My wife has breaded fish and loves it. She is a seafood nut so surprising how much she enjoys it. I don't care for the food here. Service is typical, order confused or forgotten takes multiple tries.

Had an incredible time at Logan's! Our server Brandon was so fun! He saw my Attack on Titan anime shirt and it turned into a great conversation piece. He was on top of our service frequently and brought out everything in a timely manner. Steaks were cooked to perfection, and their frozen lemonade alco drinks were 🔥! Had mine with black cherry flavor and kept wanting to have more. Definitely will be back soon! P.S. the rolls are better here than their TX Roadhouse competitor. THE BEST!!!

First time trying Logan's. The rolls were deliciously fluffy. My steak was insanely overcooked (asked for medium, but received well done). The best part of the meal was the smoked wings. Most restaurants that claim to offer smoked wings usually do not have actual smoked wings. The wings tasted like they came fresh off of a charcoal grill. I ended up ordering two orders the following day. I also had the house salad and liked their ranch dressing, it had a very unique taste, kind of spicy with cilantro.

I had a fantastic experience at this Logan’s location. My steak was cooked just like I ordered and it was very tasty. The side salad was big and fresh. My server was very attentive and she refilled my tea without me having to ask her. I recommend this location!

Haven't been to Logan's recently but went tonight without the kids. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. For dinner we had the smokehouse platter and grilled meatloaf. Have to say, I've never had a bad dinner when I've ordered the meatloaf! Our waitress (Sienna) was amazing with being spot on for refils, checking our order, making sure we had everything we needed with extra gravy and ranch. Even though there was a problem with the air conditioner tonight, she was upbeat and happy the whole time, making dinner very enjoyable. Great service , good food, and a nice evening out!

Well, we are happy to have Logan's nearby. The meals were beautifully made. The steak was mixed up with another tables steak... so she got red juices on her pretty plate that she strongly dislikes. I ordered the teriyaki chicken. I loved the teriyaki flavor on the chicken, and the pineapple. My Cesar's salad was perfect. Her cinnamon apples were delicious!

There was approximately 30 of us, older women and a few men with widowed persons service of Tarrant County for our general meeting. 4/17/25 Everyone seem to be very pleased with their food. It was nice and hot when we received it and I don’t feel we had to wait very long for it, especially with this many people. We had a wonderful server. He was on his toes, He handled all the demands that was dished out! Thank you!

I highly suggest the steak with everything on it because it's amazing and well done to perfection in my opinion. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and the atmosphere was impeccable plus services they offered including the employees going above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied.

Stopped in for dinner after a movie at NE Mall. No wait, sweet hostess. We were lucky enough to be seated with a service person we had not met before. Tyler was awesome. Have never had bad service at this location, but sometimes, like today, it is excellent. Kept our rolls over filled, even thru entrees. Very personable, and talked with us every time he stopped by.

Went to this steakhouse for father's day. The summertime bbq platter was amazing. Came with chicken, ribs, and sausage. Cooked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised with the wait staff and value. Went back a second time today and was an even better experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service & great food. We come here once a month with our special needs cousin and the servers always treat her with love and respect. They always make sure our needs are met for her & us during our meal. Just doing that is more than enough, but on top of that the food is always great. And those rolls! Thank you!

We went there for lunchder, you know lunch/dinner, and it was fabulous. I haven't been here in years. The food was piping hot off the grill. It wasn't crowded and we were seated imma. Been coming here for years - have made negative and positive reviews. I feel like in the last few months things have improved GREATLY. I always sit in a booth up by the bar. My steaks are finally cooked to perfection (no more sending them back), no LOUD music, service (usually Riley) is top notch, and the restaurant is very clean. Thank you Logans! 😊

This place is fantastic! Costumer service is excellent food is great! There is never a wait on being seated and and the food comes out very quickly . Mix cocktails are delicious. This place deserve 10 stars. We use to be dedicated only too Texas Roadhouse but that place has gone so downhill always 30min to hour just to be seated and costumer service there is terrible. ...I can't believe I been missing out on this great restaurant for so many years. Mostly definitely this will be our steak house to go for now on .

