This place is one of the best places I've ever been to clean neat professional atmosphere along with courteous and professional staffing. Also this was the first place I have ever received a free meal for being a veteran. I have never asked about free milks because I was a veteran. However the staff at Applebee's in City of Industry asked if I was a veteran and and that was all I had to say they gave me a veterans menu we had never seen before and it for me the meals and that menu for free for veteran Awesome!!! THANK YOU!!!

This has definitely got to be my favorite applebees to come to. I had an amazing waiter named Jackie she was super friendly, nice and even the manager came over at one point to check up on us. Food was delicious as always. Jackie our waiter made us feel like we were right at home.

Mother daughter lunch. It was great. We got the 2 for $27.00. Appetizer to share. Burger and fries. And beers were not included in the deal. You have a chance to choose from the deal menu. I had fries, my daughter had the veggies. Everything tasted great. Not crowded. Mask were required...but not while eating. Great service and clean. We really enjoyed our time and lunch together.

My wife and I visited the restaurant today, and we were impressed with the level of accommodation we received. I ordered the Oriental Chicken Salad, which was flavorful and satisfying. Meanwhile, my wife requested chicken with steamed broccoli because she's following a low-carb diet. The restaurant was more than happy to make the necessary changes to her meal to ensure it was compliant with her dietary restrictions. Our waiter was courteous and friendly, and she provided us with excellent service throughout our visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and it was evident that the staff takes great care to keep the place clean and well-maintained. The restaurant's hygiene was impeccable, and the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Applebee's, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

I really loved my last visit here. Our server was very helpful and patient with our two little girls when they tried to order by themselves at the same time. She was very pleasant and always made sure our table had anything we might have needed. The food was great! Nothing to complain about. I visited on 12/18/18, the day of my birthday. Let me say that my family and I had an amazing time, the service was amazing and it was all thanks to our incredible server, Daisy. She was very attentive, brought out all of our food on time, and even brought a knife out to cut the cake. The service was just great! All of our food was delicious. This is the first time that we've ever came to this location and we will definitely be coming back and we will, of course be asking for Daisy!

I have been here many times and have always ALWAYS been treated with the same respect no matter who my server is nor where i sit. I've been coming here since the place opened and it still holds up. Adriana (Bartender) is the most attentive and amazing bartender in the area. Never have I gotten to the bottom of my drink (At the Bar) before another has arrived or she is asking if I need one. Shannon is also another amazing and attentive server. Even when sitting in another section she makes sure to stop by and say hi which goes a long way in customer service and customer retention. Have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. Been coming here since they opened and I'll be coming back often. 4 stars because they didn't have the NFL Sunday ticket but im sure they will resolve it soon enough.

Food was not that great it was very dry overcooked, and in top of it, they screwed up in our bill. Management instead of apologizing, he charges again, bad management. Definitely not coming back here. I'd rather go to a different place.

The service wasn't the best,there was about 12 people in the restaurant when we arrived. 5 in our party and it must have been training week while we were there. Drinks came first and waited 25 minutes before they were filled again. Food was a bit bland,not everyone was pleased, but we were hungry. Over all I will give it a 3 1/2 out of 10. This was during the week,not a weekend.

Great service and delicious food! Suggestions: when you reopen for outdoor serving again place outdoor carpeting on the parking lot asphalt along with adding heaters! The music is great but figure out a way to roll out your TV'S for sport events. The open tent area is excellent by adding these simple items you will make it a more comfortable location to hang out in during these unexpected times

first time going to this location, the food is okay the pizza for the kids meal is only cheese pizza they don't have pepperoni and really really small, no Coca-cola brand only Pepsi which I don't like. Not a long wait. Service is okay. If you are pacient with the workers it will be a good experience. Last time i ordereda steak i had to send it back twice. First time because they didnt cook my steak correctly and the second time because they sent out my steak missing my mashed potatos and with frozen still wrapped in plastic wrap.

Server was good for working on a busy night. Server's assistant brought bottled beer without offering a glass --- fine for the bar but not the dining room. Host didn't explain whether or not we were to use the table kiosk before the server greeted us. Husband ordered a mac and cheese dish with chicken strips and received three little pieces of chicken. Kind of a "meh" experience overall.

We got the 2 for $26 deal. Classic burger with fries and oriental chicken salad (I really like their dressing). I'm giving a 2 star on atmosphere since Applebee's had turned into a sports bar with dozens of tvs with the game on.

