Love the general Joe's chicken and egg rolls. Gizzards are pretty good too. Looking forward to trying more things off the menu. Update 2022 Another one that has gone down. Food is not the same.

I Love this place.. Ariel was the cashier and she great me with a great happy attitude and was patient to explain to me everything in the menu. The place was clean and had a good peaceful vibe.. Food was real good. Made when ordered and it was yummi.. Definitely recommend this location...

The food was hot fresh and good. The food was hot all the way to Willis Texas where I live and last my order was correct which is a big deal for me and napkins were in the bag I would definitely go again when I'm in Houston

FOOD IS GREAT! I WAS ACTUALLY SURPRISED ITS NOT PACKED! usually timmy chans are hella packed everywhere else but this being the northside i guess they dont know what they missing out on. the place is clean and prices are good food is fresh plus you cant beat the cool aid i wish they had more flavors and not just 1 i like grape coolaid but i guess fruit punch will do for now lol

Awesome orange chicken, fish, swimp you name it tastes delicious. Finger licking good and you get a soda Coke, orange, grape sprite you choose. Try the best than all the rest.

Wait is kind of long but well worth it because food is cooked to order meaning it's fresh and hasn't been sitting under a heating lamp.

This was my first time here and the food was bussing. I got the beef 🍖 fried rice 🍚 and an order of fried 🍤. It took a lil min to be prepared but it's was ultra hot when my order was ready. And yessir it was good for the money 🤑 plus I had enough to save for leftovers ya digg. Ill say if you are in the area check em out you might. Find you a lil gem. 💎

Looks cam be deceiving. This place may not look the best, but the food was so good and fresh. Definitely cooked to order. I had the catfish plate with rice. Both were absolutely delicious, but the fried rice blew me away. I hadn't been to this place before, but I will be returning. I hope it's consistent.

Got to go lunch here the other day. I got the garlic shrimp. It was good, hot, and fresh. And definitely a large amount for the price. My only complaint was the drink. I didn't get to pick and was given a lemon lime Shasta. 😕 Next time I will probably order a tea.

I was not expecting the wings to be this large, and are far better than Buffalo Wild Wings/Wingstop, in my honest opinion. The portion sizes are real generous, you certainly cannot beat the prices.

HUGE pieces of catfish I finished with one and was no way can I eat both. literally 2 days of food on any plate ordered. I bought two huge plates of food enough for two people for two days with fried biscuits 22 bucks how can you go wrong. Been there twice beef lo mein was no where near as good the fish but again huge portions. Plates come with free can of dr pepper or soft drink

The cashier served me well. Made a mistake with my order noticed it very quickly. Then turned right around cleared it up. Aiming to please their customers. They have a variety of foods which have it so hard to choose because the have such good pictures so you can see what you are ordering. The pictures posted are only a few. Then I end up ordering different entrees and made a mini buffet just to find my favorite. A great place to eat.

I am giving this location a 4. The food is good. Service needs attention. Whoever the guy is at the front desk is very inattentive. Most of the time he is on his phone. I have tried to call in an order and takes a while to get an answer. When I got there to pick up the order, he was so busy on his phone, I had to tap the desk to get his attention. They have a dining area, however, needs to be cleaned and sanitized after tables are free. Good food, but staff and eating areas need to be worked on.

One of my family's fave places to get food. It's kinda hit & miss, sometimes the food is delicious, others not so great. Usually go to the drive-thru which takes forever but even going inside is not much faster. Worth the wait when the food is good, its always piping hot, so made to order.

Food good but the dude be raising the prices i went yesterday and paid $10.50 for the L20 today I went and got the same L20 and he charged me $15.10 and they short you on the rice now with your combo if you go and order the same thing then take your last receipt

Ordered ahead and picked it up at the drive thru. Only live about 15 minutes away and they had my order ready when I got there. I think they have changed the way they cook their wings. They weren't as good as they usually are. I ordered the house Lomeli and asked them to make it spicy 🔥🥵. Oh my was it.

Friendly service great fried chicken (Crispy & fresh), shrimp fried rice tastes good but they they use small shrimp. Good price, large servings. Not many seats to sit but definitely at its best eating right away.

