Food is really good and the service is fast and friendly. I can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. The prices are also very good for the amount of food you get.

Just the best, and they open early. Our go-to place for weekend breakfast.

This place is my favorite "local bagel shop" that you don't want other people to find out about. haha. Always fresh bagels everyday. The sandwiches are great too! reasonable price compared to elsewhere. I think it is the owner/manager(not sure how it works) I see often is always working hard, genuinely kind to customers. great place to have it near your home. ;)

Can't complain about it for a quick grab-and-go stop in my mornings. I've always loved Einstein Bros, so I was really happy to learn about there being one in my area. Even more so when Raymond, the store's general manager, had given me a freebie heart-shaped bagel on several occasions when I'd ordered ahead! As a college student, it's always much appreciated-- thanks! :)

The bagels were fresh, soft and tasty. The atmosphere was warm and clean, The service was attentive and appropriate, and most of all - did I mention, the bagels were soft yet toasty and tasty.

Great place for a late, super quick breakfast on Saturday! Such friendly service by our cashier who gladly explained menu items for us. In and out areas to eat too. Loved my Sammie and iced latte!

I have to admit this place has both indoor and outdoor seating super friendly service and a great rewards program so I started off with the six cheese bagel, toasted and cream cheese that seemed only arouse my appetite since it was lunchtime I had to have more so I came back and I got the pepperoni pizza bagel. It was worth it inside. Seating is nice. Music is great and the place smells absolutely delicious all the way through outdoor seating is nice and tranquil because it’s recessed back from the parking lot so you don’t have to deal with all the car sounds the pepperoni pizza bagel was super delicious. There’s so much more to try. I will be back.!

Best bagel shop. The man taking the orders was locked in. Works as much as 2 people. And these bagels taste so fine! The staff listen and make your bagel sandwiches perfect! If I could only eat one thing the rest of my life it would be an Einstein Bros Bagel.

Just toast once on low, add pizza toppings and place in the air fryer until cheese is melted.

While we were out shopping for bathroom tile and cabinets, my stomach started growl so we stopped at Einstein Bagels. Wow! They have some of the best bagels and amazing, unique choices. We ordered a Chorizo Sunrise breakfast sandwich. As soon as I saw a Green Chile bagel, I knew I wanted it. It had a Chorizo Sausage patty, Smashed Avocado, Cheddar Cheese, fried Egg and Jalapeño Salsa Shmear, all served on a Green Chile Gourmet Bagel. We also ordered the Texas Brisket Bagel Sandwich. It had smoked beef brisket, cheddar with smoky chipotle aioli on a new Jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel. Super yummy! You can't go with any of their sandwiches or bagels. I wish there was one closer to my house!

I usually go here for breakfast on weekdays. I like to customize my bagel sandwich. I start with a jalapeno bagel and add bacon, egg, cheddar, roasted red peppers, red onion, and cheddar cheese, with a spicy tomato spread.. Delicious! The temperature is usually a touch too cold inside the restaurant, so bring a sweater!

First time getting catering and was pleasantly surprised! I have high expectations when it comes to bagels (coming from the NY/NJ area). So happy that I can get my fix here. I ordered a baker’s dozen + box of coffee, and I only needed to call maybe 20 min in advance. I love their unique bagels ie: mac and cheese gourmet bagel ^_^

Our family visits this bagel restaurant from time to time, and it’s always a pleasant experience. The place is consistently clean, and the staff always welcomes us with bright smiles. We’re always satisfied with their kindness and the freshness of the bagels—and today was no exception. On our visit on July 19, we were especially impressed by a Hispanic male employee with black hair and a blue T-shirt (unfortunately, we didn’t get his name). He was incredibly kind, explaining our options clearly and serving us with genuine care. Thanks to him, our Saturday morning started off wonderfully.

I highly recommend the maple French toast bagel, toasted, with honey almond shmear. The crunchy sugar on the outside perfectly compliments to soft center, and the cinnamon Maple taste is the added bonus. Great staff and fast service.

Very nice place, very good bagels, and service was very fast and helpful. The only complaint I have is about the avocado toast bagel - to mess up avocado toast in California is just disrespectful.

This is an updated review from 2 months ago, the atmosphere and employee interactions were pleasant. I ordered the garden avocado egg bagel sandwich and maple house egg sandwich online. My food was fresh, delicious, and ready in 15 minutes or less. Thank you Raymond for the loyalty note and heart shaped bagel. See you again soon!

First of all, I'm gonna base most of this on prices. I know things have gone up but $10 for a breakfast sandwich is just ridiculous, especially considering it's nothing special. Bagels, I give a solid 6.5 out of 10. They were good, but not great. I think they rank about the same as the Bagelry.

I ordered the farmhouse bagel which comes on a cheesy hash bagel and received it on an everything bagel. First time here and didn’t think I’d have to check and open my bag to make sure it was made right before I left. Disappointing.

