This place has been there for a long time. They still have it! The burgers were made to order and in a timely manner. The bill wasn't bad either.

Our meal was fantastic and Timothy in the drive-through (on 12/29) was the most joyful person to be around with quick service. We will surely be back!

Five guys, Whataburger, Sonic? Nope! Burger street is the spot! Their curly fries(that come with every meal) are the Best Fries hands down. I myself get the olive burger with bacon regularly. But, no matter what you choose, you can't go wrong!

Absolutely loved the burgers if you want a fast fresh meal this is certainly the place to come ! They fill you up for a great price, I will definitely be coming back!!! I was going to add a pic of my burger, but it was so good I didn't get to. This place is under rated and delicious with spicy chicken sandwiches, to turkey burgers to jalapeño poppers. Very customizable, and good service. They take a little more time for the little things and it ranges from $5-10 depending on how much you want. Very well put together burgers, little building seats 12 people, but many drive thru. Also little Coffee News papers to read if you decide to dine in.

Have been to multiple locations and always good food. There is always a wait time since everything is fresh but awesome when you get it hot. Ate at the location on Rufe Snow in the 80's, Pipeline location and the new one on Harwood currently for lunch.

Double Bacon Burger was delicious. It was my 1st time here. I did not like the apple pie. The Fries were pretty good to. Definitely a quality BURGER!!! I would not hesitate to come back for this burger!!!

Pretty good burger and their curly fries are always hot and fresh, a little pricey for fast food but you get what you pay for. Never had any issues with this place and there’s a reason it’s been in the same spot for so long.

Hands down my new burger stop! They are a tad pricier than I expected but it’s so worth it. The customer service is great! Everyone has been so nice every time I roll through! The food!? AHHMAZING! Great Burgers here! I used to come here as a kid and hadn't been here in 25 years or more. We showed up just before close after my boys football game and they were still happy to serve us and get us our outstanding burgers. I'll be going back any time I'm in the area.

I hadn't had Burger Street in a long time and was excited to try again. The staff was very friendly and I ordered 2 bacon cheese burger combos. One with fries, the other with tots. The food was great and it took me back to my childhood as a kid going to Burger Street!

The #1 is the best fast food burger ever! Love their curly fries and their sweet potato fries! Also love their frozen lemonade, especially in our hot Texas weather. Thank you for the great meal and great customer service!

Stop looking at where to get a burger if you’re in the area. Go here. You will not be disappointed by the produce, fries, meat, buns, drinks...everything was SO good! Even if there is a line. Stay. The #1 was MASSIVE, and the medium drink was HUGE! This was a real hamburger done perfectly! What a gem! Next time we’re in the area for shopping, we’ll be back!

Really enjoyed my burger. Got a classic #1 with cheese. Top 10 for burgers for me. I wasn't blown away however I was very satisfied. Less greasy than 5 guys and Inn and Out. It wasn't a factor for me either way. Solid choice if you want a quality burger.

The Double Double is the best! The seasoned curly fries are great! McDonalds and Whataburger can't even compare. In and Out Burger is almost flavorless in comparison. Meat is meaty, hot and juicy. I had never been to a Burger Street. Went to the drive-thru got a chili cheese hotdog, it was phenomenal! I was blown away at how fresh the chili was it tasted homemade!I Sweet tea was excellent. There are two tables inside and two tables outside. There is not a restroom. Plenty of parking. Be very careful pulling out, the restaurant almost sits directly on the road.

What can I say besides Best place for Chili Cheese Fries. I don't know what they do to them but I will forever be hooked!!! The burgers are also very well put together. You can definitely taste the freshness!!

This place always blows my socks off. The chicken is marinated n seasoned to perfection. It’s alway moist n tender and the bread is fresh and soft. The staff is kind and helpful and the price for a meal is reasonable.

It was good. I first ate here in the early 80s as I worked a block away. I enjoyed it then and it was a lot cheaper. The gentleman that took my order and served me at the window was very pleasant and friendly. I just got a burger 🍔 to fill in till supper. The bun and meat were hot and fresh. Lettuce and tomato cold, crisp and just the right amount of dressing. I will go back.

This is my go to since whataburger was bought out by Chicago and went down hill. I was introduced through a friend and haven't looked back since. I have always had good interactions with the staff and the food has always been amazing. Discovered on my last visit that they have frozen lemonade as well. Definitely a wonderful add on to the meal.

10 out of 10. My BLT was proportioned right. My husband didn't have the rogue onion stinking up his meal. He did mention they changed their patties, but he likes these, too. My tea had a good amount of ice-not too little, not too much. The lady that took my order was pleasant, and she repeated it back for me. No complaints. I would've taken a photo but we ate it all fast.

