They got real good customer response and support in terms of choosing food and combos. Nice environment and ambiance.

It was a great experience. Just baffles me why there just aren't any customers! Have the other chains just forced there way into our life's and Burger King just sat there with not many changes. Not so sure. What I do know is that I've loved Burger King since I was a child and still do. You guys always provide food, clean facilities and a great experience all the way around. Thank you!

This location is fast and clean. Great service every time I go around lunch time. There is a crew of Latina ladies that make the burgers fresh and fast. This makes it a reliable option for me during my lunch period. The only gripe I have is about this location no longer serving salads. This has nothing to do with the staff so not deducting stars for it.

I hadn’t seen a genuine smile at restaurants in so long until I came to this specific Burger King. All my recent visits have been great! Staff is welcoming and have great customer service and I haven’t had issues with my orders. I definitely recommend this location. 🤩

Fast service. Clean establishment. Went in to grab a quick snack. I really wanted some French Toast and they were good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They do keep the restrooms locked during business hours so it’s a bit of an inconvenience having to wait in line to let them know you need to use it. i understand the reasoning behind it though so i don’t really mind.

They bent their one-coupon-per-customer-per-visit rules for me and allowed me to use two. Was able to get two bacon cheeseburgers and an order of seasoned curly fries for $4.28. Avoid their restrooms, however... Just sayin'...

I always receive good service through the drive-thru at this location. Food is always HOT and my drink is not overloaded with ICE. I did however go in once and i was greeted at the door by a homeless woman who seemed to be under the influence. I have no issue with anyone nor am i being judgmental, but from a business perspective , this is unprofessional and it actually hurts business sometimes. That is the reason i knocked off a star. Other than that this place is great!

We had about the standard BK experience. The roads around it and other buildings are a big mess right now (today is February 7, 2023), so keep that in mind when visiting. The staff was good. Now. That said... I swear on my pretty floral bonnet, the next time I get a rushed "anythingelse??" after the second item and between every item until I'm done, I'll probably explode in a burst of salt and confetti. Not nice confetti, though. Really UGLY confetti. If any fast food employees are reading this, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF WHATEVER GOD YOU WANT TO INVOKE stop doing this!! Ahem. Good overall, WAY more annoyed by the wacky traffic routing than my experience at that BK.

Burger King used to have a ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato on a hoagie bun and I used to buy it everyday cuz I work down the street at haverty's. Wish they would bring that back. They're bringing the chicken sandwich back. Please bring the ham sandwich back

My husband works nights and we usually go by here around 1 - 1:30 am. Some days they aren't even taking orders. And tonight, no one even acknowledged us at the speaker or the window. I will have to decide if I am willing to spend my money here again...

Most of the time, this location provides quick service. There have been a few times when we have had to pull out of the drive thru in order to wait for our order at the front door. My one complaint about this location is the lack of various workers at the drive thru for their gratitude and courteousness. My husband and I have both commented about the workers talking more to their co-workers about other things as they hand out the food than to thanking the customer. It almost feels as if we have been an inconvenience during their conversation.

They take too long for my order but it was a big order but it was not worth the wait when the little of things can be messed up.. they have me 1 ranch and 1 barbq for 32 chicken nuggets.. my kids had to share but still in didn't make sense to me. Even after I asked for extra... chicken nuggets were too stiff. But my kids love burger King. Thats the only reason I go. Hope they can get better.

Went through the drive through a while ago and ordered some chicken nuggets. You could tell they weren't fresh. They were kind of burnt. It wasn't even busy at all so they could've at least made some fresh since they had the time. They should put more effort at their job. They didn't even give us any ketchup. McDonald's was busy, would've preferred to wait in line instead. I've gone to this BK before but haven't had any problems until today. It's probably just the morning staff

Bad attitude from employees. Several customers asking for condiments and employees get upset. I asked them for tea to drink due to not having tea out for customers and they seam upset, I said thank you and they just turn around and left . Not friendly at all

I usually come here to grab a quick bite in between bus rides and business in downtown irving like the bank, etc. The past five times I've been here the food has been barely warm, like it had been under a.warmer since lunch time. The time I'm eating this meal it's 4:06 PM. When i come in its a hit or miss with friendliness. I could honestly care less about that part, i just wish if I'm paying 10$ on average for a meal that it would at least be warm. It's not even warm this time around. :0( I honestly would rather wait 20 minuets at the McDonalds a bit further down and get warm food and for less, than deal with this another time. I'm really really sorry.

