I've been here about 7 times already. At first the staff were leaving the onion skins on the onions, so when I ate the Whopper I would have to pull out the skins that are hard to eat. BUT more recently the service and food is much better! Tasting like the classic whopper I'm used to. I love the whopper at the BK lounge, my favourite fast food restaurant. I was so excited when I heard it was coming to Huntsville. So I will definitely be a repeat customer. The drive through is a bit slow but I'm confident that this will improve. Thank you for having Burger King in Huntsville!!!

I have only ever used the drive thru at this location and always use the app to place my order prior to arrival. The staff are always friendly (of course because, as they say, I "Rule"). My food is always hot, fresh and served with a smile. The property is well maintained and easy to get to. I'll definitely be back. Great work team!

I got to Burger King from now on. The food is hot when you get it. The orders are right & the staff are very polite to deal with. The burgers taste a lot better than McDonald's. Bk uses way less salt in their meat. I want a burger, not a mouth full of salt. The fries taste so much better as well. At least they aren't swimming in salt either. I will definitely be going back to BK. They have won me over for good food.

This is by far the best Burger King across the entire world. We travel a lot and tend to like Burger King over other chains, but this one is a different kind. It is always on point. Your sandwich is always fresh hot. The fries are always hot and fresh and the people that work here are just so friendly.

my experiences here have so far all been positive , always got what i ordered and within reasonable amount of time but always eat inside as not in a rush and never use drive thru. noticed its not been that busy some days . almost like they need a sign on the highway so travelers from out of town know about it as many perhaps don't even know its here.

Cool new place! It's clear that they just opened because everything is clean and decent. However, they definitely need more people. The workers are trying their best to work quickly, but there simply aren't enough of them to ensure quick service. Someone come work here!

The kitchen is open to the dining area, so no sound barrier at all. Can be quite distressing if you're sensitive to sounds like that.

Staff were friendly but forgot about my coffee and didn't seem to understand my order. Nevertheless, the restaurant was clean, food was hot and washrooms were clean. Service was reasonably quick.

Cooks aren’t reading the orders. I ordered an impossible burger with NO onion (is not an allergy, but a very strong dislike). I bring my burger home and check my burger for onions. And I found a bunch of onion on my burger- yes I could’ve taken it back but I was already comfy at home. I will be double checking before I leave now!

Happy to see that there’s finally a Burger King in Huntsville. The food is made fresh n the customer service is really good, but the service is waaaaaaay to slow! I noticed they complete each order in the drive thru before taking the next order, so you’ll literally be waiting a while just to get your order taken. They need more workers!

Since Burger Kind opened. I have not had a good experience. The food always had something wrong with it. Wrong burger and no fries, wrong drinks. It was the drive through. I went in with a friend on March 27 for a family meal coupon. I was behind my friend and no one else. She ordered. I ordered. With both got similar things with coupons. She was served. And then we waited... and waited .. people came in. Ordered. Got served and left. I am still waiting. No communication as to WHY I was still waiting. After 20 minutes I asked for a refund and the guy snorts and says in a minute. I said NO NOW. and Got it. My Friend got half my order and not her own. We are not going back until Burger King gets their act together.

I am never ever going to eat there anymore 😕 my husband got and upset stomach and I was sick to my stomach! What happened to good food and pride? This is so unbelievable I use to love Burger King 🤴 1st a Double Cheese Burger use to have 2 cheese and 2 Patty's not now 1 cheese . If you look it up on Google it tells you what is to be on it. But each restaurant has there own interpretation. Understandable!!!

I have a service animal for a medical condition and was immediately met with "mam no dogs in here" which is fine I sometimes get that until I point out the dog is a service dog. I told the woman behind the counter, he is a service dog. Still was getting some looks, then another employee comes out to me after I ordered to tell me I can't have a dog in store without showing my papers. I explained I have my paperwork but under the act for disabled persons in Ontario I don't have to show paperwork if they are wearing their appropriate identifying vest etc and basically had to keep telling the person this. They continued with saying they need to see papers, I told them to go research and that it's within my rights. I could have just shown my paperwork but I'm trying to bring light and awareness for people with disabilities as being approached and bombarded as I was is and can be very triggering for people with disabilities. The man went to the back on his phone and researched and came back and said you're right and apologized. It's not the fact they had to ask but the fact I had to protect my rights continously and be treated like I don't know my rights. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they had accents and perhaps haven't encountered this situation before, but the way they bombarded me (after explaining) and didn't research before continuing was the worst I've ever seen. It in fact did cause a flare up in my condition and I had hours to drive with my family to get home. Burger King please train your staff about people with disabilities in Canada.

Always something wrong with the meals, either burgers have been sitting under heat to long and one side is soggy but warm and other side is cold, drinks always seem flat and they take forever at drive through to order with no one inside and ask multiple times for you to repeat the order. Only reliable item here is the fries. Not going back after 5 out of 5 bad experiences. Good luck
