The concept of this type of restaurant is very basic. It's like being in a school cafeteria. The pizza is not brought to you. Your name is called to pickup your pizza. You receive no plates or the offer of silverware. No plates in site or I just didn't notice. Employees seemed to have a lack of enthusiasm. The cheese & the toppings slid right off of the pie. The rules on what size your allowed to choose from is extremely limited, I was told i can only purchase an X-LARGE pizza by ordering online?! Really?? Ridiculous. Anyway that's my opinion.

I order from here often since it's closest to me, but there's almost always something wrong about the food or order experience. This time I ordered online. 1. Can't select salami when ordering on the app or website. Anything you put in the "extra notes" never gets considered. 2. When I arrived there and checking in, my order had not even started being made. 3. After waiting next to the pickup counter for about 20 minutes, I find my pizza just sitting there for who knows how long. Nobody called my name. 4. My pizza was made poorly. The order paper was printed so bad they couldn't even read some of it and things got left out. 5. The pizza wasn't even stretched right. I got a very oval pizza much closer to a thick crust HALF pizza.

What’s the point of a create your own pizza that costs $25 (TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!) and they send you the wrong pizza, and then refuse to make it correctly and redeliver? Lesson learned - always choose Northwood Pizza of Irvine - these chains and their horrible customer service can’t compete.

Extremly rude and incompetent manager and staff, we arrived to the establishment to make a take out order and even though there was multiple employees the manager said that they were only taking orders online, we had to wait 20 minutes waiting for our online order to be prepared since they didn't wanted to take our order in person. When she gave us our pizza we noticed that three ingredients of our pizza were missing and when we asked what happened she just said in a very rude and condescending way: if they are not there that means we are out of them! Please save your money and trouble and go somewhere else if you don't want to be mistreated for no reason and experience awful customer service. After that we got back home and we were so hungry that we had to eat what they give us but the pizza on top of the missing ingredients, was undercooked, the cheese was stale and the pizza had bitter aftertaste. Will need to report this to upper management.

What I order is a pineapple pizza, and look at this? Can anyone tell me if its even a pineapple pizza? Not to mention the pizza was burned. This is my first time to try out and will be my last. Im very disappointed with my pizza. I now can say its even worse than pizza hut, which is half the price.

The cashier with glasses and tattoos has a bad attitude, she looks annoyed and talks sternly. She looks like she’s fed up with the customers and with her job, never bring your problems to work taking it out on the customers and if you don’t like your job then you shouldn’t be doing it.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I ordered three pizzas from [Restaurant Name], and the experience was incredibly disappointing. None of the pizzas were cut, making them difficult to eat, and the toppings I specifically ordered were completely missing. This is basic attention to detail that every pizza place should get right. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from here again unless they improve their quality control.

Blaze pizza is the worst pizza ive ever had. The pizza is soggy and foul tasting. The manager was unbearably rude and insufferable. The food got my boyfriend throwing up all night. Over all just the worst experience ive had eating out this year. Never coming back >:(

very bad customer service, got the wrong pizzas because of a misunderstanding with the employees and they STILL ended up getting mad at me even though i was not told the other 2 pizzas next to the one they said was ready weren’t mine. i get working in the service industry is difficult so i try not to complain, but the workers were clueless and rude. i can confidently say i will not be dining at blaze in the future.

I must say, my experience at Blaze Pizza in Irvine was nothing short of a customer service nightmare. The mismanagement and utter disregard for the customers waiting in line were appalling. I naively thought that standing in line would mean a reasonable wait time, but I couldn't have been more wrong. I patiently waited in line for over 10 minutes, with only one person ahead of me. Just when I thought I was about to get my order taken, the staff had the audacity to inform me that there were about 10 call-in orders that needed to be filled before they could even acknowledge my presence. What a blatant display of disrespect towards the customers who bothered to physically show up at their establishment! It is beyond comprehension how Blaze Pizza could prioritize call-in orders over in-person customers. Isn't it common sense that the people who are physically present should be served first? Clearly, common sense is a foreign concept to the management of this establishment. Speaking of management, ADAN, the so-called "manager," left me questioning if I had wandered into a high school student-run pizza joint. His lack of professionalism was evident from the moment he opened his mouth. Not only did he fail to address the issue properly, but his dismissive attitude and inability to handle the situation left me seething with frustration. I can confidently say that I will never, under any circumstances, patronize this sorry excuse for a pizza place again. The poor customer service and appalling prioritization of orders have completely soured my impression of Blaze Pizza in Irvine. It's quite clear that they have no interest in treating their customers with the respect they deserve. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a different pizza joint in the area. Blaze Pizza in Irvine is a prime example of how not to run a business, and until they undergo a complete overhaul in management and customer service, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