The Best Burger I've found, so far in the DFW. Meat tender and seasoned. The size portion of fries kind of small for price of combo. The deliciousness of burger makes up for it though. They have yet to get my order wrong either👍 Thank you for that 💯💯💯

This location is consistent. I drove pass the other Burger Street located by 121 and Harwood because this location is not consistent. They close early and always messed up my order. This burger street in Hurst has excellent service, great food quality, and very clean.

Just been there for the first time not too long ago and it takes a little bit to get your food, but it’s always fresh and right! My order was wrong once, but the cook there made sure my order was right after I came back up to the window and even offered me a refill on my drink while I was waiting! A+ service and a good burger!

Haven't been disappointed coming to this Burger Street location since moving to North Richland Hills! There will be a wait because they are making your food fresh! I do not mind waiting for good, fresh, well prepared food so that is never a issue for me! I appreciate the craftsmanship and authenticity they put into their food!

I look for fresh beef, fresh and crispy veggies, & buttery toasted buns....well I'm here to tell you that's exactly what I go! The customer service was amazing. The young lady in the drive thru know the products, gave me her suggestions and also offered me dessert! The manager even came over greeted me and handed me my food! 💖💖💖💖 I got the #3 bacon cheese burger, onion ring and a sweet tea-medium it was $10. I will spent 10 bucks on an amazing burger and a smiling face any day. I will strongly recommend this restaurant!

Coming from Houston .. we have a big extensive amount of burger joints and good ones at that but these burgers gave me a different taste and experience that I haven’t had since childhood. The meat is cooked to an excellent crisp and the way they present you the burger is extraordinarily sweet and tasty. Makes you wanna get seconds because of how it made you feel but it pleases to be belly so you get full fast. When I come visit for Cowboys games from now on, you bet your bottom dollar I will come back every single time

Delicious food, but was a little difficult to find after dark when we went last night (3/3/21). Parking lot lights were out and missed it on the first pass. Order came out right and was very good otherwise!

Dinning Room was Closed hours on door showed to be Open. I had to walk-up to the drive thru window, standing the cold, order then wait on the cold for the order... My truck is a very large F550 Bucket Truck so the Drive Thru is never an option. It nice when they will let me come in even if the dinning room is closed to at Lease place & wait for my order... I don't ming eating in my truck... Just sayin'

Very delicious! Possibly the best in Fort Worth. They are a little too expensive and there is dine in. My dad is in a wheelchair and wanted to go dine in. But we had to go elsewhere.

Best burger in the area. Drive thru can be a little slow if it's full, or if the person in front has a large order. Most of the time it goes pretty quickly, though.

Good burgers but not the best. I tried chilli cheeseburger and olive burger. It was different, tasty, big size. Curly fries are worth it. The only complaint I have is that it's too way expensive compared to other burger joints. However I will still return and try their burgers.

Burger street. Growing up we didn't have access to chain burger places. We had a corner juke joint named the Douglas club. Pool tables, dimly lit, a bar, shady. Douglas club was the place to go in the hood for the best burger in the state. Flash forward to Burger Street. It's as if they knew of the Douglas club and copied the recipe. The bun is soft outside with that golden toasted inside. Has the crisp buttery edge any good burger must have. The meat is fresh just like the veggies. Always consistent with the flavors and level of service. Don't forget the "O" rings.

I have eaten here many times over the years. I find it delicious! Unfortunately I had a large order for the whole family and they forgot the two childrens burgers. We had to make chicken nuggets. This kind of thing seems to happen more frequently lately.

For fast food, this was a near-perfect experience. Yes, they're absolutely more expensive than most comparable places, but I will say the burgers and curly fries were great and the burgers were made exactly how we asked for them. The service was also good. Plus they have Diet DP which is always a win in my book. Oh, and they have "Sonic ice," too. I hate their new, ridiculous prices, hence the 4 *s instead of 5, so we will only be back infrequently, but we will still go back.

This Burger Street has always been pretty consistent. Yes, it's pricey, but it's honestly the best fast food burger we can find. The only thing I would suggest is having the fries fresher. We hardly ever get hot fries, though they aren't stale either.

Staff friendly, wait wasn't too long and the burger was delicious. Definitely will come back. Only giving four stars because it was dirty. The floor was slippery with grease and the table and chairs had food and crumbs all over them. Will get it to go.

Let me start off by saying that the food from Burger Street is usually great. However, their prices are a bit unbelievable. I am not sure why their prices are more than Whataburger (which is right across the street) and comparable with Five Guys (again, just down the street). With their prices being so high, it is hard to recommend Burger Street over other burger places in the area.

I was looking for cheap burger that was close to me and decided to try this place since I had never been. First, it was confusing to enter the drive thru to order. And when I ordered my meal, I was blown away by the cost. If there was any way to back out of the drive thru, I would have. But since I couldn't, I sucked it up and continued. The food was ok but they don't have to worry about me coming through again.

The food is great, just not the service. Im noone to discriminate, but honestly i felt like i was more of a man than they guy who was serving us and that's within me being a girl. He literally complained about everything. If the guy did not want to work there he could either A) Quit or B) take the day off. Literally ordered two whole meals and only gave me three ketchup bags. Unacceptable. At least a hand full. Other than that dude. Foods great.

I used to love burger street but it has gone way down hill. The food is still okay and the staff is friendly and respectful but they seem to always mess something up with the order. I have been underwhelmed the last three visits and don't plan on returning for a long while.

They put two burgers and two fries in a bag so small the food was up to the top. When I took hold of it the bag it instantly tore and spilled the fries in my car. We had already planned to eat sitting at the tables outside because I don't like food in my car. Very unhappy about that experience. The burgers were good but the fries are dipped in sugar prior to frying so they crisp up at 25 degrees cooler cooking temperature which makes their oil last longer and the fries not as good as they could be.

Girl was really rude when I let her know she didn't give me root beer like I ordered, insisting it was rootbeer, she ignored me and dealt with a customer at the window as my food was getting cold and finally replaced my drink with a mountain dew. During this whole ordeal I watched them grilling the plain, frozen, burger patties. When I got to eat the food, it was worse than I expected, even after watching them prepare it. Across the street is Five Guys and their burgers are amazing and the same price, but actually worth tge cost. Never eating at a Burger Street again. Terrible experience.

This location appeared to be run down like most other locations. I was cut off with “Is that it?” after every meal. The guy who gave us our food was hateful. Handed us our food and shut the window without a thank you or have a nice evening. The food was not great. Burgers were overcooked and the fries were undercooked. Both of our kids wouldn’t even eat the burgers because they tasted so bad. None of the burgers had the condiments on that we asked for. Pricey, rude and not good quality!

First and last time going here. Was 2 cars in front of me waited for 17 minutes to get to give them my order. And another 8 minutes to get my food. Ordered a vanilla milkshake. WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TASTING . What a waste threw it out. Burger and fries was ok. Nothing special. Burger was a little soggy. Fries were the best thing . Won't waste my money going there again

This place used to have great burgers. Nowadays, not so much. The meat was bland and weird tasting. The fries were decent. The prices are almost as bad as the food. It is waaay overpriced. The service? I waited in line for 20 minutes. I was third in line when I gave my order. Not exaggerating. Ridiculous.

I asked about substituting (not adding) the cheese and was never told there was a charge until I wantrd to know why my bill was so much. Sign says all the ice tea is the same price regardless of size, but I was charged to upsize mine. And if that was a large fries, I would hate to see the med or small. Food was good but I did not appreciate the nickel and diming I experienced. And I gave the woman a twenty and two ones so I could get a ten back. I then had to explain that to her when she told me I gave her too much money. I doubt I will be back anytime soon.

Normally i have a great experience everytime i visit last night I came around 9:15 pm I ordered a number 1 with everything add cheese upsize to large an hotdog and an apple pie I get home cold fries I had a burger full of mustard and ketchup and nothing else no lettuce no onion no tomato no nothing I didn’t have hotdog on the bag and they don’t have a phone number so I will be making my way back up there today when I get off work this is ridiculous i work to hard to be giving my money away I’m going to stop patronizing these fast food chains because they are out of line

So I ordered onion rings and they gave me curly fries. I politely told the lady with the ridiculously long fake eyeslashes. So she wanted the fries back … which good customer service would have just said to keep them while they can not give them to another customer… or did they? While I had to sit 5 more minutes while they made the onion rings. Janae needs to learn better customer service skills. You make a mistake… make it right

Need to be careful when ordering here!!!! They like to add extra fees or up charges to ordering a regular meal. They have 2 young girls working a busy Saturday and they move a little slow, they messed up our order and look unhappy with their job, they definitely need more help here! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE! SHOULD HAVE WENT TO WHATABURGER ACROSS THE STREET! At least they don't rip you off with fees and expensive food!

They are disgusting. I just bought a hamburger and I was disappointed. Before, I liked this place. Now, it is the worst thing I have ever eaten in this place. My food was horrible. The meat had no flavor and the bread was covered in mustard, which made it impossible for me to eat it. The drinks and the fries were terrible. I will never go back to this place. The service was very bad.

Just went through the drive-tru and noticed an employee taking a drink over the ice container, place her cup down into the ice, then take the scoop and cover the cup with ice. Health department may need to be notified of this since cross contamination is highly likely.

Was my first time here and last. Burger looked tasty, as soon as I bit into it I spit it right out! Meat tasted like it was old. By far the worst burger I've ever had in my life.
