Just had an awesome gym session (L-Sits & Pullups) and wanted to try something new for dinner to refuel. After asking around for a good spot to eat “DonerG” was recommended. I decided to give the place a shot and was well received upon entry into the restaurant. The chefs were cool and explained their meal options and provided samples without request and upon request. I decided to get a beef shawarma plate and overall found the beef to be well seasoned, the veggies to be fresh, the pita to be a nice soft texture and the rice pillar to be good also. Overall, it was a good meal. Would definitely return in the future for a good meal. 👌🏽👌🏽

The food here is great. I had a Istanbowl, my wife had kibbeh which was awesome as well. Adam provided great service adding additional sauce. The Serrano and garlic sauces were our favorite. We took home taco turco home for later. Had a great time here.

I got their plate with beef. It was my first time trying this place and the portions are good. Their protein size is really generous and the hummus spread was great with pita bread. Next time I'll come back with their other menu options. They have alot of good quality food to offer. Their beef was juicy and fresh.

Still one of my favorite soup places in OC. I come here strictly for their Hainan soup! Looks like they are currently offering a special on all you can eat noodles. Some tables are communal.

I ordered carryout and appreciated Claire's suggestion of the MyHutBx which consisted of a personal pan pizza, 4 pc chicken bites & a drink. However, I ordered bone-in, but received bone-out, which was ok, but had to return for the drink. Overall, the meal was tasty, carryout only location clean & friendly staff.

New Pizza Hut Meat Lover's Melt is outstanding. Loved it and also the marinara dipping sauce that came with it. Excellent taste and excellent value. Unfortunately, the Cheese Steak Melt was a dud. In fact, we didn't eat it. Taste uninteresting. The "Steak" appeared to be from a processed roll, not the freshly grilled that that was shown in the advertising. Came with a ranch dipping sauce that did nothing for it; would have been better to be able to get the marinara dipping sauce with it. Staff was very good to deal with, deliverer was excellent. Delivery took about 30 minutes more than the 25 minutes that was indicated when we placed the order on the website. The website was a bit clumsy to deal with in placing the order. Hard to move to the section of the menu we wanted. Also we could make modifications to the order easier when placing a phone order than at the website. Finally, the cost of delivery including tip almost doubled the cost of the food we ordered (2 melts). However, the cost was clearly indicated when placing the order, so we were not misled about this.

This is a high-volume Pizza Hut locations. Sometimes the wait is pretty long and you need to make sure that you have order-takers repeat your order back to you. Have had a few experiences where we don't get the pizza that we called in. It's okay though, the staff works hard and does their best.

This is our go to neighbourhood doner place(when I don't want to cook at home). The chicken kabob and doner tastes amazing and succulent. I am not a big fan of beef doner. The servers are usually kind but if they are busy they can be a bit edgy. It's a cute place with inside and outdoor seating. The portion size is good. The baklava is decent too.Would definitely recommend. Halal

Everything was mine except one thing. I live 5 minutes away from the pizza hut location I picked up my order. When I arrived home, the pizza was not hot or at a good warm temperature like it should be. I was a bit disappointed in that. The taste and the toppings were good, though. However, the pizza had to be hot to really enjoy all the flavors.

Pizza had too much sauce and did not taste right. I spent over $20 for a media pizza on valentines day but it was not good at all. I could have gotten 2 large pizza or more for the same price if it was going to have sauce dripping on it too sweet and not tasty at all..

The sauces such as the marinara sauce used to be free. Also when I received my order there were no packets for parmesan cheese and pepper. These are basic complements that are expected in pizza houses. Especially the sauces that were once free. Instead people are forced to eat the entire pizza crust with their throats dry. Please reconsider bringing back these complements for all. Pizza hut has one of the best pizzas, chicken and pasta! I would be disappointed for the quality of the food to be lowered because the lack of complements that can boost the food.

The food quality at this Pizza Hut has always been mediocre, but it's nearby and I could easily get quick delivery. This location had it delivered by Doordash. The driver didn't respect the contactless delivery request, didn't know English, showed me receipts for more than triple the cost, and didn't know if the order had been paid for or not. I think I'm done with this location.

Maybe lunch time its fresher, but I have not been to a Doner in years and can see now I was not missing much. update: I updated my review from 1 to 2 stars because of the honest response from management about getting a batch of chicken before the new one was ready, or was it pre-cut (a big no no). In that case, the manager needs to make a judgment call. I think it's best to be honest up front, and the customer would appreciate it! I hope Doner figures it out soon before it's too late.

Don’t know the managers name, but she was working tonight. I believe her name is like Alma or something, but she was extremely rude. Her system malfunction and she told me that she needed void this transaction and I was going to have to pay for the pizza all over again and I told her no because I already paid for the pizza , and I’m not going to wait for 3-5 business days to get my money back. The pizza was made I was charged, what am I not getting. She the one who had an attitude by telling me “Go ahead take the pizza , enjoy the pizza” ! With such snark in her voice! You better believe I’ll enjoy the pizza, I just paid for it. Corporate has already been called.

Online order. In store pickup. None of the sauces were provided with the order. Took me over 3 months to get a PARTIAL refund (on the sauces) after a long email chain with multiple follow-ups. Refund was disbursed as a store credit instead of an actual refund which I do not want since I’m disgusted with the experience and not interested in going back.

I ordered from here yesterday they use door dash now which would of been great if I knew I got a person who didn’t know any English and couldn’t find my apartment number which I never had a problem with at all he left my pizza at the front office on the floor without telling me and it pissed me off because it was over a hour and he could of just said meet me anyways it took another 40 mins after the hour I waited for another pizza and I have 3 kids and I’m pregnant and I was hungry as hell I will never order from here again

The worst place to eat there. They have no way to tell you when your order is ready. You have to go there and check or stay inside while your friends are outside. There are no images of the food options/prices anywhere. No fountain drinks. The small pizza I ordered came with 4 pepperonis! That's just ridiculous. I left there hungry but decided to not order anything else from there. Never again.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with this so-called Turkish restaurant. It feels like the chefs have no idea how a real doner is supposed to be prepared. The meat was made incorrectly and had nothing in common with authentic Turkish cuisine. When we pointed this out, the staff could not give a single clear or professional answer, which shows a complete lack of knowledge and responsibility for their food. Additionally, the cola had a strong chlorine-like taste, making it impossible to drink. This raises serious concerns not only about quality, but also about basic hygiene and water safety. Overall, the food quality, service, and attitude toward customers were unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.