I had the parmisian steak and shrimp with Garlic string beans and Mac&cheese. Good flavor on the steak, more medium well then medium. But alright, light on the parm flavor. Shrimp was well cooked. Soft and not chewy Pasta was over cooked. But our server was very attentive and accommodating. Over all experience was good. Especially under the current situation. But definitely room for improvement.

It just seems to me this applebees is not as customer service oriented or efficient and food is not as great as the grand ave , Walnut location of applebees. I do stop here occasionally, however I have to wait at least 10 min b4 I see the bartender offer me a drink. Unless this pretty young black woman is bartending. she has a great personality. They didn't bring me napkins, and walked by me many times without even asking if I needed anything. Which I did need/want stuff. Not sure why they were rude even after I got what I finally needed I told her thank you and she didn't even look at me or respond. Now to the food. The sampler mozzarella sticks were still hard not fully cooked. The only thing that was ok was the wonton tacos. I did see a manager walking by he only asked me how my food was because I flagged him down to get something. When I asked for a Togo container they brought me 1 small one that didn't fit my food I was taking. Idk like I said maybe wrong time to come? Idk.

Mango strawberry smoothie was delicious but the shrimp was dry and flavorless. Food was just mediocre- it all seemed old and stale. The place was empty, just a few tables with customers but the service was so slow. There were lots of servers working, like one server per table. But our server forgot about us. We had to go find her for iced tea refills, ketchup, steak sauce and our bill. I doubt we will be returning. ☹

I came in on a Monday pretty slow evening for some happy hour and to watch a game everything started out great until the food came out and then the server pretty much forgot we existed he passed by us 6 times (I started counting after the third time) the 4th time he talked to the table directly next to us and at this point I finished my beer expecting him to come and ask if I needed another he didn’t and passed by us another 2 times before asking if I needed anything, the whole time avoiding my waves trying to hail him down. I wanted to stay and watch the game and would’ve kept spending money but left after the first half because apparently my money is not green 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ I wouldn’t have even written a review if I didn’t feel like he was going a little harder to upset me after me and my girlfriend tipped the hostess and not him.

Food was good. Came fast but after that we didn’t see our server in a while. Kids needed napkins but there was some dirty ones on the floor and some food. There was also some macaroni on the seat when we were about to sit down. Also, I had to take care of like 3 ants that were on the table. I told the hostess about the ants when we walked out.

Staff is nice and food is great , one of their employees who is in charged of seating needs a job evaluation. Always a bad experience with her , she ruined a trip that was supposed to be a fun dinner with a family twice. I’m sorry but she know who she is , lol straight butt cheeks 👎👎👎

The food was decent, but the service was terrible. They never gave us a straw for our drinks until we asked for it. When they served us, they only gave the two of us one fork. When they served a shake, there was some dripping on the side. They never refilled my tea, and I was so thirsty. I’m eating using the knife because I don’t have a fork.

The food was good but the usher was not friendly at all. I experienced the bad manners from the usher in the first visit. We were happy with the food. On our second visit, the manners from the usher were not acceptable so we just walked out immediately.

I've been to Applebee's at several locations about four or five times. I don't care for the food because it's usually not fresh. The service is usually good in the atmosphere is fine it's just that the food is not great.

The restaurant was very clean and we were seated immediately. Our server was prompt, then again it really wasn't busy. Our food and drinks came out rather quick. A little too quickly because my Asian wrap was Luke warm and the crispy chicken tasted rather stale. I'd rather wait an extra 20 minutes for something that is fresh. Overall it was a let down especially since it's Benn a few years since I've been there and I always had a good opinion of the place. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I've eaten here several time in the past & usually have good service. This time, since we couldn't decide (after only a couple mins) our server just walked away!?! When she was taking our order we had a question & again, she walked away! 😡 she did this a few times throughout our dinner!?!? When he brought the food, my plate was ***handed to me,*** so i reached for it--i dropped it because i BURNED MY HANDS!! HE NEGLECTED to tell me IT WAS HOT!!! 🤬🤬🤬 i don't recall if he apologized or not. 🤨 Both my friend & I were shocked at the service we got!

This place was a waste of time. First off the food too way to long. I would understand if they were busy but it was fairly empty. I got one of their rib combos for 13.99 which included bottomless fries. The portion didn't really fill me up so I figure i ask for a refill on my fries. So I waited and the waited told me it's coming up soon. 15 mins later after the waiter was no where to be found I decided to leave. Not a good lunch experience.