Our daughters get to choose a restaurant for dinner on the evening of their birthday. My oldest chose Logan's! Awesome! I am so grateful to be getting away from drive thru places on birthdays. 😃 This is a great place for a "victory lap" lunch to. When we accomplish something remarkable at work, a shot of whiskey and a steak is a great reward for me and the agents.

Hands down the best steak I've had in years. It tasted like my grandfather's and that's saying alot. I don't see me going anywhere else for a steak as long as their grill chef is still there.

Stopped in here for lunch on our trip to Texas for a concert and was greeted with that southern hospitality you desire and such delicious food. We got the fried pickles and stuffed jalapenos for appetizers and while they were both yummy, the jalapenos hit it out of the park! My group got steaks, fried chicken and grilled chicken and they were all cooked and seasoned perfectly. For dessert the banana pudding was HUGE but really hit the spot. I'll definitely come back here if I'm ever back in Arlington. I also want to shout out our waitress, Anika, because she was so kind and really took care of us.

This was my first time back at Logan's in more than six years. It was a very refreshing experience to have a change of venue from my usual bars and restaurants. I had the wings and they were the best bar wings that I've ever had! Mesquite grilled over an open flame. You can get them with various sauces but why? The mesquite taste is all you need,! I got blue cheese with mine. I may get another order to take home! Enjoy!

Everyone knows Logan’s roadhouse has the best steaks and burgers around! They are also a ton of fun and the manager Jaimie and server Jamie were incredible and helping us have my brother Mitch pick up an order to go so he could deliver it to one of our members of our fantasy football league as part of him coming in last They really embraced the situation and made it a blast. I even think that Mitch decked out in tights and tutu and feather boa seemed to enjoy it. Which is good because he still needs to deliver lunch to the rest of the members of the league! We hear that Logan’s may be posting on their social media so everyone can encourage Mitch to come back again. I hope they invite him back as they were a blast and the service and food are always top-notch. Thanks again!!

Ordered 2 To Go meals at lunchtime 2/3/26 & when arriving at home, we found it to be it the BEST prepared, packaged & tasting to go meal we’ve ordered this year! The Steak & Pork Chops were cooked & seasoned perfectly. The sides: loaded baked potato, rice, broccoli & salad) were all generous in portion size & additionally ALL of the condiments were included (which sometimes doesn’t happen when ordering To Go) The wait time for completion was minimal & the complimentary iced tea during the wait appreciated!

Amazing steak with very good sides of grilled shrimp on top of rice, baked potatoes and beans!! We came by around 2pm so it wasn’t too busy and our service was great 👍🏻 their ice cream brownie dessert was delicious as well, my daughter loved it! We will come back soon

When steak, salad, and baked potato 🥔 are craved. Logans will be your moderately priced fix. Good choices for your favorite cut of beef. There are lots of other choices to choose from if beef isn't for you.

I brought a group of 16 for a Christmas dinner in the enclosed garage on a Friday evening. We had reservations. The server was excellent. The steaks were so amazing. I'm a very picky steak eater but mine was delicious even cooked well done as I requested. I will be back. Thank you Logans!

I always get the surf n turf trio because I'm a girl who loves to eat. I get it with a 6oz stake that I can order medium rare and it actually be cooked right, crab cakes, a grilled shrimp skewer, and 2 sides (they got the good mac n cheese so obvi I gotta get that) and mash potatoes with your choice of white or brown gravy. Yummy in my tummy 🤤 Go eat here RIGHT NOW unless their closed then go tomorrow. ALSO my experience with the staff has always been positive, the waiters are friendly and attentive contributing to the restaurants overall ambience. Great variety! Competitive prices! We usually have the Logan steak and Logan fish. This trip we had the steak Cobb salad and a 3-choice meal of fall -off - bone ribs, a chicken piece , and smoked sausage! Both dinners were very large and plentiful. We also had jelopinos cream cheese filled appetizers with ranch dressing. The ranch dressing is amazing and one of the best homemade ones we've tried!

