Poor excuse for a Blizzard. I'm sure there are kinds of ingredients that allow one to turn upside down and taste bad at the same time.

Well, today I tried one of the meal deals which comes with an ice cream sundae of your choice. I went with the chicken fingers and fries with buffalo sauce as my dipping sauce. Well, I can not lie, I did not care for my meal very much..I felt the fingers were quite salty. The best part of me getting my order was the very efficient and caring employee named Jerod who carefully made sure I had everything I needed to eat my to-go meal with out me even having to ask. I watched as he added my straw, spoon, ketchup, and napkins to the bag making sure not to forget anything. I really appreciated that. He handed me my order with a nice smile and bidded me a good day. He is a good reason to stop by this location because there are not many people who still give old school customer service like he did. I know, I have reviewed many places. Dairy Queen, give that man a raise. He may be the reason people come back to have a meal with you guys. Also, pull around to the back and enjoy your meal in the car, there is a patch of lovely woods for shade.

It’s wemt to front to order we stood there 2 people over my side window laughing. We had a 3 year old w us who was loud so thwy heard us we waiting 10 min amd I had to say loudly is anyone working over here the girl came but my husband walked out amd said no we’re not eating here if we have to ask someone to serve us

I have been doing experiments at this location. Every time I came here after 8pm. The food is super mouth burning hot. They microwaved it, you can tell. I cannot even grab the food with my hands. And food is not great and I never get what I ask for. Every time I get the coco fudge Sunday and ask for extra coco fudge they charge me $.79 extra which I don’t mind but they never give me extra.

$7 dollars plus for a medium blizzard? This place is a rip off. I'll get a pint or two at the Publix instead. They're also kinda sketch- they never say the total after you order. Can't recommend this location.

Horrible experience. Put in an app order. Said to go inside this evening. Dining room closed and only drive through open. No clear signage. Everyone came and parked and then had to get in line. Awful. Many people bailed. Food was ready according to app 25 minutes before we got food. Food was very poor. Will never come back. People were bailing and buying snacks in QT next door. This was at 9 PM.

so I went to the Dairy Queen and brought two gift cards and since I had enough, my gift card pays for all of us and then my brother‘s girlfriend gets an Oreo blizzard and gets a chocolate chip mint Oreo and then I get a cookie dough blizzard and they give me a chocolate fudge brownie so I will never go to the Dairy Queen again. It is horrible and I would say the same for you.

I ordered a blizzard with two ingredients. I got home to find they had only added one. I paid $7 for a cup of vanilla ice cream with pineapple. Could have paid half and just got a pineapple sundae. Won't be going back there. I'll drive to the one in Tucker, costs less and they've never messed it up.

Let me preface this by saying everyone I spoke to directly was kind and helpful. I spoke with a cashier and a manager. I received a blizzard with BUGS blended into it. I spoke with cashier and they offered to remake. I told them I couldn’t eat there again. I asked the manager for a gift card at another location and she spoke with the owner and the owner refused a gift cards. The owner only offered a credit for that store. I can’t eat there again.

I ordered a large Cheesecake blizzard but the interesting thing is there is no freaking cheesecake inside. If you are an employee there please make sure you check before you serve your customers, I understand mistakes happens but I paid and when I went home to peacefully eat my treat I was disappointed. If you are an owner then I request that you make sure the quality is maintained. I dint pay money to eat huge chunky strawberries.