They have good food, but the customer service is not it! The lady in the drive thru was so disrespectful. She interrupted my order, and when I said I wasn't done she said "thank you (my total, I don't remember it) come to the window." I've never had an experience like that before, some people don't need to work drive thru.

I wanted to try the new pretzel bacon king burger. I very seldomly turn to Burger King for a meal, however I made this time an exception. So, my girlfriend and I went inside and noticed it was a bit empty and thought we would get our food fast. We ordered and the cashier had no emotion. As we waited for our food it got a bit busier, and there were only 5 people working at the time. When we got our food, it was cold and incorrect. When I went up to let them know, the same cashier was rude and took the burger out of my hand willingly and they added bacon which was cold as well. I did not even enjoy my meal even though I was looking forward to it. Will most likely not return to this location as the staff was subpar and the food was cold.

For it's good but workers are foregetting their manners and being polite...I was on drive thru and everytime I was saying something he never let me finish my sentance with a "anything else" "that's it" or with a "what else". I told him so and he got mad and switch the person speaking on the drive thru...how sad that our new generations make fun or laughing when you tell them their rude. How hard is it to say "would you like a dessert" " that would complete your order" would you like to make you meal large" something POLITE..he was rushing me to tell him my order and I was the only customer on drive thru. No wonder it's empty

The Whopper was ok. It was falling apart when I unwrapped it. The 2 original chicken sandwiches tasted like peanuts. So weird. The OG chicken sandwiches used to be so great. Overall rating is 3. Do better, BK.

When I come here the food is good but service is terrible.The crew just looks at me, no hi may I help you or be right with you. No smiles. And they often speak amongst themselves in Spanish saying rude things about black people. I understand Spanish and this day crew discriminates against black or poor people. I've seen it and experienced discrimination personally at this location. Every time I ask to speak to a mgr. or ask a question about their behavior they just stare at me or say she's busy or she's not here.

This place looks like is about to close, the nuggets taste old, there is no straws, no ketchup (they only have ketchup in the front cashier), the top of the bun in my whooper is dry, last time here, having a very nice McDonald's soooo close.

Burger King was alright, Sort of. The food was great, well prepared, however, it took more than half an hour to receive our order, they served multiple people first that came after us, about 10 orders, after that, they gave us our food. The fries were great, soft and crispy at the same time, The burger was packed with flavor and the meat was on its point. The drinks tasted absolutely horrible, kinda like whenever you smell sewage, that's how it tastes like and with a small bit of flavor of the drink you're choosing. Will I come back to this establishment ever again? Probably not. Pro's : - delicious food - clean establishment Cons : - Mediocre service - 35 minute waiting time - drinks tasted awful, They probably haven't cleaned the soda dispensers.

This is the worst service ive ever had at a fast food joint i asked to upgrade my drink to a large woth my meal theu said it was 4.00 more when I asked after I left and went in how m8ch to upgrade it only costs 1.40 more so 🙃 make it make sense

I was the only person inside the restaurant. Stepped up to the register and all three people ignored me and didn't even look at me. After a little bit finally they came to the register. I said I like to use your restroom please, (the doors were locked, probably due to the homeless nearby) no smile no expression she just says it's for paying customers only. I said I'm not going to take food into the restroom that's a little disgusting and she goes well you can order first, so I did. afterwards she unlocked the restroom door and I had to clean the dang toilet before I could even use it!! That took a few minutes. So when I finished, I stood there waiting for my order, then as if the restaurant was crowded they looked out and said number 22. No smile no expression not asking me if I need anything jelly, sauce whatever nothing. Even though I do take advantage of their breakfast 2 for $4.00's and their iced coffee is usually pretty good, so I can't say I would never come here again because I will. But there's no mystery why Chick-fil-A's lines are around the building and into the street and when you come to Burger King there's never anybody here. The Ham croissant and my vanilla iced coffee was very good.