Food was good for the most part. My mac n cheese was a lil hard and my loaded mash potatoes looked good, but were DRY. Even with ranch. My son had mashed potatoes and they were dry. My aunt's steak was supposed to be medium well....there was nothing medium about it. It was WELL. Overall it was ok. The server never told us her name but she was nice.

The best afternoon ever. The food. Was sensational. And I really enjoyed my time with my mom. Our waitress was byfar Professional, Organized and down right pleasant. Kudos to cassie.

We went to Logan's for the 2nd time as a family and had a good experience. But there is room for improvement. In general, everything was fine, but the waitress could have been more attentive and refilled the drinks. My wife had the battered shrimp, and they were left a little too long in the frier. I wish the green beans would come as an adult side amount wise, the bowl is so small. Side note/observation: Why is it ok for your service staff to have earbuds in when serving the customers?

I ordered the ribeye medium rare to go for me umm umm I can't wait to get home to dive in to a beautiful 1/2 inch thick perfectly grilled medium rare RIBEYE STEAK. I put the blame on me for just assuming that the steak would be at least 1/2 inch thick. But boy how wrong was I. The steak was so thin that it was nearly well done my bad I just didn't inquire about the size and thickness of the steak I just assumed it would resemble the picture on the menu. I have never made a statement like this before before but this steak was flat as a pancake. I only ate one bite and was done with it. Now my wife loved her grilled shrimp 🍤 the number of shrimp was more than average and I even though the shrimp was very good but didn't make up for the RIBEYE. I don't feel that the money for this meal was not well spent it's just the steak was so disappointing 😕 but my wife is like Mikey she even enjoyed the steak

I ordered the boneless pork chops. They were properly grilled. Next time, I will get the bone-in chops. They tend to be more flavorful. I got the chicken wings as an appetizer. They were very good with your choice of sauces. The rolls were hot a d really good. I enjoyed the baked potato. The green beans needed a bit more seasoning. It was a very good experience.

First time visit. We were put into Natasha's section. She was extremely professional in her jovial comments, her food suggestions, and her occasional visits to the table. The food was very tasty and plentiful. I will be visiting again!

Very relaxing place with quick service and excellent yeast rolls. For the past 5 years I had always driven PAST this place to go to BJ's next door. You'll spend twice at BJs but you cant beat the relaxed roadhouse atmosphere and great comfort food at Logan's. Give em a try!!!

Visited here today for dinner. Very popular, there was an hour wait! I chose to eat at the bar which was no biggie. Staff pleasant. Ordered prime rib and it was very good. Jad a couple of mix ups on the order but staff did everything possible to resolve. Thumbs up!! I will go back.

We check out the fall menu and it was good. We kicked things off with hot, buttery, made-from-scratch rolls and loaded potato skins for an appetizer. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Coffee & Cream New York Strip and the Shrimp Stacked Trout. We wrapped it all up with a warm Blueberry Apple Cobbler for dessert. Enjoyed it.

Had the All American Burger. The burger was not as flavorful as other burgers I've had elsewhere. Our server was friendly but had long stretches of unavailability.

The food was mediocre at best. However, the service was awful. Charity, on top of being inattentive, slow, multiple items were forgotten, did not smell pleasant. I expected better for a Logan’s!

Just moved to DFW an was trying to find new eatery. Drove 30 minutes just to try Logan’s. Slow to get cocktails about 15 minutes .(not busy bar). Appetizer was ok. Too much frozen spinach. Order the piled high French dip. Meat tasted reheated. Temp was cool Cheese was barely melted. Husband steak was cooked well an tasted good. Why I gave 3 stars. Waiter was kind an took the sandwich off. I did offer to pay for half since I ate half. Took 30 minutes to get our food. Waiter was nice.

I went there for a presentation, the food was below average. It might of been because it was a large group, but the chicken tenders were small and dry. The baked potato was average. My husband had the fish and he said it had no taste to it. Our server was okay for the group of people there. Atmosphere could of been better, wobbly chairs and crammed sitting. I was elbow to elbow on both sides. No space to move. Sunset caused problems with projected images. They used blankets to block the sun. They did not have a shade in place.

