My experience was just with a to go order for breakfast with crepes.. but the girl on the phone Cassandra was so nice.. the restaurant is just nice and impeccably clean.. to go order food was extremely fresh and hot.. I was just a really great experience all the way around ❤️

The service here is ALWAYS top notch! Everyone is incredibly nice and always go out of their way to make sure you're happy with everything and that you're never without. Today, as soon as I was done with my drink, I had another on the table within seconds after being asked if I wanted another. The food was really great as well... Heck, it's always great! Definitely worth going to this location.

Breakfast Special At IHOP - $6 ! Super surprise when I went to I HOP on Beach Bl. The special I had was an omelette filled with ham and cheese and two great pancakes for SIX Dollars! Well prepared, great table service - except for COFFEE which is over FOUR Dollars A CUP! ! Otherwise, it was great. PS - if you request onions with your special, they will charge you an additional $1.25! Otherwise, standard prices are quite high for the food you get.

Our visit was defined by our server, Luz. She was perfection, beginning as the hostess through server, and cashier. Even though she was the only one on duty and everyone who came in was in her section, she was friendly and welcoming, She proactively let us know how our order was doing and checked in several times to see how we were doing. I got the Eggs Benedict, which were VERY overcooked, but I didn’t make a fuss because these things happen. Overall everyone else, who got more simple meals were happy.

Maybe because we came in on father's day about brunch time but I didn't have a 5 star experience. The waiter was very slow and almost made me feel like she was punishing me for asking for more time to think cause she gave us so much time that we were about ready to leave. Made eye contact with me several times and I know she saw that I was ready for her but she had to throw 3-4 customers before coming to service our table. This review is not for the food but for the service. We came in at 6:30pm. There’s a party in one of the rooms, will about 5 other occupied tables. Three other groups came in after us. There is only one server for all the groups. As I’m writing this, 15 min in and still our order has not been taken. One server to seat people, take orders, bring out food, process the bill. Unacceptable.

I know not to expect 5 star service but we sat down ordered drinks. I asked for no whip cream and my shake came with whip cream. Whatever I brushed it off and ordered food. Food came out in phases separated by 5 minutes or more. When I asked for the check I asked for water with the check. The time was 12:36 I wasn't met with the check until 12:54 and surprise surprise no water. And to top it off their system down and couldn't accept card.

Food was terrible. Ordered the cinnabun crepe and sides, crepe was falling apart, cold, and had a bad after taste like it was in the fridge for days. Sausage and eggs weren't even hot and everything was really soft and falling apart. Gave me a stomach ache afterward. Never coming there again, I could make that way better and not pay that much either. Very disappointing IHOP.

Came here to pick up to go order on 12/25/24. I ordered country fried steak and eggs and another order for my child, waited and when I got my order I left. You can imagine how upset I got that I paid $41.88, and my food wasn't even right. I got the eggs and hashbrown but no dam steak. Called back and the cashier Cassandra apologized but that I can speak to the manager and get a new order going. Definitely going tomorrow because this i was unacceptable. I blame the cooks for this.

I've left a bad review for this Ihop several times and for some reason it keeps getting deleted. So I won't waste paragraphs detailing specifics for the fourth time. Be warned: worst Ihop restaurant ever! Slow service when they were not busy, small portions, overcooked/undercooked food, TERRIBLE service from the female waitress (she walked by my EMPTY glass at the edge of the table 4 times and only stopped when I yelled at her), and what do you get for all this BAD service? A $25-30 bill for one adult, and you're still hungry when you leave. Certain people should be fired immediately! I won't be back anytime soon.
