Terrible service, the staff's attention is the worst, they make faces and serve reluctantly, and they pay more attention to chatting amongst themselves than to the customer. The young woman refused to serve me, claiming the white bread was hot and could burn me. I waited for 20 minutes and returned, asking another young man if the white bread was cold yet. He said yes, but that I could only start using it for 30 minutes.

Seriously, the service at this branch is terrible. They send whatever they feel like when you order through the app, they send the wrong things, they don't send the complete order. I ordered through DiDi and this time they didn't send the drink, blaming the delivery driver even though he showed me he didn't have the drink. I had to go all the way to the store and complain about my order, plus one of the guys with piercings was mocking me in the food area without a mask. I'm so disappointed with this branch.

The service is terrible. It's 12 noon and they told me there's no service, that they're closing because the employees are going to lunch, that there are no supervisors checking schedules, and that denying service is unacceptable.

The girl they have there provides terrible service; she should be replaced. Zero desire to work, zero empathy and zero service attitude. She treated me and the other two people behind me very poorly.