We ordered wing appetizers and asked for them to be fried hard, but they weren’t, I found something floating in my Arnold Palmer so I asked for water. Did I mention the air wasn’t working up to par, so to come out of the heat and eat in the heat was very uncomfortable, the server looked exhausted, and I could only imagine how hot it was working in the back of the house with no fans to keep the workers cool. I pray they have the AC fixed, at least for the worker's sake.

Restaurant was nice inside, wait staff were decent. Now to what made it 3 stars for me. The place was dead as I've ever seen, and it took nearly 45 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The steaks had a nice crust and flavor but both mine and my wife's were overcooked. Mine slightly, but my wife had the consistency of rubber. The baked potato was very modestly topped and the green beans tasted like can water, absolutely no flavor what so ever. Most of the staff was in some high school popularity contest, congregated and loud cursing right next to my lopsided booth. I will not go back because there are much better steak houses than this for the same price.

The bread was delicious, but my steak pretty much sucked. It was so tough and full of gristle that I could hardly eat it. And since it was only 6oz in the first place, the four large pieces I left on my plate were easily half, if not more, of my entire steak. And what major restaurant chain doesn't have a blender on the premesis? Especially in the bar? And yet has frozen drinks on their menu despite the fact of their complete inability to make them?! And what bar lacks the ability to prepare a simple layered shot? I ordered a bit-o-honey which is butterscotch schnapps with Bailey's Irish Cream on top. They didn't have the schnapps so I'd have settled to use amaretto as a substitute, but they didn't have Bailey's either. And I don't know about you, but I've had a Pina Colada on the rocks before, and it sucks! No bar should even offer it because it is no substitution; not even close. If I'm drinking drinks on the rocks, I'm not wasting my time or money eating dinner, cuz I'm drinking with purpose, not for fun. And that is disappointing, because I have had some good time there. With family and friends! And today the whole experience seemed heavy and slightly depressing, despite of the wonderful company I was in. I think we each attempted to lighten the mood and make things better, but I think the lousy experience ruined everyone's evening and instead of moving our party elsewhere, we all just called it a night instead. I took no pictures of my plate because my friends bought my dinner and I felt doing so would be rude and in poor taste. However, informing you that you failed to meet your usual standards and greatly disappointed regular customers felt necessary. My friend also mentioned that the watermelon margarita she ordered, on the rocks, was terrible. So bad in fact that she sent it back. And I have never seen her turn down alcohol, so it must've been pretty bad.

We came to Logans because I really wanted a good salad. But we ended up settling for the BBQ platter, with chicken thighs, fried ribs, sausage with cucumber salad. It was not as good I the picture depicted. The food wasn't hot, and the meat seemed under cooked.

I really enjoyed eating at this establishment. The young lady out the door. Destiny was very polite. The waitress Millie was very attentive. She checked on us periodically . A lot of restaurants today they only take your order and walk away and then after you get your food, you barely see them .The waitress was on point constantly checking on us and very kind professional with excellent service. My only issues were the young man who took us to our table , barely spoke his face and temperament looked as if he was angry that he had to sit people down at their tables. I said hello, and he didn’t even speak and then pointed to the table where was seated at. I went to use the bathroom and it was horrible as if no one attended to it maybe because they were busy. I’m always willing to give the benefit of the doubt.. As far as the food, it was excellent steaks were cooked perfectly. The veggies were cooked nicely and the rolls were amazing. I will revisit this steakhouse as I always do when I give a review that is not five stars just to be sure that it could have been a bad night, other than that .If you happen to see Destiny at the door and have Millie as your waitress it makes up for they’re short cummins

I haven't been to Logan's recently and after reading one that was apparently written by their PR department, I went to their Hurst, TX location. The service was quick and the waiter was attentive. The atmosphere is much like other Texas steak houses (and there are many). It was the food quality that left me wanting. The rolls had that freshly microwaved taste - when you take your first bite, the entire roll sticks together. When you chew them they turn into dough again on the inside. The steak was properly cooked, but lacked the flavor I was hoping to find. The baked potato was good (they charge extra for sour cream, cheese and bacon), but the green beans came from a can. $50 for a meal that included canned green beans. That was the final straw for me. Salt Grass is about the same price, and their food quality is superior. I was really hoping Logan's would be a good choice, since that's my last name, and I'm from Houston, but it wasn't. At best, it's average. I won't be back.

