Very nice experience here. The employees are super friendly and easy to communicate with. I will say it is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but no real complaints. I had the General Tao's Chicken. The young lady warned me that it was spicy. I will say that it was not spicy at all. I think many places have just gotten used to spicy for Americans versus spicy for Chinese. The flavors were good despite this and the service was super fast. My wife is Chinese and she was very happy with everything. Would recommend Yantze to anyone but it is not for those seeking a more formal experience. The prices were very reasonable.

Definitely will be back...omg...the food is served fresh and hot...super delicious 😋
Good food exelent price generous portions you get a soup and you get a lot
Food was great, quick service, and overall a great place for food.
Super nice staff! Take out took about 15 mins- so its fast! Good food! Big sizes! I got the orange chicken, and it came with a lot of white rice for like 7.99 so definitely coming back
There may be better Chinese restaurants in town, but for value, Yantze is the one to beat. Incredibly reasonable prices, to the point that one asks, how do they do it? And the food is very good. I would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone, especially if one is planning a large group outing.
Their dishes are always so tasty. I also love their Vietnamese coffee!
Very good food and very reasonably priced. Great hole in the wall with friendly staff. The general taos chicken was listed as spicy by was not, at least to my families taste. If come back in a heartbeat.

Surprisingly good. Now the restaurant isn’t much to look at inside, but the service is good. The menu is not the biggest but on the plus side the food arrives super quick and the quantity and quality was sensible along with the cost. In summary, if you need a quick reliable meal that’s well priced and better sized, this place will not let you down.

Been going here for years, the food is always very tasty, if you walk in at dinnertime and the place is almost empty dont walk out as the setvice will be even better than usual. The place does a very good take out and lunch business. Because this place is in Chinatown the menu is lacking in a couple of things Americans are used to seeing. The fact that they have more of a Chinese style menu speaks to the authenticity of the food.
Great prices, lunch $5.00 during week of you get the lunch special. The Kung Pao Chicken was very good. It is only thing I have tried. A man's place mostly. It is a bit weird to be only female in a dining room with all men on Sunday at lunch time. That is only reason I gave it 4 stars. Lunch was $6.00 for their special on Sunday, Kung Pao Chicken I got again. They get their business from men who work nearby. Clean, no frills. Everyone was nice. I will go back and get food as take out next time.
I ive the eggplant sauteed in dark garlic sauce mixed with baby corn, carrots. it's unique in flavor that's got the right balance of fanciness and tartness that you can't lean one way or the other - it's got the right temperament. Its a bit spicy too for the traditional Asian punch. then there's the shredded pork with bamboo shoot, or bean curd if you like. but eithere way it's another favorite of mine to go with shrimp fried rice. the way they have their fried rice is either your traditional dark colored blend with soy sauce, or light blend like plain steam rice tossed in with the choice of meat and condiments. I like the light blend just for aesthetics I guess because they both taste great anyhow. their soup is not the greatest or offers no surprise but suits your palate as your expectations for sweet n sour or egg drop might be. sweet n sour is always a delight no surprises either just faithful treat to a class is Chinese dish. All in all this is you mom-and-pop Chinese cuisine from which you can expect good food when you're in the mood for Chinese dishes.

Bad service worse food leaves a bad mouth sensation after a couple bites . They Jack up the prices when your going to pay more than what showed on the menu and also self included tip . So your bill comes out to 20+ for stale noodles .
Came to China town for the first time and was excited to try this place out. I ordered a to go a meal along with cheese puffs and when I opened the box there was no sweet and sour sauce in the box so I go back in to ask for some, The owner then accuses me of eating the food and I told her I had just picked it up a few minutes prior and just needed the sauce. I explained it was the red sauce that usually comes with the cream cheese puffs, she gave me duck sauce claiming it was the sweet and sour sauce. She eventually apologized for the miscommunication and said the sweet and sour sauce is an up charge because they have to make it. Ive never been to a Chinese restaurant and they charge you for something that is standard. That’s like getting sweet and sour chicken and you only get the chicken and no sauce. I finally asked for a refund because of the poor service and inability to complete my order. Also, The owners brother was extremely rude as well. Such a shame that she jumped to conclusions and accusing me instead of taking the time to listen. Do not recommend
The cashier Janie was extremely disrespectful. She was not helpful at all. Her tone was very unwelcoming and she just seemed like she did not want to help. I hope this gets better soon.
