The place is really new and very clean. The waiters are friendly and courteous. It's definitely an authentic place, great Vietnamese selection overall. I really hope that they will maintain all the good qualities here. I will come back often for sure to try all the offerings on the menu.

Food was delicious, continuing to try new items from their menu but ran into a hard stop when I did a to go of boba tea with my last order. Within one of the tapioca balls there was thread inside.

Us brothers came from all over the state to catch up with each others. We stopped by this place The Pho before we catch our flights back home, and just wanted to say we made a good choice. Food was great as you can see from the pictures If you're in this area definitely stop by and check them out. Service was also nice and friendly folks.

I just come down from the bay area maybe they have better quality and it's the first pho spot I been to here in TX but men I call to place a chicken charming pho large but the broth was cold and the chicken was actually shredded chicken and the chicken was actually kind of cold as well, the portion seem kind of small for a large. For drink a pick on strawberry tea which in the menu look very appetizing with strawberry garnish but nope it was plain no garnish but the actually tested was great, the drink easy a 4 star it could have been a 5 but I just felt tricked. So please don't take as a blash on your restaurant, take it as a small changes need to be made to make a really great spot. And to make clear I park outside and eat the food to enjoy everything.

I love the food, but the service from the owner's daughter was terrible. I ordered three orders of spring rolls to go and they only gave me two sauces. They even wanted to charge me for a third one! If there are three orders, why don't they give three sauces? It's a small thing, but that kind of nonsense can make me not want to go back to the place. And regarding your response, it's a lie. We asked for four sauces, and you replied that you could only give us two. So it's not company policy, it's your personal policy.

The service provided by the young man was great. The food had an unpleasant smell that I couldn’t work around. I left my pho there and just walked away. It had like a dirty water taste. I will not be returning. I rather take a thirty minute drive to Heights and find something there.

The only reason me and my family did not get up and walk was because Vanessa our waiter was absolutely a star. Our family of 4 put our orders in and people who came in after us were served before us. We waited for 30+ minutes for our Pho. Make that make sense.. There weren't enough rice noodles, we had to order extra. After dressing up the broth with everything on the table the soups were descent. My family will not be returning to your establishment. Ty.

I was very displeased with the service and the food here. I went here with my friend this last Wednesday evening and the food that I ordered tasted terrible. I only took a couple bites of my meal before I decided it was inedible. I asked my waiter if I could order something else because my food tasted so bad and he told me I would still have to pay for the meal even though I couldn’t eat it. I talked to the manager and she said because of their “policy” she can’t comp my meal. I wasn’t looking for free food!! But I wasn’t going to pay for something that tasted so terrible. If you need to put a sign up in your restaurant that states you won’t be reimbursed for food you don’t eat because of the terrible quality that means you’ve had this problem many times before and your scamming people out of their money! My friend ate some of her meal and ended up going to the bathroom and throwing it up. This place should be shut down. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. NEVER GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Food is good but service was not good at all. Everyone’s food came out except for one kids chicken pho. When I asked the manager where it is she said “I don’t know we are still waiting on the broth”. Doesn’t make sense how the other chicken phos at the table came out except the child one. Our server also had a horrible attitude.

I visited here recently, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a vegetarian dish, but it came mixed with chicken. As someone who has never eaten chicken before, this was really upsetting. The service itself was good — the staff were polite, and the manager was understanding when I mentioned the issue. They were also extremely busy, which might explain some mistakes, but the food overall wasn’t as good as I expected. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for people with dietary restrictions or anyone vegetarian or vegan trying it for the first time. I hope they take more care in the kitchen to avoid cross-contamination in the future.

They kicked my friend and I out because we ordered to go even tho we eat there all the time when getting to go, we get to go so they don’t have to clean any dishes after we leave. We also always tip so definitely do not tip these people!! Save your money, grab your mediocre food and go.

"And the award for Slowest Service goes to. . The Pho Vietnamese Kitchen!" 🏅 We've come multiple times and it's clear that this place is struggling staff wise. there's always something wrong or missing with our orders. Our latest visit came with a HOUR long wait for 2 Small Bowls of Pho and an Appetizer which is completely unacceptable and mind blowing at that, and the only reason the food finally arrived at our table is because I asked the manager to check on the order. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Overall the food is good, but the service is horrible. 1 Star 🚫

If I could give zero stars I would. First and last time walking in this place. We were excited to give it a try too. The girl at the register was very rude. So glad we didn’t spend our money at this place. Next time try treating first time customers with a little kindness.
