I love this Pizza Hut. Consistently well made pizza. And consistently good service when I arrive for pick up. I’m so glad this Pizza Hut still exist after so many years. And I’m glad the quality is good too. No exaggeration. But. This Pizza Hut is my favorite

Great job to the Inglewood branch really exceeding expectations!! My delivery time was going to be longer than usual due to shortage on staff but they managed to pull through and get me my pizza in no time. I was shocked when it arrived way earlier than they expected. Pizza tasted great I had a fair amount of toppings and it arrived nice and warm . Two thumbs up to the weekend team !!

About two years ago or so they weren't doing great with completing their order accurately. I have been ordering from this pizza hut for the past 4 years. As of lately, they have gotten a lot better when it comes to accuracy of the order and the quality of the food they deliver. I'm really happy to see this store doing better!

There was only one cashier on the evening shift alone. She did an amazing job, the pizza was great, and came out ontime. She did an amazing job multi tasking. Once i get her name, i will come back and add it. I think she should be recognized for her hard work.

Loved The $5 Deal. The Pizza was cooked to perfection and it was ready on time. Absolutely loved them, great customer service, the employees were very knowledgeable about the menu and had great communication skills. I'll recommend this Pizza Hut to ANYBODY in Inglewood!

I will be honest ever since I went on a keto mostly meat diet I only come here to get my parents a pizza since my mom has dentures and cannot eat anything else. I only ate a slice and regretted it because carbs like these only make you more hungry, but if I did not even eat a slice my mom would stay hungry which means she would starve. After my dad guilted me to buy it I went. Service is slow because they get a lot of deliveries. This probably will be the last time I will be guilted into buying pizza. The area around is being deteriorated and probably will get worse as high taxes and insurance will drive people away. The pan pizza here is the best around compared to pizzahuts in orange county and other places.

The only thing that I would say is that when the pizza comes it is cold and not hot. I don't think pizza hut should be charging a service fee on top of a driving fee for delivery and then want customers to give a tip to the driver. pizza hut should give the driver a tip. I am done ordering from pizza hut its time for something else. :-)

Ordered about 10 pizza for our basketball team. The pizza's were poorly prepared and the ingredients slid directly off the pies. The kids thought it was hilarious but the adults who paid for the meals didn't think so.

If you’re not going to compensate me replace the pizza with a good pizza that’s hot. I’m only a mile down the street at the Holiday Inn. I cannot reheat the pizza don’t tell me thank you for being a valued customer and you’re not going to take care of this problem. I’ve lost $40. I’m not in the habit of doing that it’s not good business.

Worst experience in Pizza Hut ever. Got ripped off by staff, ordering a menu, getting the sides charged extra, adding unnecessary 20$ to the bill. Three guys not able to resolve the issue in 10 minutes of discussion. Never again.

My mother called in her delivery order at 6:40, they told us it would be about 45 mins. At 7:33 she called to notify them that we had not recieved our pizza yet. The worker told her we should be recieving our pizza in 10mins. At 7:50 she called back and they told her the driver tried to deliver and no one answered the door. They then went on to say they called my mothers cell phone and a man answered the phone and said "he didnt order pizza, he oredered sushi". The suprvisor was unproffessional and told there was no way thay could help us and they cancelles our order. My mothers cell phone never rang and no one knocked on our door. There are 4 people in the house and we are all by the door. No one came to our house or called. They lied about calling or coming to our house. The service at this location is horrible

Not a great experience at all trying to modify an order I placed online. I called multiple times and no one stayed on the phone more than 5 seconds to assist me. The only thing they did was place me on hold for 18 minutes and then hang up. After I called back multiple times, I was not able to get anyone to answer. If I could come into the store I would, but it’s not possible. Please fix your communication issues because I am sure I am not the only one that has had a problem before. Do not recommend.

This location is horrible! Customer service is horrible. They get your order wrong are are not apologetic at all.They actually wanted to argue with me when they were the ones who made the mistake. I asked for the manager who never came to the phone. I then called from a different number and they never answered the phone as it was the number connected to the order. It is my hope that this customer service matter be addressed by the district manager. It seems a refresher in customer service would be appropriate. No one has time for such unprofessional interactions. Now i see why i do not go to pizza hut!!!

This Pizza hut is a whole new experience. I ordered a large(which was not that large) super supreme pizza. I had it delivered to my house which is only 5 minutes away. The price I had to pay was outrageous. I give them props though, they were very accurate with their delivery time. when we received the call to pick up our pizza, the pozza guy barely understood and could barely talk English. We had a 1 minute conversation with him mumbling gibberish. Luckily we checked out side and delivery man was out there. We got our pizza and the taste was disappointing. The taste was dull and very plain. I recommend not coming to this pizza hut.
