Searching on Maps, I followed the recommendations of the Local Guides and I agree that the positive reviews are more than deserved. The porchetta sandwich was plentiful and very tasty, as were the fries. The service was very friendly and helpful. Excellent price. Recommended.

Visiting from Costa Rica for the second time, first time was in 2023 and now 2025! The food has always been delicious! And a very good price too! Highly recommended! I would suggest the limoncello! We're a group of seven, and we had lunch with the delicious sandwiches from Spianata. The sandwich shop is just steps from the beach, and the prices are fair. The owner was immediately kind and helpful, but above all, flexible with his schedule to accommodate us. Highly recommended for a quick, tasty meal.
We stopped in today for a quick lunch. The people who greeted us were super friendly, the service was fast and impeccable, and the sandwiches were fabulous. We ordered four different ones, and each one was better than the last. We'll definitely be back!
We've been visiting this snack bar in Imperia every year since 2021 – and we're always thrilled! The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Their child-friendliness is especially noteworthy, making it a particularly enjoyable experience for families. The place is impeccably clean, and the food is always freshly prepared. Everything tastes absolutely fantastic – and the value for money is excellent: the portions are generous, and the prices are very fair. What more could you ask for? This snack bar is a real hidden gem and highly recommended! We're already looking forward to our next visit! 👍

You can't help but give 5 stars, large sandwich, well filled, perfect cooking of the sandwiches and the rest, crispy chips, fresh bread, kind and helpful staff as well as smiling (which is no small thing), not a brand new place but one that makes you feel at ease!! Highly recommended
They have one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had! And the fries incredible! And especially knowing the late night scene in LA, this special small place is incredible and could be highly competitive. Julio, the owner, takes special care to all his patrons even though it's a paninoteca. Even early at happy hour time or lunch you are always given five star service in a relaxed environment. For my stay in Imperia I return regularly for the kindness and feeling of family. I have not tried everything but I highly recommend the "killer" cheeseburger and fries. And the price is very good for all you get. Enjoy!

It's a shame because the snack bar is right on the seafront. The fries are very good, the panini (called a cheeseburger, be warned) is quite good, and the seafood platter is decent. The salads are very (too) generous. Be careful to avoid the terrace at lunchtime because it's intensely hot and the pigeons are voracious and will finish off the food! The price is rather high for 4 people: over €60 with drinks but without dessert.
