I was going to order food when the store manager told me to use the kiosk to order my food. I didn't get his name but one lady said he was the store manager. The kiosk froze so I went back and ask him for help. He just seem upset like he did not want to be bother so I just left. I couldn't believe it so rude and incompetent. Never again.

Hi this is Britney Im gonna be honest we were having great time until my my kid had to go to the restroom they told they would “buzz us in” us in and we saw employee outside taking out the trash saw us struggle trying to open the door all he told us was he would “buzz us in” that never happened we ask like 3 times felt like 100 my kid could NOT hold it in I am disappointed in you del taco do better every time I come there is something wrong here I had to take my kid down to apple bees and also the machine to take orders was awful it wouldn’t let me take my time with ordering when we ask for help they wouldn’t even help us out so please make sure your checking on your employees next time I would appreciate if you “buzzed us in”

Ordered my food, the drive home is only 5 minutes. My tacos COLD. Fries. COLD. My Powerade watered down like if it had been sitting there there for some time. They were not busy, so that’s not an excuse. Do Better.

WORSE DEL TACO EVER!! They ALWAYS Give you very small portions of food!! Customers pay alot of money for their food. They are always messing up on my orders. This whole team needs to be replaced ASAP stop robbing people for their money!

I spent $75 on a large order for my family so I use the rewards program and this location has kiosks for ordering and does not allow you to get points or use the delrewards. And the workers didn't know how to fix or help.

Paid for a large #1 a simple taco meal and even then they can find a way to screw it up. Even went there yesterday and got a large carne asada fries and it was made with little to no effort.

I bought 4 meal deal boxes and was handed all the food in one bag. I then asked why there were no boxes and the employee said we dont do that anymore. I then asked for them to be separated at least by bag since we were not all going to the same house and needed to carry the food. The employee then handed me the boxes they said they didn't have and told me to separate the food myself. Horrible customer service

I had a quesadilla. All the cheese was in one spot in the middle of the tortilla. It was not cooked proper. The coffee I ordered came cold. It was cold coffee. The entire restaurant was digital. One person cooked. One person was at the counter. that did nothing that handed people food that’s it. There’s no discussion of it. There’s no asking for extra cream or not. There’s no extra anything. There’s nothing barely a coffee counter to put cream in your coffee. There was absolutely no decent seating. It was a disgusting restaurant. I don’t know why I went in the Physical plant must’ve been 75 years old old old old. I don’t know why I went in. I was bored. It was a mistake. Don’t go there. You’ll get cold coffee and a blob of greasy cheese in a tortilla. It wasn’t cut in triangles. I was given a mess. It was greasy and nasty. I don’t know what was cooked on that grill before, but that was not a clean grill. I took the food out. I did not take pictures. I should’ve don’t go there. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a worse restaurant and the digital crap made it so I couldn’t even ask the woman behind the counter for a thing not a napkin, not a straw she pointed at a napkin holder when I asked for a coffee stirred! . The ambience in that place was a zero. After I bought the food and went back to my car and started looking at it I thought how could anybody sell this? I was duped. I was stupid. I will never go back to any Del taco!

Terrible del Taco service and atmosphere here in Indio next to the courthouse, what I hate most about this location is that they're always locking up the restrooms and they never clean them up, and what I hate most about this as well is there always closing down the soda machines and they never open it and leave it on for us customers I always have to wait in line just to get a refill and I'm tired of this abuse!!! I once contacted corporate and I might have to contact them again, also there's an Hispanic employee guy with glasses who has a black frizzy fro like hair, who has an attitude problem I heard him once y'all and said the f word to a customer because he didn't give them an appropriate certain amount of hot sauce and he also fought with me as well because I just wanted to fill my bottle up with water and ice, that guy needs to be fired or removed and put somewhere else, thank God luckily wienerschnitzel close by saved my life and filled up my bottle with water and ice this happened during the summer of this year 2023

They can’t even get chocolate shakes right or churros. And when you asked to speak to a manager, they hang up on you or tell you one’s not available. This is the worst Del Taco that I have ever been to in Southern California. The picture of the shakes is supposed to be chocolate shakes.

Ordered a Carne Asada cheddar Quesadilla.. what I received was so disappointing. Looks like it was cooked hours ago, and the soda had no flavor..

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. One of the worst DelTaco locations I've ever been to. First time I went was a few weeks ago, they didn't give us everything we ordered but still charged us for it. Decided to give it another chance, our mistake. Not only did they charge us for something we didn't receive but the tacos looked awful. Might as well just be tortillas since that's all you are getting. A pinky's worth of meat, hardly any cheese, and the little lettuce it had looked old.
