Yard House - Indianapolis

We were happy to be seated quickly even with a massive conversation crowd in town. The food was really yummy and the service was so kind. Really enjoyed the barria tacos and the rice and beans had a lot of flavor.

We ended up at YardHouse after a horrible experience across the street. Everyone was really nice, our food was good and so were our drinks. I loved my mocktail. Our waiter (Prince was great) even comp’d our dessert. The fish in the fish & chips was as tasty long as my forearm. Affordable, prompt service, yummy eats. I can’t complain. We will certainly be back.

We love Yard house and have turned most of our frienda and family on to them. Even when in Cincinnati we stopped in before or after the games. One of our favorite are the Poké Nachos appetizer photo are my favorite the steak bowl medium, and the ahi salad.

On Easter Sunday we had the great opportunity and pleasure to have lunch at the Yard House, Everything was perfect . We would like to thank the entire staff for a wonderful lunch, the hospitality that we experienced was absolutely fabulous. From the moment I walked in, the experience at Yard House was top-notch. I was warmly greeted by Blessing, who lived up to their name and set a positive tone for the visit. Though there was a 30-minute wait, it was absolutely worth it. My server, Angelique, was phenomenal. Even with the restaurant packed wall to wall, she made me feel like I was the only patron in the building. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness were above and beyond. I ordered the Maui Chicken, and it was incredible. The flavors were so rich and satisfying that I didn’t want to distract from the experience with any beverage besides water—just to truly savor every bite (see pic). All around, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Kudos to the entire Yard House team, and a special thank you to Angelique and Blessing for making it memorable.

If you want a good steak, look no further than the Yard House in downtown Indy. Their 20 ounce Ribeye is really BIG with a reasonable price. Please forgive me for not including a picture of the steak. It was so visually yum I just dug right it. Promise to get pics next time because there definitely will be a next time.

Food was excellent and happy hour apps were great as well. We walked in during finals Pacer games day and only waited around 15 mins. Our server was hospitable and a table tablet help speed things along. Atmosphere overall was good, but not a place to have a conversation.

Yard House offers excellent and efficient service, ensuring you are seated promptly even during peak hours. It is conveniently located near the Indiana Convention Center, making it easy to visit, even during events. I highly recommend trying the chicken avocado sandwich, which was an incredible suggestion from my waitress. It was a standout dish, featuring a well-balanced combination of flavors and outstanding chicken preparation. Truly remarkable!

Great place for a quick stop, and delicious food. Enjoyed the atmosphere while visiting this unique place. Highly recommend if staying in downtown of Indianapolis.

Great pizza and great atmosphere! The cheese curds were also very good and similar to some Wisconsin curds I've had. There were plenty of TVs all around and you could order at your leisure via the wait staff or electronic device at your table. The specials have great deals and even braving the cold, it was well worth it.

Visited this place today! It was a very pleasing experience. To start, I went with "vacation mode" and ordered The Coco Passion, which was very good not to strong and not too sweet. For an appetizer, I had the chicken nacho... it was OK wasn't too crazy about it, I've had better! For my main dish, I ordered Lobster Garlic noodle... I did enjoy it. However, it was a bit on the salty side. Love the atmosphere! Our waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Came across Yard House, walking around headed to a playoff game! Food was good , i would skip the shrimp added as extra they werre not tasty & for the size needed to be cooked more. Service was a tad on the slow side, not sure why it wasn't crowded. Overall it was a good experience.

Although Yard House is not specifically local to Indianapolis, you can always guarantee a great meal and good service at Yard Houses! We went to Yard House in downtown Indianapolis when we were in town for the Indy 500. We needed a sit down spot that we could order a few appetizers and drinks at - Yard House is the perfect spot for that! We enjoyed a variety of items but the firecracker shrimp is a must try! Our table also enjoyed the massive club sandwich, the loaded queso dip, and more. If you are looking for a spot with reliably tasty courses with quick and inviting service, stop by a Yard House close to you!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Yard House (a few years I believe). Finally after all this time, I got to make a revisit this weekend. We arrived a little before 5:30 and they were a little busy but we immediately got a table. Our waiter was super nice to us, and ready to serve and give recommendations. As an appetizer I tried out the Calamari, and overall it was super tasty! The marinara was good too. As my entree, I got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with fries. And what are my thoughts? It was great! It’s not painfully spicy, just the right amount. It was fried to perfection and overall was tasty! The fries were also good. Overall, it’s definitely worth a shot to try this spot out if you’re in Downtown Indianapolis!

