I asked for "large fries" and they gave me a large sprite which I had to throw away. But other than that, they did their best.

This location makes decent food........a bit more expensive than Jack in the box........but if you choose to eat inside the service is much better here..........even when they're extremely short handed........ Jack in the box ignores dine in customers.......at least the IB location does

I prefer Carl's Jr. over the other fast food burger places. The parties just taste so much better to me and I love that I can order a burger and not have to worry about carbs! Lettuce wrapped burger is life when you're on a "diet".

I like Carl's Jr chain. Their menu is smaller now but the hamburgers are larger and as tasty. Very little wait time for food worth waiting for.

To be honest in fast food this place it's my favorite because the burgers are the closest ones to a home made one. Place always clean, servers always smiling and to me its the number 1 choice for fast food burgers!!

Went thru the drive-through. Haven't been to Carl's Jrb I n aost 15 yrs. I have to say the food didn't taste bad at all. Pretty good. Proces are medium. I'm not sure what others may think about what's expensive or not.

Issac is total awesome. He was patient & kind to my kids. We had a great experience because of him. Other workers ignored me while I stood at the counter. Issac deserves a raise. Whatever you’re paying him, pay him more.

Probably the go to Carls Jr's in the Southbay. Cant say I've had a negative experience here. If I've ever had a problem with the order, they fix it no problem. Also, just tried the Santa fe wraps. Added a poblano peppers for 69 cents and holy smokes. It slaps! That's a good thing.

I got their breakfast sandwich combo. It was really good!

It’s a good high protein quick meal right around 500 calories and about 60 grams of protein and it’s good. The service is never a problem when I visit locations atmosphere it’s a Carl’s Jr they all look the same. Over all not bad I know I’ll be full and satisfied.

Employees here were great, I went through the drive through, and had to order to an AI drive thru attendant. Breakfast burrito under $7 and no line. More convenient that McDonald's during morning rush hour.

Good spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. Multiple options to satisfy any craving. They have a self serve coffee/soda station. Good customer service too.

The drive thru is automated, and so it may not hear you correctly. The food is always good and the wait is never bad.

Good food, may be busy sometimes but they can't help it. You get exactly what they advertise. Only reason I didn't give it a five stars is for staff being a bit pushy to hurry us on our way, despite the lack of customers at the time I went. And they forgot my sauces but i had some at home so i wasn't to bothered.

Always get our order wrong when we simply ask for no mayo and no cheese. Friendly service but they try to move too fast and end up messing orders up.

When you order it takes so long for your order to be ready I go to 7-Eleven and my order will not be ready after that even a food used to be better A lot of times my food is icy cold I don't like cold food for my fast food restaurant how can you call it fast food if it takes over 20 minutes to get your meals

The chicken ranch burger was small in the bun it came in. I ran out of chicken and had alot of bun left over. But the girl running the drive thru was awesome , polite and speedy. I give her 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Omg how this place has gone down in quality. Service was good. But my meal was not. Not wasting my money here again.

The cashier was really bad. Couldn't hear/understand. Messed up our order even after i told her it 3 times.

Every year the food tastes worse than before however it is still better than the meals they give to patients at most hospitals but still bad enough to be the last option in comparison to burger king.

Too much egg in the burrito. 1st 3 bites were all tortilla. Person who took our order didnt listen to what was ordered. Coffee ran out and they were too busy helping drive thru customers to help me.

For the guacamole 🥑 double cheeseburger 🍔 very expensive 🫰💰🤑 cuZ of the guacamole 🥑 and they didn't put guacamole 🥑 on it 😕 . And the fries 🍟 where Old 👎👎👎👎👎.

I paid for a large and got this instead. Why do they make you pay extra for less food. Good customer service but really, my cup was only filled 1/2 way. Thats not good. If i pay more i expect more.

I always had a nice hamburger! But today sunday 11-06-16 was awful my hamburger was really bad all messy. Very dissapointed.

Generally like Carl's Jr. But this is a poorly managed and trained staff and location. I was really excited looking forward to trying new guacamole burger was very disappointed the guy delivered it call it Jr guacamole burger it was very small and very this layer odwhat was supposed to be guacamole it was terrible I assure you very little avocado is this green substance. Years ago other Carl's Jr locations had a very good guacamole burger. This was extremely disappointing. Also they failed to give me a receipt then I saw a sign saying we welcome your comments use receipt follow instructions.. Yeah no wonder they avoid giving receipt. This is the second negative experience at this particular location. Imperial beach on Palm.

Yeah don’t go here, I went through the drive-thru and when I checked my order in the parking lot to see if my burger had cheese (which I ask to not have) end up having cheese and someone decided to pull a slim shady and spit their phlegm on my burger. DONT GO TO THIS CARLS JR. i called the manager and she gave me an attitude I would’ve gone inside but we they don’t allow it so in reality I couldn’t do anything.

went there for Breakfast got a coffee with Breakfast. coffee tasted like hot water. told her she went got some form the back the same. would not refund my money. never go there again and let the neighbors know not to go there. why brother going to a place with bad coffee and the crew dont care . rude people should not work at fast food.

Shift manager could not understand my order. I almost said forget it and cancelled it. It did not appear to be made fresh as ordered. Before I left, a woman came in. The shift manager had messed up her whole order, she asked for a refund. She told me she also had a difficult time placing her order.

Went to drive thru. Ask the order taker not to add ketchup to orders. Asked again at the pick up window if they left out the ketchup. Was assured they did. Got home with orders. Both otder had extra ketchup.

Didn't want to risk the height clearance of my van. Door was locked because they don't do indoor orders anymore. So not only do I not have height clearance but they refused to serve me any other way. Lost my time on my break thanks to them.

Drive up server was too intent on pushing the "Special" to listen to my order. I tried to place an order TWICE and finally threatened to leave to get her attention long enough to actually make an order. All of that effort got me a mediocre burger and very dry fries. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I've been going here for a while, the burgers and fries are awesome just like any other carls jr location the reason I rated 2 stars is because of the lack of customer service and they never put ketchup packets in my bag or even ask if I want ketchup. If you go here remember to request ketchup or you be eating fries with no ketchup and I really really love ketchup on my fries. 5/24/21 update they messed up my order gave me a small instead of a regular paid for a double western but got a single they also always forget to replace the sprite syrup, I got soda water for like the 8th time.

I knocked until she came to the door. I asked to be let in due to the sign read they close at 9:00 pm. She said No, I'm not going to let anyone else in go through the drive thru. I said we just want to order our food and go. She said she had a guy sleeping and she wouldn't let us in. There were other people sitting down eating in the lobby. I couldn't understand what the problem was. Then she said there was a huge mess in the bathroom which my friend said we don't need to use the bathroom we just want to order our food. She then said then go through the drive thru. I already closed down the register. She was Rude and not nice at all. She didn't have a name tag on so we didn't catch her name. I definitely won't be coming to this Carl's Jr. Ever again.

The woman working the window saw us and chose to go clean tables before coming back to collect payment and serve us.
