Beautiful clean place, nice and calm. I was there briefly to buy plain cinnamon raisins bagel to go.
I'm from NY and every time I visit Orange County CA I have to go to Brueggers. This was my first time at this location, and the place was so clean it looked like a grand opening. Quick service. Excellent fresh breakfast and hot fresh coffee.
Great selection of bagels and breakfast foods. Friendly staff
Great sandwiches. They close early.
Great spot. The bagels aren’t “rock your socks off,” “authentic bagel spot” quality but they are definitely good enough. (Certainly better than Noah’s Bagels.) Regardless, the sandwich selection, food quality, and service are all great. So even if you might be able to find a more “perfect tasting” bagel somewhere else, Brugger’s is does a plenty fine job for a weekly or bi-weekly breakfast sandwich when one doesn’t want to cook.

Recently dined here for an early weekend morning breakfast. I ordered the Western Egg Sandwich with one egg. It comes with veggies, a strip of bacon, and it's on an Everything Bagel. It tasted great. I had a large Iced Mocha Coffee. When I arrived, there was a line of 6 ahead of me, so it took about 15 minutes of waiting in line before I could place my order. The service was fast and attentive. The total tab came to just under $12.

I can only rate the take out bagels, which are delicious, chewy, and lightly crusty. There are at least 12 different types of bagels, but spouse and I are limited to the ordinary ones. B’s can make sandwiches from the bagels, and there are some tables. Whole restaurant is clean, and presents a positive experience. Wait staff are experienced, polite and helpful. Can recommend heartily.
Sunday’s they open up at 7:00, I love their bagels, and their sandwiches . Staff seems to be always in rush. They are nice people. Two things that made me to rate 4, is that, I planned to pick up bagels at 6:00 for the game on Sunday and they were closed, and the second one is, I tried to use their app to order ahead during the week, and it told me that this location don’t accept app purchases!!

I stopped her for breakfast and I ordered the Western breakfast bagel and Small coffee the food is good and coffee but I think is too expensive for the money I didn't get much spend $13.23 the place is small they have sport TV and looks clean the tables were clean and they do have restroom and lots of free parking spaces it's in shopping center next to Starbucks store and Chevron gas station.

I came here because my usual east coast bagelry had just closed. I got an egg breakfast sandwich and it was a little disappointing being a single microwaved egg. The bagel tasted very good, so I would come back for the bagels, but I wasn't a fan of the egg quality for the breakfast sandwich.
The food is always good, but the service can be better. I asked for no bacon but 2 eggs, the gentleman who was cooking it put one egg and was going to put the egg tray away. I said “excuse me” to remind him of my request, he turned around and said “I know I know, 2 eggs” annoyingly. Then they charged me for an extra egg. Where’s my discount for no bacon? I’m not penny pinching but the logic bothers me.

The bagels were okay, but a bit on the dry side—definitely could’ve used more sauce. What really threw me off, though, was the orange juice. Minute Maid poured into a plastic cup to look “fresh”? Really? If I’d picked up the order myself, I would’ve spotted it right away, but I guess the sticker presentation is meant to fool you. Here’s the kicker: the ingredients on your so-called “orange juice” literally read Water, Minute Maid!!!!!!Orange Juice from Concentrate. That’s it. No mystery, no freshness—just concentrate in disguise. If you’re going to advertise great bagels, the least you can do is serve actual fresh orange juice. It’s the simplest ingredient in the world: oranges. And last I checked, we’re in California—fresh oranges aren’t exactly hard to find.

Okay, you can say I'm one of the chosen ones if you're catching my drift. Anyway, the bagels are not so great compared to many other places in the food I asked for an egg bagel and their pre-made not made to order and they suck! It just was not good so I do not recommend this place and there is no atmosphere to speak of.
Need to have a thin or skinny bagel. Second major issue is that staff lacks the knowledge of checking coffee station for refill of coffees and creamers. Customers always needs to get in them and refill and return coffee and creamers. Common sense right.
This is my second time here in the early morning. I wasn't too happy the last time with my food but figured I just went on a bad day and would give them another chance, given that there is hardly anywhere else decent open to get breakfast at 6 am. I ordered the brisket egg sandwich and it definitely was not worth the money. The bagel did not taste fresh ( it was hard and rubbery) and they skimp on the brisket. The quality of Bruegger's in the last several years keeps getting worse, which is really unfortunate.

Took me 5 minutes to order just a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Employees were all too busy watching soccer game to even properly engage with a customer. The TV was blarring like i was in a bar.Was not very busy. Random homeless person back pack in a booth. I will never come here again! The place was dirty no napkins in counters dirty and disgusting. Not worth the $7.00 I paid!

Flat bagels and unethical staff. Many people know this. Don’t take my word for it, go for yourself, the food and staff are bleh. You’ll see. Additionally, there are a lot of complaints with this location in the reviews, so I have a lot of backup. Bagels are flat and small compared to other locations and their advertised pix. You’re better off going anywhere else. I’m done with this location after this incident: The male Manager who is always there didn’t put avocado on my bagel, I brought it up to add, he told me it was extra. My partner paid for it AGAIN. The addition of Avo was marked on the wrapper of the sandwich, when I got my bagel back he had thrown away the wrapper with avocado marked. This is petty and unethical. I won’t be going back. This is how MANAGER rips off their regular customers — NICE MOVE. There is an older male employee who is always there in the A.M. as well. He doesn’t know how to make bagels. I was buying a lox and cream cheese sandwich for $12! And he only put cream cheese on one side, I had to ask him. When you’re ordering, he’s in a daze, looking around, doesn’t care, and slops sandwiches together as if they are free and is skimpy with ingredients, they are all trained this way. My entire order was $22, just for me, so it’s not okay to be delivered such disappointments when the price points are not cheap. Please get better employees. I’ve been a regular for a year with my family and I’m done with this location. We spend at least 30-35$ for simple, skimpy fare, BUT NO MORE. Such a shame. I’ve told my neighbors about these and other issues and a good amount of them don’t go for their own reasons either. This location gives the franchise a bad name and should be reviewed by their corporate office. I’m emailing them this review. Hope it was worth scamming local regulars for $2. ✌️
Every time that I come here, they are out of everything bagels. And although they advertise their bacon as "peppered," I haven't seen (or tasted) pepper on their bacon in several years. I view this is yet another formerly beloved fast casual chain that is now in a death spiral....