Nice atmosphere with big dining area. All their staff are amicable. Liked the food as well. Their happy hour deal is a must have. Their poke nachos are so delicious.

Great menu selection. The options are classic with a fancy twist. I got the truffle fries and the flavor was perfection, they were so crispy and paired well with the whiskey pepper boneless wings. Such a unique flavor in the wing sauce. I also got the sliders which were hot super buttery bun and the barbecue chicken nachos with fresh jalapeños. Everything was delicious. Also, I always get the shiitake noodles as an appetizer they are always hot and so savory.

We visited the YardHouse on a quick Memorial weekend in Indy for the Indy 500! Walked in and were met with friendly smiles and wonderful help. We got our table quickly compared to how full they were at this time. We started off with an espresso martini and it did NOT disappoint. Our waitress was very pleasant and recommended her favorites to us! We got the Cali sushi stack and the beer battered fish and chips. Both were extremely delicious! I would highly recommend the sushi stack!

Yard House was honestly a great experience overall. The atmosphere was amazing, super family-friendly, upbeat, and just a really comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a meal. You can tell they put effort into making it feel welcoming without being too loud or chaotic. I came in during happy hour (3–6 pm), and it felt like the perfect time to go. The vibe was lively but not overwhelming, and the service moved fast even with other people coming in. Food-wise, the truffle fries are a must. Like seriously, very highly recommended. They were easily some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time. Crispy, flavorful, and you can actually taste the truffle without it being too heavy or oily. If you go here and don’t try those fries, you’re missing out. The pizza, though, was kind of the opposite experience. I got the three-cheese pizza and it was basic, not bad, but nothing memorable either. There wasn’t anything crazy or unique about it, so I wouldn’t really recommend it unless you just want something simple. With so many other options on the menu, I think your money is better spent on something else. The biggest highlight, though, was the service. Antoine is genuinely an amazing waiter. Yard House needs more servers like him. I remember coming here last year and having an awesome time, and a huge reason for that was Antoine. Same thing this time, he’s attentive, friendly, and makes you feel taken care of without hovering. You can tell he actually cares about customers having a good experience. He honestly deserves a raise or a promotion, and if there’s such a thing as waiter manager, he should be one. Employees like Antoine are the reason people come back. Overall, great atmosphere, great fries, solid happy hour, and top-tier service. Would definitely return!

We are in town for a Cheer comp and we had a party of 25, 12 of which were children from toddler to 9 yrs old. They accommodated our party and sat us together the best the could (very timely as well). Service was great and they handled our chaotic group with grace. It was a great experience.

I had the Truffle oil parmesan fries and the whiskey glazed salmon. My only complaint about the food would be the carrot that came with the salmon. Other than that it was a fantastic experience and the sevrice was excellent. It was like the waiter knew what you needed before you did.

What a testament to a great restaurant! Our planned reservation on Friday was outstanding, and when our Saturday plans were cancelled, we immediately knew where to go for 'round two' to try more menu options. The food and beverages were on point both nights, and the staff and service were awesome and accommodating for both our reserved and spontaneous visits. We will absolutely be back for this level of consistent excellence!

This is one of the good place at Indy downtown. The food is amazing, they have vegetarian options as well, though limited but very tasty. They have great selection of beers on tap, you can sample and choose the right one to order

We came in 10 minutes before happy hour was over and the waitress was super accommodating and helped us place an order really fast to get happy hour specials. All the food came out quickly, was delicious, and excellently priced. The crispy Brussels were the best I’ve ever had and I pretty much always order them if I go somewhere and they are in the menu. AMAZING happy hour!!

We had such an outstanding experience with our Friday reservation that when our Saturday plans fell through, we headed straight back for round two! It was the perfect opportunity to try even more of the menu, and the food and beverages were absolutely on point both nights. The staff and service were awesome and accommodating, making us feel right at home for both visits. We will definitely be back!