I felt really bad for the cashier she had a line almost out the door and I see people in the back standing there not doing anything not only that she was the only one reloading bagels for the customers. I think they need to take a look at their processes to make it quicker for customers. I ordered 2 bagels and it took 15 minutes.

Fast service and lots of choice but it just tastes mediocre. Where can I get a real NY style bagel…

One of two restrooms is out of order, the other is too filthy to use. Having said that, the bagels 🥯 are good. The service is decent. The location is beautiful. The breeze in the patio is breathtaking. The strip mall where it’s located is beautiful. Parking is free and easy. Next time I’ll take my bagels to go.

Too bad their cashier was unnecessarily rude. He even made mistake to put less bagels and put the one already cut and baked from someone’s missed order. It has been worse and worse. I hope company pay their employees better.

This location is filthy - the restroom was almost unusable, the tables are dirty, and the staff is extremely slow. As I write this, I’ve been waiting almost 15 minutes for a simple bagel with cream cheese. This is unacceptable for such a simple order. I really love Einsteins, but this location needs a serious makeover. And this isn’t the only time I’ve experienced this. I try to come back and give the benefit of the doubt, but it’s the same inconsistent mess every time. The owner needs to be more aware.

I’m a regular customer and I usually order through the app, and sometimes I'll eat my bagels at the shop. On Sunday, I ordered a gourmet bagel brunch box with a large coffee. When I received my order, two things were missing, my muffin and the coffee. It was a bit frustrating because the whole order just felt rushed and the food didn’t really taste too good this time. It was hard getting their attention to let them know I was missing items and overall, they just seem in a hurry. Not sure if they’re understaffed. But the customer service isn’t the best. I felt like I was bothering them even though I was the one missing items. Not only that, I wanted to sit down and enjoy my coffee and bagel, but all of the tables were really dirty and there were crumbs everywhere, including the tables outside. Not very welcoming.

Went in Memorial Day, disappointing. Manager looked cranky and seemed to ignore the long line to register. Note to manager who doesn’t seem to care, if you run a bagel special on Mondays and you stopped that special, maybe consider telling customers, who specifically asked for the dozen special, that promo changed…before they order, have the bagels sliced in half and find out at register.

I never know what I am going to get with Einstein Bagels because there is no consistency in their work. Sometimes I'll get a bagel that's prepared correctly but oftentimes, I'll get a bagel that was put together in a rushed or half-a**ed manner. Makes me wonder why I should go to a bagel place where they don't know HOW to do bagels.

The bagel was great and tasty, but the people who worked here just terrible. They don’t have manner and how to be nice to people to answer. Their ignorance will be the reason why Einsten Bros. Bagels got 2 stars. . . I hope they can trained the people who work in this place more nicely and friendly. . .

We are talking about bagels here. It does not take a brain surgeon to know how to make fresh, tasty bagels... don't forget the cream cheese if a clients order cream cheese in their bagel... cut some fresh tomatoes, don't just drop a slice or two of lettuce if your client did not order it...and most important have some customer service attitude. Don't give your client a hard time because you forgot to write down in the wrapper which bagel had light cream cheese or regular cream cheese.... Have some pride in your work! UPDATE on review. And as you can see, I AM the one that has to do ALL the work in contacting them and updating my review if I got them to fix THEIR issues.... What happened to "pass by the store and we'll make it right"?? That would be they would have to do something on their part to fix things.... but they are hopping that by "contact us and we'll see what will do" reply the client will forget about it... No Sirs. I will not forget and I certainly hope others will learn from this at least.

Burnt my order of cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and messed up my morning! Then nobody bothers to answer my call to complain and get a refund. Ain’t going back there for nothing. I’d rather go to The Bagel Shack on Alton, dude!

My husband came in early to get 5 dozen bagels. The staff was rude and yelled at him for placing such a large order and not calling it in. Then, they didn't even get the order right. If it's your first time placing a large order, how would you know they prefer for you to call it in? And then to not even get the order right is very frustrating. Update 12/31/2024: I have not received a response from Guest Services.

2/14 UPDATE: I reached out twice through the link you mention in your reply - zero response. The other location said you should:could easily refund the purchase - when she called on my behalf your “team member” said “no”. Do everything you can to avoid this location? They refuse to answer your phone calls and will literally hang up in your face. They refuse to offer refunds and point you to the corporate website, even though all other locations offer refunds when mistakes are made on their part or yours. 50% of the time they will have a mistaken, your order so if you still insist on ordering from this location, check your order. The coffee is always stale empty the coffee area is always dirty. Bathrooms are dirty. This place is not run. Well it’s a shame they continue to stay busy. This entire location needs a management change and retraining of their staff to understand what customer service needs.

Update: Went in and ordered a combo based off of the menu hanging on the wall. They wouldn’t honor the combo pricing and wanted to charge me extra for the OJ, which the sign on the wall says is one of the options in the combo. Wasn’t thrilled before, now never coming back. Original: The food is pretty good but the coffee sucks. Kind of an import part of the breakfast experience but it’s always weak/almost clear coming out of the coffee station. I recommend the maple house or the all nighter for food.