The atmosphere was great. The service was OK at best, the server Lavonna was nice but did not really check in. This lead to no check after the food was delivered to see if we liked it. I did not like my sweet potato (which was recommended to me out of two I asked her about) I had taken two bites of it wasn’t able to tell her till the end where she just said oh I’m sorry and did not offer a replacement or to takeoff the up charge because I did not eat it nor did I take it home. They also originally forgot the coconut shrimp I ordered so that came out after my meal. The salads were good with a lot of dressing options and the steaks were OK not bad but not great.

Came to have dinner with my family. Arrived just before the crowd. I expected a little bit of delay for our food to arrive given it was Valentine's Day. Everything was going good. We got our appetizer, waitress was very attentive. Unfortunately, she stopped coming around while we were waiting for our food. We asked her how long until our food was done and she said we were coming up in line. What made us upset was that we waited over an hour and people who arrived way after us recieved their food. It was a crazy mess. She got the manager for us and he apologized and explained the kitchen was just backed up. I asked if our ticket was lost and he said the order tickets were just everywhere. I did feel empathy for them and understood. We ending up leaving when we noticed guest who arrived and didn't even wait 15-20 minutes for their food. Being pregnant and having kids hungry and impatient was a horrible experience. I wish our waitress would've communicated that our ticket got lost instead of us wasting an hour waiting for nothing.

The starter wings were fantastic, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of the meal. The crab cakes were overly greasy, as if they’d been sitting in oil long before the fryer was properly heated. The mashed potatoes were stiff, much like the gravy, and the chicken tender and rib meal were mediocre at best. While the portions are generous, the quality doesn’t make it worth eating, let alone taking home. As a first-time customer, I’ll definitely be looking for a different place to dine next time.

Food was pretty decent, unfortunately, it was accompanied by the service of Christy. She had a very bad attitude and service was very slow even though it seems the restaurant wasn’t busy. She made us feel very uncomfortable coming out to eat.

She went and Larry. 15 min after taking her orderlwe still hadn't gotten our rolls. asked the other server again to get Larry. The mgr, Daniel then came over, we explained what happened, and he apologized. We got our bread, no butter . .asked again for butter and it came with our meal. When the bill finally came it was wrong I explained what was wrong with it. 10 minutes later he came out with a bill that was still wrong. Bas experience.

Saw this on TikTok and decided to try. First and foremost the service was great our waitress was the best and so nice. However, the food was terrible. The Chicken fried steak you can get from DQ as strips it’s the same. The mac and cheese / rolls are straight from golden chick, the baked potato was luke warm at best, the steak tasted how a meat locker smells, waffle fries were not seasoned, the salad was okay at best and the mozzarella sticks you can go to target and get better ones for $2. Overall I only gave two stars because the service was good everything else just go somewhere else.

Cedar plank Salmon was so/so. This has to be unique to this location, as other Logans I've been to weren't as memorably disappointing. I'm only giving 2 stars because the server/waitress did good.

We have been going to this particular Logan's for years and this time will likely be our last. We got seated fairly quickly, however it was at least 15 minutes before our waiter even came to the table to get our drink and appetizer order. It took nearly 15 minutes to get our drinks and I had to flag down a waitress after getting our appetizers to get bread for the table. It was another 10 minutes after we finished our appetizers before we saw our waiter again to take our order for the main course. He was very kind when taking out order but the order it's self took nearly 45 minutes to come out. Our waiter came by once to ask how our food was, a different waitress was the one who got us refills on our drinks. After eating it was about 15 minutes before the waiter to come by with the check. We have never had such poor service at a restaurant, especially one we frequently go too. While we did leave a small tip if he had been more attentive to us he would of definitely gotten a bigger tip. We ended up spending $200 unfortunately we will likely not be coming back.