One of the best burgers I've ever had. The waiter, Connor, was attentive without being obnoxious. His food recommendations for my wife were excellent. This place has one of the best beer selectionsI 've found in Indianapolis. It can be hard to find a good Belgian style beer. The TVs are smallish in size. If I wanted to watch a really big game, I might pick somewhere else, but the fare is enough to draw me back. Got ticketed just around the corner even though I paid the meter. Not worth the the time it would take to contest.

We had a great experience at Yard House while the city was absolutely packed with families in town for JamFest Nationals. Despite the chaos downtown, the wait was surprisingly short—we were seated in about 15 minutes. Even better, they put us right next to a TV so we could catch the AFC Playoff Game, which made the whole night even better. The food was really good, exactly what you expect from Yard House—consistent, solid, and satisfying. Service was smooth given how busy everything was, and the atmosphere was perfect for watching the game. Overall, we were super happy we chose Yard House to eat and watch the game. Great spot, especially when downtown is buzzing. Would absolutely do it again.

The Yard house has a good selection of different foods. Healthy salmon/fish/seafood or salad options and delicious burgers and appetizers. The espresso martinis are quite good and the beer selection is great. We think this is a great option downtown Indy. Their happy hour during the week offers great deals!

I’ve been to Yard House many times. I was surprised this time by the portion sizes. It’s been a while since I’ve last been but it was definitely quality. The whiskey salmon was sooooo good! A 4 instead of 5 because in the past I haven’t had the best experiences but I’m glad it’s going back up in service and food overall.

Great place for decent food, yummy drinks, and great service. The chicken bowl was super flavorful. The bread pudding was fabulous and the pink dragon cocktail went down way too fast. We enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend this restaurant.

Went to Yard House in Indianapolis and really enjoyed it. The service was quick and friendly, and parking was easy with the mall parking garage right next door. Drinks came out fast and were nicely presented, and the food followed quickly as well. Everything looked great and tasted good, which made it a perfect stop before heading out. Would definitely come back.

I dined at this restaurant recently and had an overall average experience. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, making it a decent spot for a casual meal. The food was acceptable, with some dishes tasting good while others were fairly ordinary. The menu provided a reasonable selection, but nothing especially memorable stood out. The service was courteous and timely, though it didn’t go beyond basic expectations. Prices were appropriate for the quality and portions offered. Overall, the restaurant met my expectations without impressing me. It’s a suitable place for a simple meal, but not a standout destination.

The restaurant was very clean, the staff were all amazing and very attentive. I never once had an empty drink. The calamari was so delicious. The onion rings were good. The filet mignon was ok, it didn’t have much flavor neither did the mashed potatoes. The vegetables were good too.

Great service, there was no wait for a table. Located in the middle of Downtown Indianapolis. This place was recommended for their Happy Hour specials. 50% off an assorted selection offered M - F between 3-6. We tried the Magherita Pizza. The crust was thin with light sauce, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves. Cherry tomatoes were also added. This dish deserved 4 stars. The tacos were OK and the Salmon was seasoned perfectly. The side dish for the Mediterranean Salmon had a bitter taste. The Spicy Beef Szechuan Noodles were overpowered with spice that packed an overwhelming heat profile with a miniscule touch of sweetness. The serving was enough for two. It was missing a citrus component like a couple of limes or a lemon or two. The texture of the beef was tough and hard to chew. For dessert, we ordered the Lava Cake and the Oreo Cookie Sundae. The Oreo Cookie Sundae was the 2nd best dish next to the Pizza. The lava cake was okay. The vanilla ice cream was great with sauce from the lava cake. Overall, the appetizer and desserts deserve 4 stars. Those entrees dud not live up to the description written within the menu.

Nice restaurant, had a cool vibe. Service was not great. Took forever to get a refill of my drink of water. Saw the waitress twice the entire time we were there. Ordered a peperjack burger which was decent. Not great, but good. Worth the money spent. Looks like a cool place to meet up. I'll likely give it another chance to impress me, but it was a pretty average experience.

Wait over 5 minutes to be welcomed at the bar while it was dead and 3 people working. Then was only asked once in a 30 minute timeframe if i wanted food n instead of checking on me they left me alone and also didn’t even check if i wanted another beer. As a server in this downtown area and takes my job very seriously this should be very embarrassing for y’all. Where’s the urgency? Where’s the willingness to earn a tip n be on customer service? 40 minutes in is when amber decided to ask me if i needed anything else. That’s atrocious service.
