First timer yesterday. Wasn't too tough to figure their food procedure. Got the burrito: beef barbacoa and the works...with guacamole @$2 extra. So for over $14 I got 1 burrito. Could have had it in a bowl also. Soda bar with plastic utensils and napkins. Spillage on the floor. Conclusion: Boy did we love it! Split it w hubby and yes we will be regulars for their really good burrito (we bring knife and forks plus trays so we can eat in our car) -- yep, that's how we roll!

Hi everybody. This location was great. I have allergies and have never had a problem eating here. Great team work on keeping food fresh and tasting great. Best of all rice has never been hard or under cooked so far. I've gone here on few occasions and quality of food is consistent. Definitely great job friendly atmosphere great people.

This is a new location, only open for a couple of weeks. I was worried about staff training, but the only slight issue was that they may have been a bit slower than I expect at Chipotle. That may have translated to more care as both my wife's bowl and my burrito were about as perfect as they could be. Everything went smoothly and the crew was pleasant throughout. This place has a nice dining area that is bigger than most, though it was empty with no dine-in in this area.

I got chipotle for my birthday today and my bowl is nearly empty? Im disappointed because i love chipotle and was excited until i open up my bowl and i see that they barely filled it up. :( there was also a scratch on my bowl which is weird?.

everything was delicious except the chicken. It was cold and nasty. I called about it and I expected them to offer me a replacement instead it was ridiculous. They were nitpicking and saying how it’s impossible that their chicken was cold. I’ve never been through anything like this. it’s ridiculous. Your chicken was cold. Give me a damn replacement. I would never eat at that location again, I don’t know where they get off cheapskates cold chicken just admit it.

When scooping my meat she filled the spoon looked up and I smiled 😊 then she taped the spoon back on to the steak tray 😞 giving me barely scraps. She did the same with the guacamole with the side of smirk as to saying that's for making me warm your tortilla 5 seconds longer and you better not complain! I got the message and I hope you do too. The meat was cold and so was she.

Chipotle's quality of their food has dropped a lot. Especially at this location in North Indio. They gave my order to the wrong person When my wife went to drive thru they called her a liar and accused her of trying to scam. When she got home they had given us the wrong order! I had paid for extra ingredients and they put probably less than half as well as incorrect! I tried to reach out to a manager and was on hold for 47 minutes!! Stay far away from this place!! Update! Never got anything but an automated response left messages at the restaurant (manager wasn’t in left my name and number) Left 3 messages at corporate no response at all!!!