The server was rude, seated us with no utensils (didnt notice till 15 mins after our food was served). The cocktails, or water down slushy more like it; was awful. The food was decent. The waitress on Sunday 5-6-23 at the last 3rd table on the left when u walk in, she has short hair dyed to blonde or black I forgot, but I know she's hispanic, she is so rude! n terrible! she charged us twice for kids meal n had a horrible actitud! She didn't give us steak knife bec we didn't order third meal, we just shared a big order of $30 baby ribs with my husband . She disappeared after we ordered, but sometimes can be seen in neighboring tables only. Originally we were gonna order two for 25$ + a kids meal, but she forced us to change to a big $30 baby ribs, then we couldn't try our hamburger 🍔 which we desperately wanted to try cuz that was out of budget she was so rude! If u refuse to show peo your kid's menu that's not the reason u charge them twice for their kid's meal! n not bec they didn't order their third meal as ur wish u can secretly charge them twice for something else! As a result we had to ask next table's nice humble Asian waitress black hair to take it out for us, bec she never appeared again! not even in the middle. She's a big No No! That's the rudest wtress I have seen in this place for so many years!

Service is severely lacking at this location. We sat at the bar and it took well over 15 min to even get a menu and drinks. Otherwise, the restaurant is clean. I guess since its Applebees I should manage my expectations.

I went to the Applebee's this evening in City Of Industry Ca this evening for the $14.99 all you can eat special. I ordered the shrimp first to eat lite,which were very good. I was still hungry so ordered the riblets. I recieved 1 (ONE )and was told the manager said to do so. This manager to order staff to do this is an A******.! I will never spend a dime or time in this restaurant chain again!!! This manager needs to be fired.

This is a very chill atmosphere. It's ideal for what I like however; make sure that while you are at the bar, and Adriana is the bartender, you don't hold your glass up and use a gesture that is utilized at every bar in the United States and countries that I have had the privilege of visiting, since she will treat you as if she is doing you a favor. Oh; and don't let her know that you don't like the way she is treating you negatively cause it will get worse. She is by far, THE WORSE bartender in the San Gabriel Valley. Her displeasure will be illustrated by her not asking you if you would like your drink to be replaced, again, as if she is doing you a favor. Her service is so inadequate that the manager had to come in from his office to provide service that this lady is too emotional to provide to a paying patron... I went over forty minutes waiting to get s fresh drink from her and her colleague (I don't remember the golems' name). Today, this broad did the same thing and after the manager came in to serve me, I wish I could attach the picture of the way this broad placed the receipt in my glass. Again, the dudes that work here, Noah, John and them boys are cool... One could enjoy their experience with them, these two ladies, not so much.

I have placed an order 2 times and it was incorrect both times..... I really like Applebee's so I let it slide I called to place an order and now I am unable to Substitute an item and that has never been a problem before. Jasmin the Manger who I had previously spoken to about these mess ups and I never not once asked for a refund. Couldn't even make An exception of a substitute which was never once again an issue before. I feel like they pick and choose what they want to do on any given night. I wish that was better management.

Ordered an 8 Oz sirloin with shrimp and parmesean. After getting home I saw that they entirely forgot to add the shrimp and parmesean. This was very disappointing as all I had left was a rubbery piece of meat. I ordered it medium rare, but it was well done at best. I called the restaurant and the best they could offer was for me to drive back with the sirloin so they could add the toppings. Why would I waste my gas for you to fix your mistake? They also offered a free slice of cake, but that's not worth the effort to go back. We ended up with a partial refund of $5, but in my opinion if I'm paying $25 for a meal and you forget to add 2/5ths of the meal, then I should he compensated properly. They also forgot the second cup of BBQ sauce I was charged for. Olive garden is right next door. Spend the extra money and get better treatment and service.

Ordered the chicken Alfredo and a bacon cheese burger. My son said the fries had a weird taste. My food Chicken Alfredo had an odd taste as well. Almost like cleaning agent taste . The broccoli was black which could’ve caused that odd taste . I wouldn’t eat at this location again .

This place is super unprofessional and I will not be coming back . The meal started off to a bad start when the server Pierre came to our table introduced himself and said “sorry y’all it’s busy as hell “. I then mentioned that I came in after seeing an advertisement for the NFL pick 6 promotion . Which includes 6 free wings with a 10 dollar purchase if a pick 6 occurs during a play off game . After showing my server Pierre the promotion he said they are not honoring that since there were no pick 6 this weekend . I showed him the advertisement and told him that promotion is being displayed on their website stating otherwise . He said he’d check with a manager , when he returned he confirmed that they are not honoring the promotion. I came home and simply looked it up and there were two pick 6’s in two seperate play off games . When promotions like this are being offered , management needs to be on top of it and inform the staff . Lack of communication leads to situations like this, and it could be easily avoided . Customer Satisfaction is not a priority to this location. To add insult to injury my appetizers arrived at the same time as my entree . And the appetizers were luke warm as if the were sitting around waiting to be ran out for a long time . 1/10 I would never return here . Save your money so many better options lol.

