I remember a time that we could take our kids in for breaksaft and they could play in the playground!! This McDonald's doesn't open the pay yard because there was no one to keep it clean atleast not untill 1130 am maybe they need more people!!! This place is NOT 24 hours. Why do they have the led sign lit saying 24 hours but the drive thru is blocked off by cones throughout the whole night. Workers are clearly in there. Please take off 24 hours or please stop blocking the driveway.

This McDonald’s on Jackson Street is crazy slow. Went inside and ended up waiting 20+ minutes just to get food. There were people standing around waiting forever with no updates or urgency at all. For fast food, this place is anything but fast. Definitely needs better staffing or management because this was ridiculous. Would not recommend if you’re in a hurry.

Came in through the drive thru me and my friend had mobile orders. Was told they can only do 1 mobile order at a time and would have to drive around again to pick up the 2nd one. That is the dumbest policy I've ever heard from any fast food place. It cant be that difficult to prepare 2 pre purchased prders.

Worst drive through experience ever, due to a canceled order after waiting 20 mins. I placed a mobile order at 3:48 AM and drove right up behind 2 cars waiting at window. I was told at the window and just barely received notification at same time of 4:08 AM that the order had been canceled. It just does not make any sense that their system would accept an order if it was just going to be canceled almost 10 mins after 4:00 AM. I feel that the person in charge at the time purposely and manually canceled it. Its just ridiculous that they would provide a substandard service like that.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this visit was horrible. The customer service was very non chalant, amd very unfriendly. It's partially my fault because I failed to check my order before leaving only because I didn't want to engage no more than I had to. We get to our hotel and open a bag of 3 orders of very stale French fries hard dry chicken strips and hard burger buns!!! Anyone knows that when you order a McDonald's sweet tea you want it sweet. Well I have a large very unsweetened tea and a flat coke. Check your orders taste your drink before leaving the facility. We literally ate a portion and threw the rest away. I will never leave another facility before checking my order. Lesson I learned and I owe it to this location. I waisted $30 on vacation

Just like the McDonald’s in Coachella, this one advertises 24 hour business hours and this is the fourth time this week I pay a visit after work only to find the drive thru cordoned off, I cannot help but wonder if they are franchised by the same person; these hours must be fixed and stop lying to your customers

I’m pissed!! Tonight I went through the drive thru to get my kids 2 happy meals. I sat on the left side of the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for the girl on the mic to take my order. She continuously was taking the other sides order. I ended up 3 car lengths back compared to where I was supposed to be. Now, usually when you get in line, and you wait, they switch between the two lines based on who was there first. That did not happen tonight, I’m sick and so are my kids which had to come with me considering I don’t have anyone to watch them. Once she got on the speaker, she proceeded to ask me to repeat the drink attached to my order 3 times when I kept saying it. I understand there is issues with not being able to hear through the mic but she was obviously speaking to another coworker. The customer service was horrible.

I went to grab a bite today, and it was the WORST!! It was sooooooo filthy, the service was soooooo bad! I had to wait over 30 minutes for a “special Big Mac” that was with no pickles or onions. When I went to ask where my order was, the manager at the time was very rude, she told me, “they were killing the cow” and when I went to ask if someone could clean up, they said they did not have anyone who could clean up.
