My mom LOVES this place. Visiting from NYC, we didn't know what to expect. The food was great and the employees were kind. I would eat here again.

It's decent for the hungry. The portion sizes are huge. I've never had ever said that any dishes gave too much meat and here I am saying there's too much meat.

Good food. Found new favorite dish here and will continue to visit. Wait area pretty clean. Food always prepared accurately.

A small helping of macaroni, white rice & the cabbage which is hidden under the meats. The service is fairly quick & staff is friendly great place for a bite if your in the area.

It's okay. This location has an expanded menu. It reminds me of the Louisiana Fried Chicken spots where they serve donuts, Chinese cuisine, fried chicken and whatever else the locals like. The staff is friendly but the in house vibe can be uninviting. Maybe I've been there at the wrong times but it seems as if there are rude patrons all the time. It makes it unpleasant for dine-in customers. Parking isn't an issue and I've never used the restrooms.

The chicken was a bit bland, the teriyaki sauce was like jello, not enough cabbage, the macaroni salad tasted like it was missing sumthng can't pin point it.. Staff was great, the restaurant was clean nd so were their bathrooms..

Service is slow. The place is moderately clean and the food is just a couple of bucks more than elsewhere. Maybe best to skip this spot unless you are starving and can't wait.

Friday, 2:30, ordered Bbq chicken plate. $14.00, Chicken was dry and salty, rice was overcooked, no flavor and cold, cabbage and macaroni no flavor and Sauce waS thick and tasted strange. Not happy. Wasted money for sure. Cashier was pleasant.

Food is just alright. We were a large group and one of our orders was not made for some reason. We all finished eating before it came out so we just asked for a refund and went somewhere else to eat. The beef was mediocre

Food was not good, cashier was nice and attentive. Macaroni salad was not right, too much mayonnaise and bland, chicken was okay, and Katsu chicken was just not as usual, so I will pass on this location.

The place is dirty inside the tables & chairs haven’t been changed in 10 yrs & the floor looks like it haven’t been mopped in weeks

I paid $18.69 for the garlic shrimp plate. I'm not sure why the price is so high. I don't plan on returning any time soon.

Food isn’t bad. The garlic shrimp was mostly made with onions and cabbage. 6 small shrimps was all that I got for $17. The place was somewhat clean, the girl behind the counter was very friendly and trying to take orders and clean.

I don't think they have salt in the kitchen unfortunately.

Shrimp, Katsu and fish were over fried. Macaroni salad was completely flavorless. Worst $32 dollars ever spent!

The food is pretty good but before the pandemic the sauce along with the containers were available for customers to prepare themselves and take as many as we please. Now its understandably behind the counter however they say now they only give two per plate and theyre now charging for additional sauces. If they were free before for all these years changing it now just doesn't seem fair.

Cashier with blonde hair was rude. Attitude was uncalled for. They ran out of chicken and advised us late and said there was going to be a 20min wait. Then when we got our food it was super cold. Horrible restaurant. 0/10 do not recommend. Energy was off in there

Overpriced and cannot substitute anything, only give 2 packets of tarter sauce for fish platter. Horrible experience will not go back or ever recommended.

I went to this place for the first time on Saturday after seeing it there for years. The customer service was definitely an experience that anyone should experience. Tatiana had to issue me a refund and why am I not surprised that the t charges appear on my statement and not the credit. I will definitely not frequent here again AND WILL NOT ALLOW THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO KEEP MY CREDIT! I contacted the establishment on today and spoke to Yadira and without a doubt you do not need much training to work at Q Hawaiian BBQ. I would never consider treating one of my patients with such disregard and without a doubt we would NOT commit FRAUD by keeping someone's credit. I knew to obtain my receipt and guard it with my life for EVIDENCE.

Portion control was excessive. I know prices have gone up everywhere but what I received versus what I paid for was ridiculous. My one rib was more fat than meat. I won't go back to this location.

Because I don’t eat meat I thought the SEAFOOD mix (as stated in their menu) would be a good option for me. However the SEAFOOD mix comes with chicken which makes no sense because chicken is not apart of the seafood family. I asked if they could take off the chicken and add shrimp or fish , and they told me “no, we can take off the chicken but we won’t add any shrimp or fish and the price will stay the same”. Oh and no manager was present to speak to. Safe to say the owner doesn’t know what seafood mix means and they are not accommodating for people who don’t eat meat. Just go to uno bbq, don’t waste your time here if you don’t eat meat.

I ordered the chicken plate last week and when I got home I noticed the chicken was over cooked and dried out. I called them and they said if I took 2 bites they couldn’t refund my money. I asked for the manager and the woman told me the manager wasn’t there and she didn’t know the managers schedule. I asked for the corporate number and she said they don’t have one. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN, HAWAIIAN GARBAGE

Don't go to this location.Food was not fresh nor warm. No flavor, dry chicken and cabbage was awful. Very disappointed as I've visited other locations and have enjoyed their food and service.

They had bad service my mom was trying to order something then she start to roll her eyes and got inpatient so then we walk out and then she was laughing while we were walking out. DON'T GO THERE! The cashier was a girl with bleach hair.

I just purchased chicken katsu and rice.the order came up immediately?the chicken katsu had already been cooked sitting there the rice cold. Food tastes terrible wish I never stopped there. Hever again!! Stay clear of this place. This is not Hawaiian food. It should call the called Korean BBQ.

The food is not fresh. My spicy noodles was more like dough than noodles. Shrimp was old too. My salad was completely covered in noodle sauce.

If you're on lunch, don't waste your time. You'll be there the whole time waiting for your food. Plus they try to make your plate look full by putting a ton of cabbage underneath.

I pay 20 dollars for the BBQ mix thinking I was in Hawaiian BBQ original store. This was Chinese food restaurant I when ther because google GPC took me there.

And then proceeded to say he thinks my son stole the debit card. My son came to me so embarrassed that Richard said that in front of everyone. And then proceeded to say he thinks my son stole the debit card. My son came to me so embarrassed that Richard said that in front of everyone. However, this time was an utter disaster. It was evident that the management had cut corners, horrible management neglecting the upkeep of the location and compromising on food quality to save costs. The subpar quality was glaringly obvious; it's surprising they would think customers wouldn't notice. To add to the dismay, the restaurant was unacceptably dirty, immediately raising concerns. The food itself was another issue altogether—dry, old, and nearly nauseating, particularly the chicken.

Decided to come years after couple years and godddd I tell you!! These guys have no service! And prices are off the rooffff!!! $17 for katsu plate when ono is $12 .. bbq mix is $21!!!! I don’t mind paying the price but has to be good! No taste in food! These guys have gone up most likely because of stadium right in front!

All of it was Over cooked. The fish and shrimp were very hard like kettle chips! The chicken was dry and stringy overcooked dark meat! The macaroni has no flavor just taste like mayonnaise. Very Disappointed! I wanted my money back I just thew it all in the trash.☹👎

The sauce for the kalbi ribs was stale and overall, what a waste of my time and money. I requested for my food to be warmed and the front of house told me Hawaiian food is served to a room temperature. I'm 🤔 thinking to myself, "off of a hot grill.?. ok." I don't recommend and would not go back. Disgusting.

A short time later she handed me, my order. When we opened our plates, my girlfriend's plate was supposed to have chicken. Instead of chicken, there was shrimp mixed in her spicy noodles. Not what she ordered.
