I just started visiting this hidden gem after McDonald’s discontinued hot caramel mocha. Let’s just say I have not been disappointed yet!! 🥳 their white chocolate mocha with caramel whip cream drizzle has me in a chokehold. Kudos to the workers because our coffee comes out perfect upon every visit!! So many choices, flavors, and mashups to create your own specialty!! You will not be disappointed! 😋😋😋❤️❤️

Great place! If you go, you MUST ASK FOR KATE!!!! she is the absolute best person there. She is amazing, super sweet, and she will make crazy drinks beyond the menu. She's the reason I keep coming!

Love this location! I like to try the seasonal drinks but also ask the employees their opinions and they have never steered me wrong. The employees are always super friendly and drinks are perfect every time!

I stop at this location at least once a week and have always had great experiences. Recently I had a problem with my rewards account and Alena was able to help me fix it. She was kind and took her time. Now I try to say hi to her one my visits. Thanks Alena!

I got to 7brew pretty often and I always enjoy their drinks and attitude. This time around I had Jacob and he was a delight. Very charismatic and fast. I always enjoy hearing their daily playlist.

Had to share our experience today-- my husband and I stopped in to get our CAFFEINE fix. We normally always stop at this location since its the closest to our house. Service is usually always good, and welcoming. But today we were greeted by Kaitlyn "Katy"- she greeted us in line with a warm and happy welcome. She was extremely nice and also was able to give great recommendations to something different I wanted to try in a drink. I have to recognize her AMAZING customer service- we both left happy and look forward to seeing her again on our next visit. She is definitely a keeper-- good customer service is hard to find!

This place is always fast and customer service is amazing! Today we had Katelyn she is very friendly and knows the menu very well. She referred me and my husband some amazing drinks. The pumpkin cinnamon roll and a Cookie butter blonde they were both delicious! Keep up the great work. This is a great place to stop at when you want a nice drink.

I enjoy coming to this location, Im new to the 7brew crew lol and I love it here. Lanna was such a sweetheart and very good energy. I appreciate kindness this crew shows daily.

Jacob at 7 Brew absolutely made my day! From the moment I pulled up, he was friendly, energetic, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and delivered it quickly with a great attitude. You can tell he really cares about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who makes the experience that enjoyable. 7 Brew is lucky to have him! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Alena helped us today and she was wonderful! She was friendly, patient, and had such great energy. It’s always nice when someone clearly enjoys what they’re doing and treats customers so well. The drinks were amazing and we will definitely be back, thanks Alena!

My mom and I love coming to this place we love the drink it just really depends on the day you go, i honestly love there drinks but there’s time you notice the impatience and rushed drinks, there’s been multiple times I ask light on the Carmel drizzle because they fill the bottom with so much caramel and it just be over powering the drinks sometimes when I tell them to make sure if it’s light on caramel they reply with an attitude and when it comes out it just be pure caramel then I be very embarrassed to ask them to remake it to not hold up the line. I still come here because it’s the closest place for me but still just be patient with customers that’s all

I love Seven Brew and the cool drink options. The workers are mostly very nice with a couple impatient ones. You have to ask questions because the menu isn’t posted. My drink is sometimes very watery and lacking quality and at other times it’s perfect. I wish it could be more consistent.

I came today in the drive through and had a wonderful conversation with this nice young lady, she was wearing a green shirt. While we were having a conversation she has handed me a drink that wasn’t mine and before I was able to hand it back I believe it was a shift lead (?) came up to her with a nasty attitude and asked her where the drink went. She than preceded to tell her to read her IPad more accurately in a rude tone in front of me. The girl seemed bothered and apologized for that happening. The drinks were well made, just felt bad for the girl.

7 brew has been my go to place for coffee since they opened, normally the coffee is always on point but the last two visits have been a let down. The first time I ordered a white mocha latte, which was not sweet at all, if I have to add a ton of sugar to make a cup of coffee I paid for drinkable it defeats the point. Last visit same thing, ordered a small funnel cake Macchiato with extra ice. For some reason I got a medium, which did not have extra ice like I asked for and it was not sweet in the least. I don't know if different people are making the drinks or what is going on but they need to definitely be more attentive to preparing beverages correctly. It's not as expensive as Starbucks but when you pay for a drink you want it to be made how you asked and taste decent.

I’ve always enjoyed coming here for my coffee the staff has consistently been amazing and welcoming, which is why I was so disappointed by my experience today. As soon as I arrived, the girl with the pink hair didn’t greet me or acknowledge me kindly. Instead, she asked for my number in a very rude and dismissive tone. It felt completely out of character for the level of service I’ve come to expect here. I hope this was just a one-off experience, but it definitely left a negative impression today.

First time trying the establishment to order a medium blondie milkshake. Upon arrival, two females ignore to take my order while they were having a conversation with one another. While I was sitting right in front of them, I waved to be served and leave. Finally a male server approach me to take my order, I told the male server what I wanted. He came out with a coffee version of what I order and was confused why he gave me coffee instead of a milkshake. I was clear and direct with proof from the website of the flavors of milkshake options. He assist to remake it but this time it tasted like a vanilla milkshake. They need to do better with following directions and customer service skills.

My husband and I love Dutch Bros, so we thought we'd give this place a try. My mom had given us some coupons to 7Brew, so we went out of our way to check it out. We gave our coupon to the lady taking our order (who had quite an annoyance with us), she said she needed to ask her manager about it because she's never seen the coupon. As the coupon did not state a specific location, we assumed she'd come back with a green light to use the coupon from her manager. So we were a little stunned that she said we could not use it, because "it was not for this location." We were so bummed because now we were stuck in a long drive-thru line with our toddler begging for chocolate milk (that we had promised him). We wanted to just leave at that point and go to our tried and trusted Dutch Bros, but we had no out. We decided to order anyway, 2 Blondies and 1 kids chocolate milk. We were happy to receive our drinks, but we were surprised when the kids chocolate milk came in a small hot coffee cup with a large opening at the top. We had to ask for a kids straw to go with it. Of course, as soon as we give it to him, the chocolate milk spills out all over his nice shirt. So, my husband pulls over and I console my son and clean him up. Then I walk back to the DT window to ask for a small clear cup with a lid. The employees all seemed too busy to care, then finally someone handed me a cup, to pour my son's drink in. Coupons are designed to bring in new customers. So, yeah you may have gotten us to pay full price this once, but what did it cost? We will never return to 7Brew. Terrible customer service.

I had a really disappointing experience at the drive through with a young white lady with black hair. The employee who took my order was extremely disrespectful and had a rude attitude from the start. I was polite and just trying to place my order, but she spoke to me sharply, rushed me, and acted smart with me for no reason. Customer service like this makes people not want to come back. Management really needs to address how customers are treated.

They gave me my hot drink and I barely applied any pressure to the cup when the barista handed it to me and it spilled all over me and in my car. The top to the cup was not put on correctly at all because the other hot drink I handed to my sister first had no issues. Also, it happened right next to the barista and she just walked away and did not check on me or show any concern whatsoever regarding the matter. Now I have a pretty good burn to my hand because of it.

My husband and I Decided to stop by this morning. Ordered a latte with toasted marshmallow made extra sweet. Tried it before leaving and asked for extra toasted marshmallow and the supervisor came out and said it was an extra charge even though I ordered it extra sweet. Not great customer service.