Waitress didn't come to table for 15 minutes. Then brought drinks, took our order, never - never saw her again at our table, but she served others. 45 minutes later someone, not our waitress, bro…

Will never visit here again and have been a long time customer. Visited on Valentine's Day. We were apparently sat down just after a large party. Was not told by our waitress that there would be an extended wait time. Food finally came burned to a crisp among other issues. Chicken fried steak was literally black inside. I asked to speak to a Manager of duty and got Jamie who told me we should have just told our waitress and not had her called over there. I'm sorry as a paying customer that we wasted her time. I wrote in online about the experience and received no reply so I called and spoke to the General Manager today who was defensive of his Manager on duty at the time and was just dismissive in general. Very disappointed.

Logan’s Roadhouse is more like the house of roadkill. French onion soup was served with a slice of Swiss cheese and salad croutons. Margarita was a sugar bowl. The steak was purple. I highly recommend you temper your expectations and have a low bar. The server was nice though. Save your dollars and grill you own steak. Quality will be better.

After i saw the respond on my review by management i called them but no body picked . If you guys want to try good steak and ambiance go TEXAS ROAD HOUSE They need employee training or need to motivate their employees to work I am steak lover and love to try new steakhouses , reading reviews is also my thing but when it comes to steak i ignore all reviews and experience it by my self , Hey guys long story short but all negative reviews are true and 100% correct , i don’t know if its good to take name of the front desk lady but i am really disappointed and went back without even experiencing Logan’s steakhouse and i don’t think so i am ever coming back Regards Steak lover and your potential customer

Waited 52 minutes for the express lunch. I asked why so long and the waitress said they were really busy and there could not have been more than 30 people in the entire place. People who showed up after me got their food first while i made conversation with all the flies buzzing around. Do not go to this location unless you can spend the whole day here because manager could care less how long you've been there.

11/13/17 8:00pm. Steaks were super dry and overcooked. Service was lacking, waiter was also very soft spoken and not very attentive. Overheard other waiters/servers talking poorly about other customers and using bad language. Would not recommend to anyone.

As a door dasher, I sat there fur over an hour before sure they lost the order. When I approached the manager he was very rude. The systems and management here is a joke.

I went here & this was by far the worst dining experience ever. We got there somebody had rubbed poop all over the toilet. Then I ended up finding a long hair in my food that I had chewed up. It wasn’t my waiters hair, it was another lady that had a black top on. I immediately recognized the hair based on the different colors of it. The lady kept looking at me with a smirk after I guess the manager said something to her. I was asked if I wanted a new meal prepared, however I was sick to the stomach after pulling this hair out of my throat. This is absolutely disgusting and I’ve been sick thinking about it. It wasn’t just in my food it was chewed and swallowed. I should’ve followed my first mind when I walked in there and people were looking at me weird. I’m not familiar with the Hurst area, but I will say if your African American don’t go here. My waitress was nice (short hair, tats & I think piercings), however, based on the mugging from several people, I’m really not too sure that the hair was an accident or not and the more I think about it the more pissed off I get that I didn’t leave. My nachos was also cold, not warm cold. This was definitely a bad experience.

UPDATE: I decided with it being 7 months since my last visit and seeing if anything had changed (based on the owner's reply to my previous review). It was stated by them that they were appreciative and this helped them to know what they need to work on. Well, on Feb. 9th of this year, I gave the benefit of the doubt and visited the same location and ordered the same entree. It FLOORED me that the serving of chicken was even smaller than the last visit (see the new pic). It's obvious that the response was just a cover and no intentions were ever presented that this would be addressed. Too bad...........this place could do so much better, if they just cared. I will say though that each time I visited, the wait staff was phenomenal!!! I’m Done!!! I keep giving Logan’s more and more opportunities to make it worth going there, but today at lunch, it was just enough. It’s about value for the dollar……..everytime I visit a location, the size of the chicken breast just gets smaller and smaller, and no decrease in price. Look at the pic, the breast is the same size as the side of corn. This was not a lunch menu item, but a full size regular menu item. So sad………. Even though the food is good and the service is always great (today Kevin served and he was awesome!!), there’s no way this dish is worth $20 before tip! Makes one appreciate the “3 For” menu at Chilis.

We ordered delivery. Our food was cold, we didn't get our sides, we didn't get our drinks, the loaded baked potato was just a potato, we didn't get our baked potato soup. It was a horrible experience. And, as you can see in the pics, it was just slapped into the containers.

