We ordered subway platters plus custom orders for 170 people. The food was prepared fresh, ready ahead of time, sides and sauces platters also prepared, and the communication and service with the store was excellent, including a follow up and assurance we were pleased with the order.

Tried their Signature Bowl, missing couple of toppings and portion size was really low, too much black pepper and parmesan cheese. Couldn’t found their avocado smashed patty. Though there was regular avocado scoop.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. One of the staff members, Sweni, behaved in a very unprofessional and rude manner. She seemed frustrated for no reason and lacked basic courtesy while interacting. I expected better service and respect. Hoping the management addresses this seriously.

I dont know about everyone else, but I hate being rushed and treated like a number and I cant stand the lack of customer service these days...its just awful. No one wants a sub thats been tossed together carelessly! We want a nice evenly made sub....its not difficult. Especially when we're spending so much on one. Do better or find a new profession. Maybe something that doesnt consist of face to face interactions with people and is less complicated than making a sub. The women that works here is awful.

Was very hopeful of having a good lunch for me and my children but ened up ordering $56 dollars in food just for the bread to be so stale the bread almost crumbled into dust was very disappointing the atmosphere was very gloomy with lack of attention from the employees my son was trying to get pickles on his sub and took many attempts for him to have the correct vegetables on his sub all around i am very disappointed

The lady was rude, I ordered a 6 inch turkey sub, she said for 10.00 bucks I can get the foot long, then charged me $23.00??, couldn’t make me change. Was not impressed at all.

Ordered on Uber Eats today and received the whole order wrong . Total waste of money. Very disappointed. Plz don’t order from here.

Don’t wanted to mention the names but because of the behaviour I had no other option JK was working on my order and after when I asked for extra tissues they kind a make a face again. Won’t ever visit again and would not suggest anyone to get food from this location.

The bald white guy working here is unbelievably rude and dismissive. He doesn’t listen to customers, cuts you off, and acts like answering a simple question is a burden. If this is the kind of staff Subway hires and trains, it really speaks volumes about the chain’s complete lack of customer service standards. This location makes the entire brand look bad.

Not even one star — just mentioning the name ‘Sweni’ so that management is aware. I had an unpleasant experience with her due to her rude and unprofessional behavior. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy, but her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. On the other hand, the male staff member was absolutely polite, respectful, and helpful — a complete contrast. It’s unfortunate when one person’s behavior affects the overall impression. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed by the management. The girl forgot to put cheese as well.

Visited this Subway location and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees named Mit. After serving a previous customer, he did not change his gloves before starting our order. When we politely asked him to change them for hygiene reasons, he refused to serve us and asked another employee to take over — who also did not change their gloves. This shows a complete lack of hygiene and proper food handling practices. Very unprofessional and unsanitary.

I just went in now to get a sub for my nightshift. A simple order, 12 " BMT, extra cheese, bacon, not toasted, no topping and I requested the sauce on the side so the sub doesn't get soggy. The young girl, Sweni I believe, or whoever she was working the shift at 530pm tonight, was short with me, like I was putting her out by asking her to do her job. Slamming the stuff onto the sandwich, slamming the container of sauce down onto the counter and grabbing one napkin, intentionally crumpling it into a ball and shoving it into the bag. Rude and unprofessional. The owner, Manni, needs to do something about it, especially after seeing the other review about her.
