Asia was one of the most amazing workers I’ve encountered! She helped me navigate the menu and explained everything that I had questions about! The bubbly attitude she had was contagious and truly brightened my day. She made great recommendations that I hadn’t even considered either! 10/10 would come to this location again! The food was worth the 30 minute drive!

First time trying this place. Was impressed with the quality. Veggies were fresh and had a good crisp. Steak was super yummy. Sauce was a perfect touch. Meal wasn’t overly sauced or oily which often happens with these kind of meals. The girl at the front (I can’t remember her name) was also super sweet! I’m definitely happy with my no cook choice for the evening!

It was my first time here and the people who took care of me (Asia & George) were extremely nice, and cheerful and offered suggestions to help me figure out what I wanted. I ended up getting a large protein power vegetable bowl (spicy chicken teriyaki and veggies). The portion was more than enough and was extremely tasty! Will definitely be coming back to try other variations.

The food was fine. I'll definitely be coming back for the spicy chicken bowl. BUT every time I come here the staff is fooling around and it takes like 20 minutes to get food regardless of how busy they are. I also don't like being asked for a tip before even getting my order. UPDATE: 05-16-2022 Came in this evening to an empty/unclean restaurant at 7:55pm. And I waited over 10 minutes before anyone came out to take my order. I would have left but I drove over an hour and despite the lousy service, the food is usually very good. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I have already given up on the Conroe location. 3 visits, bad service every time. This location is having the same problem. I'm not sure if it's a training issue or an attitude problem. Maybe it's just me.

We tried Teriyaki Madness when it first opened and, honestly, weren’t impressed. After waiting over a year, we decided to give it another shot to see if things had improved. The Chicken Pot Stickers, Side Noodles, and Crab Rangoons were decent — nothing special, but enjoyable enough. However, the Orange Chicken and Chicken Teriyaki Bowl were still below average. We remembered pretty quickly what turned us off the first time: most of their dishes use chicken thigh meat unless you specifically request otherwise (mainly in bowls). If you’re particular about your chicken, make sure to ask first. Not sure if we’ll be back again, but at least now we know it’s consistent — just not to our taste.

This was my first time to order from here. I order my food from Uber Eats and assumed it would be coming from the Mount Belvieu location but it came from the Humble location which is further away. It took well over an hour to receive my food and that explains why the crab Rangoons and egg roll were not hot but soggy and cold and the ice was almost melted in my drink. The Chicken Teriyaki bowl with white rice and broccoli tastes pretty good and they give you the teriyaki sauce so you can add what you need. I don’t know how Humble received my order but I can’t really give a accurate review on the egg roll and crab Rangoons since they were cold.

I’ve stopped by twice. The food is prepared fairly quickly. The teriyaki was pretty flavorful the first time, not so much the second. They probably should consider the proportions of protein (meat) to rice, because I ran out of meat REAL QUICK & had a lot of fried rice left. That really bothered me, but I’ll probably return one more time to see how it goes. The picture shows EXACTLY how much meat I received (for the large) and how much rice was left after eating the meat AND some rice‼️ **RE-VISIT** I went a third time. It’s quite tasty. I spoke with management and she let me know that the proportions are set and basically it is what it is (she was very nice). She suggested I pay a little more to have extra protein added. I did and yes, it made a whole lot of difference. I didn’t really care to be paying more, but it was well worth it.

I am a frequent customer but I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The beef was clearly overcooked and tough. When I asked to have it replaced, the manager--who wasn't even present at the time--accused me of eating it all (I had two bites) and refused to consider that the kitchen may have simply had an off day. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she stated she "trusts her staff," implying I wasn't being honest. Mistakes happen, but how they handled this lacked accountability. In the end, I was issued a $3.00 partial credit and another protein option. Unfortunately, the customer care was more disappointing than the meal itself.

Ummmm...so this was our first time visiting here and may be our last. Ughhh 😩. We both got the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. The brown rice was very mushy like eating old oatmeal. So my friend didn't get her order yet so she asked for the white rice. She was told that the white rice may be the same and that It was the brand. Well if it's the brand how about getting a better one because this one is definitely not it? I wanted to gag with every bite. 😵‍💫 I just pushed the rice to the side and ate the meat and veggies (that was just OK). Then they upsale the yum yum sauce but it doesn't exactly go with the entree purchased. 🤔 Didn't understand that so I went home with two unused sauces. 😑 Don't buy it y'all... Smh... IJS...you can try it if you want. But unless they change the rice or the way it's being cooked I won't be going back blahhhh. 🤮🤢

This is my first time at Teriyaki Madness and most likely my last. When I entered the establishment, everything was fine and Kara at the register was really kind and made my experience great! After ordering my food and waiting, a different lady (Kristina) called my name and I got up to get my food and noticed she had got up and handed an order to a different customer. Not thinking anything of it, I was looking around to see who called my name and where my order was. I then approached Kristina and she looked at me like I was out of place and said, “can I help you?”. So I told her how my name had just been called so in that moment the other customers let her know that they received the wrong order, so she got up and said well, “Who’s … (the name she previously called)” and I annoyingly looked at her like, “Me! Duh!” I am typically not the one to nitpick but the whole encounter was off and made me feel unsettled. For future reference, if you call someone’s name, give them a chance to get up and retrieve their order. Don’t automatically assume that it’s someone else’s order. Plus she was distracted on her laptop doing other work (not sure if it’s work-related). I won’t leave a rate for the food, as I haven’t eaten it yet…

I ordered at 7:03PM and at 7:33PM I still haven't received my food. It was a simple 2 Protein Bowl that is taking forever. I will never eat here again. Update: Food finally arrived at 7:37PM, 34 minutes later. This is supposed to be fast food.

As a delivery driver and a customer, it takes much longer to get a pickup order. There is zero order priority. Everytime I order for myself I wait almost 25 minutes and if I have a pick up in this location it takes them nearly 40 minutes for a small order. Location probably needs a better general manager, district manager needs to do his or her job and fix this upside down store, district likely pays very little attention to service.

Food is great but customer service is terrible, employees never answer the phone to place a pick up order and you have to literally walk to the back of the restaurant almost in the kitchen to have someone attend you. Employees are never attentive to the counter

We arived at this place at 12:05 pm today. We did not get our food until 1:05 pm. The person at the register did not know what he was doing. He told us that they do not have enough help. They should not be open if they do not have help. We will never go there again. We will not recommend it to anyone. Several people came in and left as it was taking too long. And the floors were sticky to walk on.

Why would anyone order just a bowl of broccoli.... Ordered food from here off uber eats. Ordered two bowls one was supposed to be orange chicken and tofu with fried rice however there was absolutely no rice and the other was a vegetable bowl with broccoli yakisoba style except all they sent was a bowl of broccoli..... Like what psychopath would order a bowl of just broccoli!

This place used to be good. Now it complete trash. They tell you your food will be ready in 15 minutes. Had to wait another 17 minutes after that before my food was ready. And there was nobody dining in the restaurant at all. This is now three times in a row. Then forget to give me teriyaki sauce... They got dogs walking around the restaurant... Just a complete disaster. No apologies for the inconvenience No offer of anything to make up for their mistakes. Horrible customer service Horrible cleanliness Horrible experience
