They took ages; first they were taking out the takeout orders, and there were a lot of people waiting to eat there. A kid came in selling things, and we gave him a free drink. One of the employees came upstairs to ask him to leave and got annoyed when we asked her to let him finish his drink.

The in-store experience with takeout orders was positive. The cashier was friendly and attentive when taking the order. However, there was a lapse in the service regarding contactless handling of finished products and money. Upon receiving payment, the cashier returned the change without any precautions against infection, instead handing over the drink cup. This occurred with several orders within the establishment. If you are very uncomfortable handling money and products that come into direct contact with your mouth, think twice before ordering. Hopefully, things will improve soon. Regards

The staff's service is bad, they should train them better. Then you order an ice cream and they take it out of the machine all watery. I've seen in other branches that the people who serve you don't give you the ice cream until the cream comes out completely firm.

This burger king is terrible, the chicken is probably the worse chicken I've ever had in Mexico, the whopper, yeah its editable, thats about it. Took forever to get my food. I would not recommend this place.
