Good food and service!

Fui a este lugar por las redes sociales qué decían que muy bueno y la verdad nada bueno según el sabor de otro planeta, que según tortillas echas a mano y no es verdad y así podría seguir con el servicio y demás platos que pedimos. Ya ni el tiempo que use para trasladarme al lugar. Yo no lo recomiendo.

The food is very tasty, obviously their specialty is the pancita, it's DELICIOUS... The prices are high, to my taste, but the taste and location may justify it. They have valet parking, and the waiter is always very friendly and attentive. The downside is that they've been suffering from TERRIBLE SERVICE for years. The waiters are the worst, always grumpy, slow, disorganized, rude, and unhelpful. This definitely discourages me from returning... Honestly, I've been there 10 times, and I always have the same experience. But I return for the flavor of the food, the comfort of the facilities, and the proximity to my home. I hope they improve that detail soon; their clientele deserves it, and a place with such a long tradition in the area is well worth it!

We enjoyed the food, however the service wasn't great. We were a party of seven and the waiter did not write anything down when taking our order - I had a feeling this would result in incorrect orders. My suspicion was correct and orders were incorrect and we had to continuously remind the waiter to bring all all the food we initially ordered. The food is great, but the service needs to be addressed for any higher rating.

El lugar ya tiene muchos años y va cada vez peor. Para una mesa de 10 personas fue pésimo servicio muy muy muy tardado,y la comida fue llegando un plato y otro 10 minutos después y la carne cruda. Tengo 20 años comiendo aqui . Les falta personal Si tienes mucho tiempo y demasiada paciencia pues provecho.

La comida está bien, a secas. Lo que tienen que mejorar muchísimo es la atención: los meseros si no están volviéndose locos, están de mala cara. Te toman la orden y lo traen mal, les pides algo extra, no te lo traen. A veces te traen otra cosa y aguas si lo aceptas y no te das cuenta porque hay una señora que te regaña y te dice que "para que se lo aceptas?" Ha decaído mucho este lugar que tienen sus años. The last time I went, I had a terrible experience. The service was careless, the dishes weren't served at the right temperature, and there were even problems paying. A bad experience. It's a shame, because there are so few places to eat in the area.

The service is quite bad; it takes over 30 minutes to get your order taken, but let's start from the beginning. The woman who greets you, who I understand is the owner, is very rude and arrogant. The music is so loud you can't have a conversation. The waiters, at least the one I had, were quite bad. I asked three different people to take my order, and none of them, including the owner's daughter, would, and I was ignored. And then, when it came time to pay, they were just as slow, and they demanded a cash tip! Hahaha, obviously I refused and left 5% because of their terrible service, since the kitchen staff isn't to blame. If you ask me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Personally, I don't think the food is good, the service is slow, and the coffee is bad. The owner is very concerned about the customers' well-being, but the portions are small and expensive.

I've been going there for years, but the truth is that it's far from being as good as it used to be. I went a couple of months ago and thought it might have been a bad day, but today that I went back I can confirm it. The broth was very watery, tasteless, less meat portion, and it's not cheap anymore. A large plate costs $180.00 pesos. The other thing is that the tortillas are from a tortilleria and are bad, the service was slow and grudging. It was definitely the last time I went, I don't recommend it, honestly. Everything is very expensive. I'll leave you pictures of the menu to give you an idea.

DISASTROUS! You remember the taste of the pancita and you're tempted, knowing you won't get good service, but you insist, hoping for some improvement, but no. A 355ml bottle of mineral water costs 45 pesos!!! The staff doesn't even bother coming near your table so they don't have to ask you anything. Worry yourself if you order a stew, because you'll be waiting another hour. The pancita is tasty, but it's not worth the overall experience. Expensive and bad. AVOID IT! Run to the Villa Coapa market instead. You'll avoid disappointment.

Terrible service. The waiter was in a very bad mood and took our order. We came because we had seen that the tripe was good, but the way he treated us made us not enjoy ourselves from the very first moment.

Terrible service. We asked for a table for 7 people and were only given 6 chairs; we had to borrow one. The staff was terribly organized. We asked for a pitcher of water while we were sorting through what to order, and the waitress thought we were just going to get water because after handing over the pitcher, she never came back to take our order. It took over 20 minutes to serve us the pancita and ALMOST AN HOUR for a fish fillet. The pancita was delicious, but it was served cold; the huaraches and sopes were too small for the high price. It's obvious they're understaffed and underorganized. This is our first and last time here.