I always order the wings and rice they are delicious but my last visit I was told by a short dike that prices went up now if I wanted shrimp fried rice it was an extra$299 so I ended paying $15 dollars for a meal I was usually getting for around $10 with drink I don't think I'm going back after these prices I been a long time customer but those are outrageous prices

I havent been to TC on Little York in a while. It looks like prices went up. You no longer get your large container of protein with a small container of rice. Now it's your large meal and rice in the same tray😑. It looks like they have a bigger menu on the inside I highly recommend you to go in the restaurant and see their "updated menu"

Fast service when you call ahead.

It took about 30 minutes for us to get our food so if you're in a hurry, I suggest that you go elsewhere. I felt bad for the uber and door dash drivers. The size of the shrimp fried rice was impressive, I just wish that there was some flavor to it.

Great place I go at least 3 times a month. The food is awesome. Customer service is ok. I would have given 5 stars but the kitchen staff do not wear proper hair dress. Most of the girls that cook the food have long hair, they do not have it picked up and its not in a hair net.

Only 1 of the 3 employees were masked. A female employee sat in the lounge the entire time unmasked. The drive thru seemed prioritized and I waited for 20mins+ for a single person order.

I drove from Prarie View just to get this chicken and was very disappointed. I ordered six pieces of wings with white rice and extra gravy. When I got home and looked at my ordered I had brown rice with teriyaki sauce. I immediately called the store the manager was very rude after I've sat in the drive thru for at least 30 minutes and the cashier saying she realized that she made the mistake. They didn't replace my food or give me my money back. Never will I go back.

I hada bad experience with customer service. The hispanic lady working at the window quickly handed me my bag and closed the window. I blew the horn to get her attention and she never came back to the window. I stayed there and called and she put me on hold. There were no other cars in line. The sauce that I was requesting usually comes with the order.

The chicken was freshly fried but the rice tasted hard and old from being underneath the light. The biscuits tasted like they were fried 5 hours ahead of time. It was a few hours before closing but still unacceptable food. You have to place the order for food at the window.

This place has changed ownership, Wings don't taste the same. And they have two separate menus. The board is totally different and more expensive from the paper menu. Use to be one of the places to stop in Houston. I won't be visiting again, not worth the detour. I hate they changed.

Ordered the chicken lo mein and szechuan beef. The lo mein tastes like bleach smells. Both the chicken and beef tasted as if they were already expired before being boiled in dishwater. My date and I could only eat a couple of bites before we felt too sick to tough it out and ended up throwing away all $20 of our meal. I wish we could have paid the same price to not eat that and avoided the stomach ache.

It looked like and the texture of the rice and chicken was like it had been reheated. I had not been in several months because of the lack of quality of the food,but I thought I would give them another chance. I will not be going back.

TC chicken is a horrible knock-off of Timmy Chan. Save your time and money, avoid this place, my opinion is this place is a waste of time and money. It's completely overpriced, not seasoned well, and the amount of food you get isn't worth your money. The food is not good, and it is very overpriced. They charge crazy prices for drinks and an additional price for a cup of ice that should come with the drink. I would give the entire restaurant negative stars if I could. Don't waste your money. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

First time trying their food today, I’ve picked up a DoorDash order and wanted to try it out, I had shrimp fried rice and 4 piece of wings. And it came with a drink, so in my food were some weird brown things I was taking outa my food I had to just stop eating after the first one then I started looking through the rice it was more of that brown specs , not sure what is was but don’t eat here, along with no condiments. I did not like the experience here. Service at the drive-thru was not that great and the food was very bland. I had the whole chicken wings with rice and fish with fries and the best thing on my plate was the French fries, which were very basic. Never again... I should have just went to Timmy Chan's instead. Wasted 20 bucks.

We wanted to try the food this place had not been open in over 2 years so we came went in the drive thru no one answered so we figured it was broken we drive up and the women got so upset! She said we didn’t stay there at all which we did but never heard anything we finally ordered but we drove back in the drive thru once we did she had an attitude but she wasn’t just like this with us it was with every customer she was very rushed.
