This place has great food that is very healthy options! The variety is amazing and the amount of options to drink beverages are well and very tasty as well. The price is very well adjusted and fair for the location. I will continue to visit in the near future.

This Sweetgreen location is situated in a vibrant, up-and-coming area, which can occasionally make parking a bit tricky on busy days. When it comes to food options, they offer the standard selections that many salad spots provide, which can feel quite similar across the board. However, the inviting atmosphere created by both the indoor and outdoor seating makes for a pleasant dining experience. Upon entering, the friendly staff is there to welcome you warmly, and the cleanliness of the counter is a nice touch. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also offer sourdough bread here, which is a delightful addition!

They possibly don’t cook with seed oils, but the kind employee handed me an ingredient book and my hot honey chicken’s sauce contains sunflower oil. Apart from this, the service is great and the meal feels balanced and healthy for the most part. I enjoy the outdoor eating area and the water refill station.

My favorite store. Sweetgreen MKT Houston – My Go-To for Fresh Just had another solid bowl at Sweetgreen MKT. Kale Caesar with baked salmon , always hits. Ingredients taste genuinely fresh—not that sad, wilted salad bar stuff. Line moves fast even during lunch rush, and the team here actually gets the portions right. Clean space, good vibes, easy parking in the lot. Already counting this toward my rewards—if you're not using the app, you're leaving money on the table. 🥗

And, they don’t have a huge amount of veggies to top your salad. They limit you to four items before charging (excluding the premium items which are an extra charge). The items they do have are said to be of the highest quality. I love that they actually squeezed the lime juice right in front of me.

I could never complain about the about the customer service here it is always great. The only thing today is the quality of the food :/ I got some really pale looking freezing cold brocolli. I love sweet green always will…this definitely made me stop in my tracks while eating my salad. The taste of the broccoli was honestly AWFUL. Lol

I visit this shopping center several times a week and was thrilled to find Sweetgreen. My first visit was amazing- 4.5 star - great customer service, portion, food. Price was a bit high so knocked off a star. The 2nd visit today was 2 star. The reason in interesting. I think the customer service girl may have meant well. I walked in to the smell of fresh caramelized steak coming off the stove. . Oh yes, this is what I was getting. I got to that area and told her. The man by the stove immediately told her that he has fresh, and was cutting it. She asked if I could wait. Heck yes, that smells amazing. She then decided to serve me what was there. She had to scrape the bottom and hold it at an angle trying to scrape the old cold bits together to get enough. Triumphant, she told the man never mind. She has it. I watched frozen thinking she can’t be serious. I was the only person in line, could she not wait 1 minute and give me a fresh and full serving- not scraps and bits. It didn’t quite make a full serving but she gave it and moved on. She didn’t even give me bread and barely said bye at the register. I was still shocked and frozen. The meat wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t fresh. It definitely wasn’t what I smelled. She should have said, if you wait 1 minute, we’ll have fresh off the grill for you. Please train her. This experience was ruined for me, and I think she may have wanted to keep me from waiting (I prefer to think anyway).

Used to love sweetgreen but the portion sizes just get worse and worse. Actually ridiculous. I just received a half empty bowl. I also order double protein and got two half scoops?

I’ve been eating here for almost a year and the past 3 times I’ve ordered online for pickup y’all have really skimped on the food. I used to get 1.5x the amount of chicken here. I love the food here, but the portions are starting to make it not worth it. Please don’t make me go back to Cava.

I used to go here often and they used to give a lot of food for 14$ bowls and the same for online orders, lately though, it looks like they have been providing less than half the bowls for online orders. I have seen other reviews complaining about the same for the past few weeks. Plenty of other options in the heights area that would give more food for the price that I will be visiting from now.

Given the price of each bowl, I was upset to see that the bottom of the bowl was visible and did not have what should have been an appropriate quantity of food for the cost. This is a new development from my previous experience at this location and it reflects of shrinkflation that is occurring at this location and other restaurants in the most recent months. If the quantity of the food does not appropriately reflect the price of the entree, I will discontinue my patronage. The rice portion of the bowl was not cooked when I arrived, and I was left no choice but to wait (I did not want to sub the rice for another grain). Aside from the rice not being ready when the bowl should have been made, the restaurant did not alert me to the missing ingredients until after it was originally supposed to be ready.

I love sweet greens but this location definitely not like the others. No filter water to drink , I had to go to La La land to get water , the portions are very small especially the meat. She didn’t even fill the serving spoon. I had to order extra meat. Also the customer service wasn’t there. I hyped up the salads to my boyfriend and let’s say he won’t be going back. 😩

I've been a customer at Sweet Greens since I moved to Houston in 2023, and I've always appreciated the good service and quality food. However, recently I noticed a change in staff. The new team includes a Caucasian female with a nose piercing who doesn't seem to be very customer-friendly. During my last visit, I observed her putting on gloves and touching multiple items before serving my food. When I kindly asked her not to touch my food with the gloves, she responded by touching my plate and food again, including the sweet potatoes I had asked her to remove. She mentioned she would put them back, which raised concerns about food safety and contamination. Given the price point and my previous positive experiences, I was disappointed with this service. I really enjoyed eating healthy at Sweet Greens, but I don’t feel comfortable returning under these circumstances. I hate that this happened, as I truly valued the healthy options and good experience I used to have there.

They do not care for your order (ORDER # 133344386) I wont be returning to this property, this is the 3rd time I have ordered from this location via app, in person and again via app today (03/07) and my order has been wrong every time. Here I was thinking 3rd times the charm. NOPE definitely not i placed an order for a Harvest Bowl w/two adjustments only. I got an email a few moments after placing my order saying that it was ready for pick up. It was very fast, so that should of been a red flag already. I got to the property (no one greets you upon arrival) and saw my order ready for pick up. Mind you I had to drive here during traffic, once i picked up my order, i came home and got things ready only to find out that they placed my order tag on top of someone else's order (check out the pictures) and served as if it was mine AND IT HAS CILANTRO WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO !! Imagen i would of actually eaten this. These ppl need to go back to training or seek new management. 3 chances I've given yall and you messed up every single time. BUYER BEWARE, USE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE, MAYBE A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY CARES TO DO THEIR JOB.

I stopped by around 3:20 PM today. The staff seemed distant—I tried to be friendly, but it felt like I was being rushed and ignored. I paid $18 for a bowl with greens, quinoa, toppings, and an extra scoop of chicken, but the portion was small and didn’t feel worth the price. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I’m new to Sweetgreen and was really looking forward to trying it, but my experience was awful. The server was extremely rude and impatient while I was trying to figure out what to order. Instead of helping or explaining anything, he rushed me and even said, “Do you want this, yes or no?” in a very disrespectful tone. As a first-time customer, this was disappointing and unwelcoming. I had a really disappointing experience at Sweetgreen today. I came in with my toddler, who is fully plant-based, and simply asked if they could make a small custom bowl or allow me to order sides separately for him. I’ve done this at other locations without any issue, and they were always happy to accommodate and charge accordingly. This location refused. The only option they offered was one of the pre-made kids meals, which didn’t work for my child. When I asked if they could just put the sides into a separate container (which seems like a very small request), they refused and said they could only add them to my bowl instead. As a parent, this was incredibly frustrating. Toddlers are picky, and flexibility matters. Instead of trying to help, they stuck rigidly to policy and showed zero willingness to accommodate a reasonable request. I ended up walking out with a hungry toddler and had to go somewhere else to get food. For a brand that promotes fresh, customizable meals, the lack of customer service and common courtesy at this location was disappointing. I hope management reevaluates how they handle simple requests, especially when it comes to families.