This is the most horrible steakhouse I have ever been to. We had a party of 20. We had one server she was taking drink orders, three people at a time. When she put all the drink orders in. She came back and called out all the drinks one by one and you had to raise your hand for your drink.We ALL arrive at 7:30 we didn’t get our food orders taken until 930. They didn’t come out with food until 1015.I understand it was a lot of us. Either ask for help.. or someone should’ve step in. We ask several times for extra waitress , because we seen at least 3 not doing ANYTHING. When the food finally came out never got one about time to food came everyone was ready to go & asked for boxes to go along with their check. However, it didn’t work out that way we didn’t basically leave there until 1115. No one helped the waitress at all only time they help is when they was helping with the drinks and they was passing them to her,to call out..The manager never came out to see if everything was OK . The young lady at the front who was doing the to go orders was very rude. Very rude, She had black and blonde hair. She was even rude to the people that was calling in to place orders. She was cussing and throwing the phone down. I advise no one to ever go to this place and spend your money.I have been to several restaurants and the managers always come out and make thier rounds. They ask if everything‘s OK. I seen the manager one time and she was hollering about some trash. Please don’t spend your money here. Go somewhere else or stay home and cook. Oh yes, don’t let me leave this out. We asked for names why we was told , oh I don’t know that person name. Oh, I just started. Oh, it was always some type of excuse. We didn’t even know our waitress name.

My 10 year old son called it the off brand Texas Roadhouse house. None of my kids ate their food. I can not believe they are selling such nasty food! Now the rolls, the rolls were amazing. Everything else was horrendous!

Decided to stop by for dinner on a Friday night before shopping & the place was full. Waiter came across very attentive initially, but by the end of the night I had to get his attention just to get our check. The food was terrible! Our party of 3 ordered Medium Rare steaks and got unseasoned Well done steaks, I ordered a loaded sweet potato that was half way cooked the marshmallow were barely warm and NOT toasted as I had requested. The baked potatoes were warmer than the steaks! The only thing I enjoyed were the warm rolls and Salad. All in all everything was inconsistent. We won’t be back!

My husband works at the mall and he refers people over here all the time because he’s been to a different location and Had a really good steak. We came to this location for dinner after work and have the absolute worst experience on any restaurant that I’ve been to in years. I ordered a dirty soda and got some gritty kind of foam on top instead of whipped cream, my sweet potato came cold. Our waiter acted bothered every time we talked. The appetizer was cold. They advertise unlimited rolls…We got three between two people I’m fat and I like food and I wanted to roll and I couldn’t get my waiter to come back and bring me a roll to save my life. My husband had to go find him to get a refill for his drink. then he brought the bill and it took him 20 minutes to come back and cash us out. I’ve never seen my husband not wanna leave a tip until today. I made him go back and tip the guy, but he sure did not deserve it. I will never go back to this location, nor will I refer to anybody to this location and my apologies to anybody who listened to me and took my advice to go to this location. Y’all need to do better that was awful. Dang near $60 on something that was not good at all. I had floaties in my dang soda and Couldn’t get his attention to get me a new one so no drink with my meal…. I could’ve gone to Jack-in-the-Box and got better food!!! It sucked do better

Got seated immediately, waitress was super nice. Food was awful. Got fried pickles, they were microwaved or something, not fresh. My wife and I both got steaks, the first ones to come out were undercooked and overcooked. My wife ordered Medium, it was Medium rare and I ordered Medium rare and it was Well done. Not to mention the fact that both of the original steaks were grey. Like grey grey, there was no seasoning at all on the steaks, not even salt. We sent those steaks back, they cooked my wife's until it was well done, but she ate it. They brought mine back after 15 minutes and it was the strangest steak I have ever seen. At the top of the steak was well done, then the temps gradually moved down until the bottom of the steak was rare. It was gross, still gray. I didn't end up finishing it. 0/5 stars we won't be going back at all. The only reason why we came is because we had a gift card. It came out to $82 and I gave the waitress $18 for a tip(the last of the gift card) Great service, friendly people but nasty food.
