Food was good. Ate indoors and had hot fresh food in a reasonable time. Blizzard was everything I remember. I am glad they reopened this location. Dairie Queen is and should remain a texas staple.

I had to stop by since I seen this location re-opened. My food was hot and fresh even during their peak dinner hour. Workers were friendly and fast.

Came here to celebrate after my daughter's last choir concert of the year. Spent $83 on out food and ice cream. We had 1 issue with a tender order so we asked for a refund on that 1 combo. The manager came out with a attitude and said a very slick comment to my sister. Even after we ate our food she's still behind the counter discussing it with the coworkers. Shes so unprofessional! I'll never come here again. I was actually going to tip every employee $20 each but after this i changed my mind for sure. Customer service is about good service to the customer. The manager at this location has 0 service skills.

Employees were enduring an AC outage on a 113 degree day. Because AC was repaired quickly they get 5. How many other ff so often claim milk shake machine is broken. Never at DQ! They get the concept of a Burger and Shake. That’s how Warren (Buffet) likes it!

The workers here really try to help. The app gives you good discounts. The customers could improve. The smores is best. Bring back german chocolate.

We stopped by to get the $1.00 cones as advertised on TV. The ad was confusing as it talks about dipped cones as well. They were more expensive.

Floors were sticky where ever we walked. But order was brought to us pretty quickly.

Still the best ice cream. Food is nowhere near as good as it was "back in the day". Soggy fries, prepackaged and frozen meats. But the ice cream..... oh the ice cream is so good

This is my second time coming to this facility. The first time was a good experience. We ordered inside. This time I ordered at drive-thru. I wanted to use my coupon that I had on my phone. Was told that the coupon wasn't able to be used for today. When the coupon states that it is for the today. But someone honored the coupon , so that was ok. My problem is with the young lady at the drive-thru who took my order. I clearly told her that I would like to get a medium ice cream dipped in chocolate in a dish. When I received the item , it was an ice cream cone dipped in chocolat. When I told her that she told me I did not tell her that. When she came back with my item. It was a ice cream cone smushed into a dish. When she saw me look at the item, she ask if I like to lid for it.I said yes please but I explained to her that my son is autistic and would not eat the ice cream with cone like that. She asked me then how am I supposed to make it like that. In a very attitude way. I explained to her to put the ice cream in a dish and dip it in chocolate please. She came back with and ice cream dipped in chocolate in a dish with no lid. Handed me with my item and walked away. I have been getting my son's ice cream this way for year. This is the only way he will eat ice cream. I'm just saying I didn't need the attitude. It would have been easier just to put the ice cream cone in a dish. But I did explain to her why I would realy like it the way I did for my son. Just please be thoughtful and happy early autism awareness month.

I love dairy queen very much and get it a lot well went to a different dairy queen this time and I only saw 1 person were gloves everyone else had no gloves and severed people their food I am very picky on fast food and them were gloves so when we got our food they had no gloves I order a ice cream cone and again no gloves on I was going up there to get a spoon for my ice cream but back off because they were serving open food with zero gloves .

Typical Dairy Queen Friendly Staff - Good Food One thing you can count on at this location is wading through liquids at the Drink Station. The only thing worse than the surfaces is the floor. Not a one-time occurrence - this is the norm.

Slow service and all the diet sodas were out. The food (dude sandwich and steak fingers basket) was very good. The blizzard was good enough to make up for a lack luster experience.

Ice cream was good. But chili dog was disgusting and took forever for them to make.

The cashier wasn't ordered 2 banana split blizzards as where all the bananas and pineapples were just tasted like ice cream with strawberry syrup in it asked where the stuff was says it was blended I just threw mine in trash very disappointed

Unfortunately, we learned a lesson not to come just before closing as the food (steak finger meal) was terrible. It was obviously old as the steak fingers were tough and tasted awful. My son got a dipped cone which was considerably smaller than normally and the fudge was practically dripping off instead of forming a shell as it normally is. I was so disappointed because normally the steak fingers are excellent.

We dined in. 3 of us ordered chicken strips/steak fingers and I ordered a belt uster burger. There was nobody in the drive thru or in the restaurant. Waited for our food. Everything was very hot and fresh but the burger was definitely sitting awhile. The bun was already starting to harden and the burgers itself was very dry. If we have to wait for our food to be cooked anyway, I'd imagine serving a fresh burger as well. The burgers here are usually very good. Went home with an upset stomach only finishing half. The burgers I was served was way past it's shelf life!!

Shows that they have the $6 3 PC strip meal but once there they said they don't. Why have it on your specific location's menu on here then? Ugh.

Steak finger basket was not very good.Steak fingers were dry and tasted old. Toast was just white bread with butter.

This is the second day road that I’ve ordered ice cream sandwiches and they sent us Dilly bars. There’s no phone number to call the people to tell them how badly they’re treating us. I’ll go out of my way to avoid this mismanaged restaurant

This is the worst DQ I've ever been to. The service sucks, the food sucks, and walking into the bathroom makes you feel like you can catch something.... No restaurant should have dirty bathrooms. I took my son in there to wash his hands, and it was disgusting.

Never had bad food at Dairy Queen before, not sure what happened here. Taco meat and burgers were cold, we were given a double when we ordered a triple and no treats/ice cream cones for the two kids meals. Very disappointed with this location.

I was served undercooked chicken, which is extremely concerning as eating raw or undercooked poultry can cause serious illness—especially for children, older adults, and anyone with a weakened immune system. The staff did reimburse me for the meal, which I appreciate. However, given how dangerous this could have been, I feel it’s important to warn others to be cautious. I hope this location takes food handling and cooking temperatures more seriously moving forward.

We even tried calling them Several times via phone with no answer. We are on the road rushing to get somewhere very far away. Did not have time to go inside.

We have gotten blizzards at this location twice in the last few weeks and they are definitely not what they used to be. Instead of being thick, they were so runny that they melted right away and we live less than 10 minutes away. A milkshake is thicker 😡 Gave them one more chance today. Took 15 minutes just to get a soft serve cone. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK
