Great halal Chinese option. The beef was really tender, and broth was full of flavor. They also had handmade chewy thick noodles which tasted really good. The employees were also very polite

Came here after a soccer tournament and wasn't disappointed to say the least. Service was above and beyond. Waitress took her time to help us navigate the menu. Our two boys ate everything! Wish we had more games near here. Family of 4 was $75.

I drive past this place almost every day, never thought to try it until something hit me and I just had the noodle craving, and it's definitely going to be visited more often this place is super sick! They hand cut their noodles and it retains such a great quality, the soup itself I got the regular beef, not a lot of kick to it so those who are sensitive to spice you're good, I'll go for the spicy next time. Inside is pretty simple, they've got a nice open space, nothing overly done in terms of aesthetic, they really want you to focus on the food. The orange chicken I also had, super crispy and definitely a good shareable. Our waiters came back pretty often to check in and fill waters, I enjoyed that they were really on top of it. Next time your cravings lead to noodles, soups, etc, this should be heavily considered!

Noodle St. in Irvine is one of our favorite noodle restaurants. My kids absolutely love it! We've dined in many times. They offer a variety of handcrafted noodles, and it's always fun to watch the employees prepare the food in the open kitchen area. The table service is quick. Our noodle bowls always arrive swiftly after ordering, so there's less wait time. The noodles are consistently tender and chewy. Expect many customers in line during dinner time, so it's best to arrive early. Highly recommended for a delicious and enjoyable meal!

Tried their Pasadena location and it was great. So when I was in Irvine decided to try this location and it's spectacular. Great location with Lots of free self parking, unlike Pasadena. Found out that this is their only HALAL location. All menu items are halal. So if you're looking for any of their pork dumplings you'll need to visit their other locations. We ordered The beef noodle soup, braised chicken over noodle, beef wrap pancakes, and chicken wings. All are super yummy. Portions are large and prices are reasonable. Service is top notch. Restaurant is clean and a bit trendy. Definitely recommend!

I always went to the Fullerton location, today was my first time at the Irvine location. The food is pretty good and I like the set up of the store. They ended up seating is at the last table by the kitchen and it was a bit irritating and loud next to the kitchen with all the server moving. I just recommend asking for a further table to have a more peaceful dinner lol

This is an amazing spot. The interior design is beautiful and very stylish. The food here is great: the soups are delicious, beef pancakes are fantastic — very juicy and fresh — and cucumber salad is really good. Custom plates and sticks add a touch of individuality. The waiter was nice, friendly and attentive. Great service overall. We had an a fabulous experience here.

Noodle St is seriously underrated. We come here anytime we're in the area because the food is so good and reasonably priced. They're pumping out fresh noodles that are perfectly chewy. The tomato egg noodle is SO good I get it every time. Maybe because it's out of the main Irvine areas it's not as busy? Either way it is excellent.

Great find for a variety of freshly prepared noodle centric dishes. Also, beef roll and scallion pancakes are well worth a try. Great service in a contemporary, pleasing setting. Visited again August 2024. Got greeted as I entered and was seated immediately. Male server took my order and I requested that beef rolls preceed second item, stir fried hand cut noodles with beef. The noodles arrived first and were soon followed by the beef rolls. Not the way I wanted things, but not worth making a fuss about. The food was attractively presented and tasted great. Half the beef roll order got boxed to take home.

Noodle St is an absolute gem! Their noodle dishes are a culinary delight, each one more delicious than the last. I ordered the beef noodle soup and was impressed by the rich, savory broth and tender meat. Service is quick and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a date night or casual dinner. Prices are reasonable, especially for the high-quality food and service you receive.

Noodle Street Restaurant (in Irvine): A 5-star establishment in every respect. My wife and I like to occasionally experiment with new restaurants in search of hidden gems. Well, we found an entire treasure chest when we chose to eat at the Noodle Street Restaurant, right here in wonderful Irvine. We’re going to list the things we’d like to bring to everyone's attention: 1. Service was outstanding (5-star). 2. The menu was fantastic, with many unique options (5-star). 3. The quality of the food was (5-star). 4. Portion sizes were in the solidly “large” range (5-star). 5. Best “Black Iced Tea with Lemon” that I have ever tasted in my life. It was large, cold, fragrant, and had an amazing flavor. Just Wow! (5-star). 6. Extremely fast service (5-star). 7. Prices were extremely reasonable, especially when you consider the large portion sizes (5-star). 8. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the restaurant was (5-star). 9. Plenty of indoor seating (5-star). 10. Again another great “overall” (5-star) rating. We were also fortunate in that we actually met the manager, and even spoke briefly with him. We were highly impressed with his demeanor, courtesy, and attention to detail. Like any captain of any well-run ship, he was a clear master of his environment, and his team were all phenomenally well-trained, efficient, and courteous. The man is a leader, and his team clearly worked to emulate his mannerisms and helpful attitude. We were extremely pleased. My wife and I are also big fans of Din Tai Fung in Costa Mesa, and we feel this specific Noodle Street restaurant, right here in Irvine, is far better. No joke. These folks know what they're doing. We will definitely be going back. For those of you who just want guaranteed great food, without any form of hassle, come here, you won't be disappointed.

Great food at reasonable prices. The service is top notch. The waitress is always friendly to our kids. The staff come regularly to make sure drinks are refilled and everything is good. The restaurant is extremely clean. Once we came during quiet hours and we saw the staff cleaning all the chairs including legs! This is our regular spot for quick eats.

This place is the real deal. Their beef pancake rolls and knife cut noodles are better than 99% of stuff I have ever had in China. Beef chunks in spicy beef noodle soup are so tender they just melt in your mouth. Beef pancake rolls are STUFFED with green onions and cilantro and they put just the right amount of sauce inside the roll for you! Kimchi fried rice is pretty good, but the noodles are where it’s at. The chefs in the kitchen are all Asian and older, which is always a great sign for me - highly experienced and with a unique cultural connection to the food they are cooking! My girlfriend and I have tried many of the food places in/around Irvine, and this is our Irvine must-visit. In fact, this is the place we went to for our goodbye meal before moving away. Very sad that Noodle St won’t be just a quick drive away.

I am so hooked on the fresh noodles at Noodle St.! I think we just don't realize the difference between noodles that were being rolled and pulled right before they are tossed in boiling water and the dried noodles that we make at home, or that other places use. This Noodle St. didn't have the same variety as the one in Fullerton, but the Beef Noodle Soup didn't disappoint, and the Fried Calamari appetizer was spicy, crunchy, and chewy, served hot and delicious. I had the Iced Peach Black Tea with my ramen, and my wife had the Passion Fruit Green Tea. Both were sweet and went great with our meal.

3rd noodle St I've been to and never disappointed. Very consistent and great dishes. Service and food come out very quick. Prices are very good, especially for the atmosphere and plating. Beef noodle soup is fantastic. Beef is super tender and just falls apart. The knife cut noodles are great here, and usually I don't like knife cut. Lamb sticks are cooked and seasoned well. The beef roll pancake are a favorite for us. Perfect ratio of meat, greens and wrap. The stir fry noodles remind me of shrimp lo mein you would get at most American Chinese food spots, but it's better ingredients and elevated a bit. Knife cut went well on this one as well. Parking is plentiful in this shopping strip, so that should never be an issue. The soy sauce and chili oil on the table are pretty bad. I'm not usually picky about it, and it isn't really needed. But I would encourage them to pick different ones.

Absolutely amazing. The knife cut noodles is top notch. The broth is amazing. The meat portions are satisfying. It's a big bowl. So far I've had: Signature beef noodle 10/10 Spicy beef noodle 10/10 Noodles with minced beef sauce 10/10 Beef roll pancake 11/10 !!!! I asked for a side bowl of spicy broth soup to go with me minced beef noodle dish. The beef roll pancake was BOMB. Goes perfect with Balsamic vinegar and chili oil. I also dipped it into my side bowl of spicy broth. Overall 10/10 great portions, flavour, and price

This place is a dream for foodie zabihatarians. Like all that longing for cool food that ya never had. Bc all the meat here is halal! Them hand cut noodles be dang chewy and hella flavourful. They give you a pair of scissors if you ask nicely for the noodles. Also be prepped to be in the SPLASH ZONE with the soup. It’s worth it but you will probs get some on you. Beyond the noodle soups, the other noodle dishes are amazing. Even the cold noodle dish is bomb. Also them beef patty rolls, 10/10. Portions are pretty large, but also I don’t eat much. The staff is chill and really nice so be nice to em!

There is a Noodle St. in Fullerton that I’ve been wanting to visit for a while. Then I discovered that there is another location in Irvine. I am popping in to give this a taste today. The interior is very modern with bright red accents and a sharp aesthetic. Today I am trying the signature beef noodle soup with standard round noodles. They advertise hand pulled noodles, and spicy beef noodle soup is one of my favorite dishes. On a return visit, I would be interested in trying the spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles. Apparently this soup has a different broth, plus I’d like to try the other noodles. In addition to soup, this menu also offers some appetizers, rice dishes, and Chinese style sides such as lamb skewers, scallion pancakes, and beef roll pancakes. The broth is a light clear broth with a splash of pepper oil on top to add some spice. This broth has lots of flavor from multiple herbs and spices, while still being light in texture. The spice is very subtle and is not that strong. The noodles are clumped at the bottom. Unearthing then reveals a medium thin round noodle. The noodles are not all uniform in shape, which is a positive as it is an attribute of hand pulled noodles. These are rice noodles so they are lighter in color and bouncier in texture, without much chew. Their flavor is excellent, packing great noodle flavor that makes a fresh made noodle special. The beef on top are thin slices of sliced beef shank that fall apart easily in the mouth. They don’t melt like a fatty beef, as they are very lean an fall apart due to the thin slices against the grain. The beef has a unique flavored to it, and is clearly seasoned with some herbs and spices that make it very tasty. They have great flavor, but I am still fond of a slighter fattier beef in my spicy soup. That is entirely preference though. There are also multiple circular slices of radish in this bowl. These are nice as they are firm yet not crunch, and have a mellow flavor from soaking up the broth. I think this is an appreciated addition. This was such a delicious bowl of noodles, I would absolutely recommend. The spice is subtle in the beginning but it builds with more flavor the more you consume. It was the perfect amount, adding just enough for flavor, while coming no where close to “super spicy” territory. The noodles, broth, and all of the toppings were delicious, and I finished every last drop of the broth. I would love to come back many times, and I think this is an excellent place to visit.

My favorite noodle place, the soup is very authentic, knife cut noodle is not as good as it used to be but still is the best in town. The beef roll pancake, on the other hand, is overly sweet, clearly reflecting an Americanized Chinese dish.

Great food. Loved atmosphere but pricing are not what they posted. They did not honor what the prices listed on this Google map/menu.. Everything was over $3 to $5 more. I even showed them listed price and asked to seen by Manager. The cashier said oh there is nothing we can do. So sad. I was over charged by $15 to $20. I hope they care abt what the customer saying instead of being so greedy. You must honor price listed or change it before someone tells you. Not happy with this experience

Impeccable service. I first was introduced to Noodle St while in Pasadena and loved it. I was super excited to see there was a location in Irvine close to home. The restaurant appears to be getting popular as the last few times I've come here it's been packed which I'm happy about. The Korean bbq over rice is my absolute favorite item on the menu although everything else I've had here has been great too. Their chili oil is out of this world and I pour it over everything.

This was a random find but we hit the jackpot ! The place was so clean and modern yet held its cultural flair in design! The staff was welcoming and sat us right away. Major points for being Halal ! The plates look incredible and tasted impeccably delicious. My kids couldn’t get enough either although it was their first time trying these types of dishes to the point they wanted to endure the spicy options just because they were so good! I’m so grateful I was lucky enough to find this place—-Will be back soon!!

Cannot recommend enough! I’ve eaten here multiple times with both friends and family, and whenever I introduce it to new people, they say they’ll start bringing their friends and family too. The meat is halal at this location, major plus if you have such dietary restrictions. I’ve tried most of the menu items and never once have I disliked anything. Large portions for a reasonable price, they aren’t shy with the meat either. The lamb skewers are a must-have appetizer, and their knife cut noodles have an excellent chewy texture. I enjoyed both the soups and dry noodle dishes, and the flatbreads and rolls have always been excellent as well. Brought a friend from China one time, he called the Qinghai cold noodles the best he’d eaten in the US. Overall, Noodle St. Irvine is of my favorite noodle spots in OC, one of my go-to halal restaurants, and a place I recommend to anyone and everyone I can.

I had such a wonderful experience at Noodle Street. The knife-cut noodles were absolutely amazing, so authentic, hand-crafted, and perfectly chewy. The broth was so refreshing, flavorful that I ended up drinking almost all of it. The chicken wontons were delicious with a great texture, and the chicken wings were roasted to perfection, very yummy. The service was also fantastic. The staff noticed we were using napkins as bibs and kindly offered us plastic bibs without us even asking. They also kept our water filled and brought extra napkins, thoughtful touches that made the meal even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic, handmade noodles and great service.

The second beef noodle soup place we went to in one night because the first just didn't hit the spot for us. This was exactly what we were looking for. The Taiwanese style spicy beef noodle soup was amazing, especially with the chewier thick knife cut noodles. The portions were generous; by the time we got to the beef roll pancakes we were kind of full. The roll was flaky and crispy. There was an issue with one of the soups but the management made things right. We would definietly come here again for the spicy beef noodle soup.

Fantastic food. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because their shopping center has outdoor seating, but they insist of serving you with to-go containers if you eat outside. This makes eating outside (in an age of a COVID endemic) a pretty miserable experience. The the first 6 months they were open they were happy to serve you outside but no longer.

Limited noodle choices, but it’s actually authentic zhengzong and I like noodle’s diy vibe. My spicy beef noodle was tasty.

Good service through busy time. The kids liked the stir fried noodles. We got the beef noodles which were decent. Standard noodles felt fresh and had good bite.

Good food and interesting service!... Roaming around Irvine searching for somewhere to eat with something soupy and warm, my girlfriend and I came across this place. We joined the Yelp waitlist and once it was our turn to be seated we went inside. Once inside, we waited in another line to get to the check-in kiosk which was a little inconvenient since it cause a crowd of people to awkwardly wait inside by the front door. I feel it would have made more sense to place it outside of the restaurant. The host, or at least the person at the register for the to-go orders, was stressed and it was very obvious. She was visibly in a hurry and talked extremely fast and seemed to be running out of breath. The one server (at the time) was also walking around stressed and at times was visibly upset with that person. The restaurant wasn't full, but the seating on both sides were taken. The long table that runs in the center was completely empty. Well, empty until we came. We got seated at the long table. Any who, the food is what you want to know about! I ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup/Rice Noodle Soup and the Beef Roll Pancake. It didn't take long to get the food, maybe 10 minutes at most. How was it? - Spicy Beef Noodle Soup/Rice Noodle Soup: Chunks of beef shank, kale, pickled veggie, cilantro, and green onions. Between standard round and knife cut noodles, I went with the knife cut noodles well... because my girlfriend chose it haha. It was a good choice though, they were wide noodles and hit the spot. The meat was good, decent sized chunks and very tender. The soup was tasty and had a good kick to it. - Beef Roll Pancake: Beef, green onions, cilantro, and hoisin sauce. These things were huge. Plenty of greens in each of them. I've had beef roll pancakes at other places and wasn't a fan of how sweet they were. The ones here though, are just the way I like it. Not overloaded with sauce and not heavily sweet. These were good. Plenty of parking everywhere in the lot, though I can see it getting more full later in the night. We came around 6PM and didn't have a problem finding a spot. Service was OK. Even with the limited interaction that I had with the stressed out workers, it got me feeling stressed as well! I'd come back for the food :).

Had eaten at Pasadena Noodle st and had loved it. The food @ Irvine Noodle st was just as yummy. The only thing I missed was the noodle making with hands, The knife cut noodles were hand made, but the thin & thick noodles were made with the machine The taste however, was really good

Place was nice and clean and food was pretty good. We ordered the Korean BBQ rice and it was 7/10. My wife ordered beef noodles and it was 8/10. Worth a shot if you want to try something different.

The thick noodle is good Also really like their beef roll and beef dumpling, its crispy and juicy. The beef noodle soup is alright, but my friend like it. Skewer normal.

Unlike other locations, this irvine location serves halal food. The menu is limited as there are no pork items. This is probably the best branch in terms of environment. It is spacious, bright, and clean.

Friendly vibes and good service. Would go with friends if they wanted to go. Parking situation is great, easy to find parking. Recommend: beef noodle soup, beef rolls. Criticisms: knife cut noodles are too soft, soup is watery and salty, and dishes don't have very much meat in general.

J

The beef pancake roll is having less and less beef and more vege. I paid the extra to add more beef like it used to be but it turned out no extra beef. Very disappointing!

This place can be a hit or a miss depending on who services you there. Two of the staff there are very unfriendly and don’t follow up with customer requests for food order prep. Beef quality here is average. They don’t use the best beef and they don’t use the worst beef so beef quality is average. Offering freshly made knife cut noodles is a plus but those are often undercooked.Fried rice here is not so good and more Americanized. Beef rolls to cut back on cost they add throw in all the stems from Cilantro as well into beef rolls. 😳🙈 Beef in soup is often on the chewy side as they don’t use prime beef and just boil it. Once in a while you get lucky and can be a little less chewy. For spinach here they use the American Spinach and not the Taiwan spinach and leave stems in which are not soft. Those stems will continue to chew as you chew them. Knife cut noodles noodles often undercooked.

This restaurant offers Northern Chinese noodle dishes. The whole place has a fast-food style. The clear broth beef noodles are flavorful, with a rich broth and generous portions, earning them high praise. However, the dishes other than the noodles can only be described as terrible. The fried tofu is cut too small, making it seem more like a snack than an appetizer. The beef roll was cold, likely prepared in the morning and left in the kitchen, and they didn't even bother to heat it up when ordered.

The food was fine, but it is annoying they force you to tip an extra 3-7% on top of 20% for a party of 6 or more. This excessive tip is well beyond the norms and is for impersonal and limited service.

We liked the stylish ambiance. We were really impressed with the decor. We were not too impressed with the food, however. If you like salty dishes, this is the place. Most of the dishes were drowned in salt.

Their hand cut noodles and signature beef noole soup definitely live up to their trade mark. Unfortunately, I have to give low rating due to poor customer service. The waiters barely understand English. We asked for water without ice and they brought them with ice. No one smiles or checks on you whether your food is good or if you need anything. You have to raise your hand for everything including the bill. The noodle soups came super quick, but the beef pancake wrap came 20 mins. later. I don't think I'm going to be a frequent flier here because the poor customer service.

Tried almost everything. I would only order the stir fry beef or maybe minced beef. The wonton or dumpling is good but pricey. The other items were not good especially the savory chicken. Would not get again

A

The Spicy Beef Noodle soup was bland and watery. First came out was not super hot but luke warm which was sent back and remade. The lamb skewers were great but lack garnish. The photo shows several skewers but only three thin ones are presented. So looks like ‘Bait and Switch’ . Beef rolls are good with extra hoisin sauce. Fried calamari’s are good! Will not order the beef soup again! Place is nice and clean!

Didn't like the food or the noodles. Strange after taste. Beef soup not very flavorful. Most menu items marked as spicy.

It's not my preference; I usually don't enjoy noodles, so my rating might be lower compared to others. I have specific noodle places I prefer due to being picky. Additionally, the soup and spice flavors weren't to my liking, and the spiciness overshadowed other tastes.

Taiwanese style noodle. I will give it a 5 star if it's not Taiwanese Noodle. I never like Taiwanese Noodle because they are too mild for me. But the place is nice and the service is good too.

The service is nice and quick. The green beens were a standout as well as the broth of their signature beef soup. But the noodles lacked flavor and were too chewy. The vegetarian soup was flavorless and could not be improved

Ate here twice and both time got sick, first time I thought maybe I had milk tea before that’s why it happened, I liked their fried rice and cucumber salad so end up ordering take out and yup got sick again, not sure what’s going on, some other people mentioned getting sick, be careful :(

Their 1 vegan item is very tasteless, barely any flavor and there was sliced tomatoes in it for some reason. No vegan apps other than salads. Just feels very lack luster if vegan. Non-vegan items seem fine

Gone are the days when affordable Chinese food was fresh and good and tasty. Nowadays, we have these chain restaurants managed by mainland Chinese . The girl that waited on us, at 2pm 12/18, was unfriendly and incompetent, no plates, no spoons for serving or eating, never returned to ask if we needed anything so, we asked another waiter for service. The beef Noodle soup tasted ok but had a very dark broth and only God knows what gave it that color. The Chinese pancakes were crispy but had no flavor which was odd considering that fried stuff with green onions usually has lots of flavor, the cucumber salad had lots of garlic that was obviously not fresh and the cucumber was not crisp and fresh. In summary, not a place to eat again.

B

I love their spicy beef noodle soup with knife cut noodles, it is what I order every time I go to the Fullerton location. Today we came to the Irvine location for the first time. Hmm… it costs more here and I understand it’s “Irvine price”, but the portion is a lot smaller, it was like not even half of portion I’d get at Fullerton, not only this, all my noodles were very short pieces, almost like leftovers, I had to use my spoon to scoop them. What a disappointment. I would not come back to the this location again. I’d rather driver further to Fullerton.

Don’t know who likes the food here. The radish in the beef noodle was raw. Change it but still raw. Probably just ABCs enjoy this. NOT AUTHENTIC AT ALL.

The waitress were very bad service there. Since we order just stare at us rude. And the whole time just rushing we didn’t even finish and took the plate. The whole time no service not even a word only when ask for tips. The food compare with other location really not good. And the food oily make me feel bad want to 🤮next day. Very wrong decision to go there.

M

Yes, they charged tips based on the price including tax!!! Like others, they charged you more tips than what you checked on your receipt. Please double check 2 days later

J
Joe Qin

Not rating for the food, we went for a party of 6, I understand you need to charge gratuity automatically with a large party, I am fine with it. BUT you can’t fool customers by adding a 20% of the after tax amount.. When we questioned the bill, the waitress said it is suppose like this…

S
Shu Ding

Very bad service compare to the one in our city. When we went there they asked us to wait until all of us arrived. Then they just let us sit on the big table in the middle with other groups. The quantity was no that much. The worst thing was the servant set the 20% tip on the machine and we didn’t even notice that. They only gave us options for extra tips. My friend didn’t notice that and gave him 7% more tips based on the price AFTER tax. I will never come back to this anymore. We love Noodle Street not this one in Irvine.

Ordered to go food, sat down to have a few bites before running back to the office. Before I could sit down I had a waiter about 6 inches from me telling me "sorry sir you cannot dine in, to go orders have to be eaten outside". I counted 18 open seats, they insisted I could not stay. After telling them this is a really silly policy and meaningless way to uoset a customer I was told, "we will make an exception and allow you to eat here just this one time." Lol, no thanks. I went and ate outside in the heat hoping good food would change my mood, NOPE. $20 FOR THE TINIEST of portions!! No need to come here there is lots of other spots in the shopping ce ter

We went to Irvine on Wednesday night thinking to get something to eat. I wished I didn’t. My order is through door dash. We had beef noodles soups and beef wraps. We were complimenting its noodles were yummy but the beef tasted bad. And yes, the very night 3 adults and 2 children were vomiting and having diarrhea. It ruined my trip to Irvine and now I’m back to Bay Area and we were vomiting still. It’s such a pain to drive back from SoCal. We needed to go to gas station to throw up and bathroom. I feel bad for my babies to vomit all over the car seats. Health Department should visit them to make sure food is fresh.

My daughter loves this ramen, but after the last three times she had ramen, she had severe diarrhea twice. She only ate ramen and then had diarrhea. Do other customers have similar problems? Please pay attention to this issue

P
Persnickity

Compare with other reviews we must hit one of their off days. Beef roll has only one piece of beef and filled with cilantro and green onion. Big plate chicken noodle's chicken tasted stale. Tomato egg noodle tasted like catch-up with too much sugar. The only thing worth eating is the noodle. It's freshly made and good texture. Be aware if you go with a big party. They added 18% service fee and calculated tax with the service fee added.

s
sann Ahmed

There serving size is too small. We ordered signature beef noodles they gave us the 4 thinnest size of beef pieces and it was so small. For $14 dollars you are only giving us noodles.. really disappointed.. There prices are too high and their serving size is small

O

My daughter got poisoned with your chicken noodle today. We ordered using Uber foods. Won't order again.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since 2024 and have always loved the bone-in rib with rice noodles—the food is consistently great. In the past, the service was just as good. However, this time I came alone and had a very disappointing experience. A few of the newer servers were impatient, rude, and seemed to stereotype me. It was a poor customer experience overall.

C
Cindery Liang

UNSAFE and DISGUSTING! In the middle of the pandemic, they gave me UNWASHED water glass with leftover chili oil or whatever it is in there! And I didn't notice until I'm half way through the water!!!!! When I told the waitress she somehow decided it was my fault (??), got mad at me and started to give me attitude. Like hello? Putting this aside, it's almost impossible to get their wait stuffs' attention! They are always looking the other way!
