expect in the Galleria, given the high-end restaurants nearby. That said, the staff was friendly, polite, and professional, making for an enjoyable experience. Beyond the tacos, the fajita torta sandwich is also solid. And if you’re into karaoke, they’ve got a Wednesday night session starting at 10 PM—definitely worth checking out. Would I go back? Absolutely. If nothing else, just for those delicious, savory ribeye tacos.

Food was very good, nice presentation. They had a club like atmosphere with a live DJ and Hookah. I didn't like that there was a man room attendant in such a casual restaurant and we were charged for parking because it was the weekend.

Overall decent. Week day was not busy and were seated and served quickly. Food was good but not spectacular. Chicken quesadilla was a bit dry. Tacos were good.

Thought we were getting late Mexican food after hanging at a local bar of ours we like. Late on a Saturday this becomes a great club/bar/hooka/restaurant. Great atmosphere and music, we orderecsone apps to share, we enjoyed everything we we ate. Would definitely visit again. Well until next time signing off Two Peas

This Small restraunt / bar is located right around the corner of the Galleria. I stopped in, after getting hired on the spot for a job and decided to celebrate by myself. Food was good, bathrooms were filthy, and each toilet commode had poop turds in them. Was completely grossed out didn't even use the restroom. The male Cuban bartender was super nice!! However, the chic behind the bar with highlights in hair was rude, not very friendly, and refused to speak. I Ignored her attitude and continued to enjoy my celebration. Food was on point, will not deny that!! For the area, $16 bucks for a Torta is super pricey, but i was in the galleria area so its expected. Would i come back, no.. the food is typical Mexican food, which is all overly priced. I get better food with bigger portions from a taco truck in the hood.

Very small portions for the cost. Not fresh. Tastes like frozen. Husband had a "steak" sandwich. Was 4 small strips of breaded faux meat on a giant bun. I had the saltiest enchiladas ever. So basically, my flag football team (17 of us in addition to 17 parents) made reservations to eat here one night after two tournament games. Almost all of us ordered water...took forever to be brought to the table. We then ordered food once we all got our drinks and while half of the table got their food after maybe 40 minutes, the other half didn't. TWO HOURS LATER, STILL NO FOOD. Mind you, a table of about 8 sat well after us and they all got their food, ate AND LEFT while the rest of our table was waiting for our dinner. Finally, the server starts bringing out our dinners one by one and the second dish he brings out has mold on it. At this moment, we had had enough and decided to cancel our orders and get food elsewhere (chipotle). I should also add that the manager was literally sitting at the bar the whole time while we were waiting for our food and asking where it was. Overall, the experience here was just so irritating. I think they might have been understaffed but we were the only table there when we arrived and we made reservations so they should be prepared and not serve food 2 hours after someone orders it. While the food looked good, I wouldn't actually know how it tastes because I never got what I ordered..

Walked here from the hotel. A trio fajita “platter” was 23.00. I got it to go and they forgot the sour cream and tortillas. Got to the hotel and the chicken was clearly precooked and reheated. The steak couldn’t be chewed. The rice was a teeny bowl. I would never order from here again. The shrimp seemed to be an afterthought. Also. They add a 20% tip to the bill before you get th check. Worst meal ever.