Terrible Terrible Terrible! First of all We walk in and the girl who ig is our waitress is super rude. We get sat and no one stops by for 5-10 minutes. Finally the waitress come back and tells us that shes sorry or whatever that she has a party of 30. I get it but she never helped us again. She never came by to check on us but would check on the other people in our section. Secondly when someone came to take our order it was first the host taking our drinks and then a tall gentleman with curly hair & glasses. He was nice and helpful , But our drinks too forever & OMG the food took even longer!! I mean forever! We had waited about 45 minutes for our food. People who got sat after us were already eating , they got to finish and leave. The Pregnant waitress with tattoos needs some serious retraining!!

Overall, we had a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant located in The City of Industry. I ordered a strawberry chicken salad, which is the best salad I had ever had at another location, only to find out the restaurant didn't have strawberries. Disappointing!! The waiter we had must have been new because questions I asked weren't answered properly. I had asked for another bread stick & was told it would be a $1 but never got it. You would think it would have been free since I didn't get strawberries in my salad. My Grandson's chicken fingers looked dry and greasy. We asked for two scoops of ice cream and the waiter said he wouldn't charge for the syrup. Thank you Alexander for what looked to be a half teaspoon of syrup. I asked for more but never got it. No explanation given. I was looking forward to taking the survey on the machine at the table. My husband asked for help in paying the bill on the machine and the waiter assisted him and then took the machine. I told the waiter I wanted to take the survey and he said not to worry about it. He was going to get a bad survey and that's why he took the machine. The whole vibe of this restaurant was disappointing compared to other locations. It's too bad because it's location is in a busy hub of other restaurants, a mall and close to the freeway. The service was very poor. The only positive was the friendly hostess who had a vibrant outgoing personality. I won't be going back to this Applebee's.

Came here Friday night for the 2 for $25 deal to go. The order was ready to go and service was fast. However the food was not of good quality. I felt like McDonald’s could have done a better job.. I ordered the cheese sauce cheese burger and The 8oz sirloin steak with a few add ons bringing the total to $37. Let me start with the burger was very dry and felt like the burger was sitting for hours fries where soggy and not very desirable. Moving on to the steak it was ordered medium well and felt more like well because it was very chewy and hard. Seemed like the meat was of very low quality. On the other hand the mozzarella sticks where very good.. it has been 10 years that I didn’t go to a Applebees and sad to say it might be another 10 years before I go back.

Oh my god I am still in shock by the manager working there last night, Leo. He has absolutely has no clue about great customer service and satisfaction. He told me and my mother never to return to the restaurant again after I tried to use my free appetizer promo for signing up for Applebees club. First they didn’t honor the all you can eat promo that was listed on THEIR site, then they refused to honor the flagship appetizer promo. This location is a franchise and I guess they make up their own rules and don’t care about customer satisfaction. When I was subsequently denied using the flagship free appetizer promo and there was NOTHING he could do to fix it upon paying the bill, I said ok we will not be needing the main courses, since by the time we got them our appetites were done and we didn’t even touch them, he said okay they would be taken care of today but that we were never to return to the restaurant again and snatched the plates and ran off! I have eaten at various restaurants all around the world and never have been treated so poorly nor would I expect this harsh and rude behavior at home!

Our bartender was completely absent—meanwhile, the rest of the staff were too busy laughing and chatting it up in the kitchen to notice or care. The cocktail menu doesn’t even list prices, which might be forgivable if this were a Michelin-starred spot—but it’s Applebee’s, not some high-brow speakeasy. Let’s not kid ourselves. This was low-effort, low-energy, and low on the totem pole of dining experiences. I’ve received better service at Chick-fil-A during a lunch rush. Definitely not coming back.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Server gave subpar service. We had to stop her in her tracks as she passed us to order after waiting 15 minutes. The shark bowl I ordered had ZERO alcohol in it. It was like drinking a blue raspberry slushie from AMC. We ordered our steaks medium rare and received them RARE with RAW and HARD brocolli. The staff were less than friendly. I’m never going back.