This is the third time I've seen blatant health code violations just thru the drive thru im terrified what I would see on the inside...no gloves ever...no masks ever....and today the chubby chick w tattoos sneezed all over some fries she was holding..put them into the bag then continued to gather food. Didn't even bother to wash her hands. And when I asked for her to please wash her hands before she touches my onion rings gloveless with the hand she just sneezed on she totally ignored me was silent and gave me an evil glare and asked me to pull up away from the widow (probably so I couldn't see what she was doing anymore) Then I heard her mumble cuss words as she walked away from my car when she brought me my ice. Not only was she nasty and unsanitary but extremely rude when ASKED to do her job in a cleanly fashion #shouldbefired. Frikking disgusting. I won't trust this store to touch my food ever again I just threw everything away. Shes clearly sick I saw her for 5 mins and could tell she was very ill.... send the girl home when she's sneezing during covid. So unsanitary and last time I saw the same girl she was touching her face and wiping her nose then touching fries and food. Why the hell is this girl infecting everyone and allowed to touch food? Put her on money at least no way she follows health code...super gross. Id like a manager to contact me. Unacceptable.

We was there Jan. 21th. No ice...machine out should have gone and bought some... burger and bun was cold.. restaurant not clean... there was an employee that had 3 children there one was sleeping at a booth...looked sick and 2 others running around. I will never go back there and I have a bad feeling about all Burger Kings and I used to love them.

Manager hates me. I was trying to pick up food for a church youth group and ended up being 45 minutes late. I went in to avoid the drive thru line. Initial service I received was standard but I waited 15 minutes while the drive thru was served. Eventually the manager came back up to the front and I asked about my order. She said she was waiting on fries... I asked her if they take 25 minutes to make and she gave me a look and waddled off. Another 10 minutes went by and I spoke loudly so that all the staff could respond to my order status. After letting everyone know that a youth group of under privileged kids were waiting on me to bring them dinner before their bible study could take place and that I had already paid for my food, the order magically appeared. I can't go there anymore because somehow that manager still has a job and recognizes me immediately.

This location is horrible. They are understaff and it reflects on the service they provide. I went to get an order to go and the doors where locked. This is the second time in under 7 days this has happened. Ive made my mind up that I wont be giving them anymore of my money. Keep your service. Burger Kings future doesnt look to good from my view

Very rude employees that work there! They yelled thur the Entercom to "wait hold on I'm trying to fix an issues with the grill" and all I said was "hello" and that was Sunday night 10.2.2022 On 10.1.2022 the lady on grill said "hold on" when there was only one vehicle ahead of me and she yelled of course! There is no need for RUDENESS! And I'm going to need corporates number!!!!! Oh and this morning the lady said "no burritos" I said ok let me see.. after a moment the lady yelled "HELLO" and I'm shocked! I told her "AM STILL LOOKING" AND DROVE OFF!

I've been here 3 times at off hours and my food is ready in 20 seconds. They keep all their products under heat lamps and "double dip" into the frier to rewarm and I get extremely nasty, half hot, soggy friend products. Burgers that bare barely warm. This is literally the worst fast food I've been to in all of DFW. Don't eat here! I should have known by the lack of cars on the lot, but something convinced me to pull in anyway. 3 times. Never again. The food is ALWAYS bad. I normally give a place a second chance because I know we all have bad days. But I don't think that's the case here.

This place needs a whole new staff. They are rude, nasty, and always on their phones when I do go. This is the 3rd time I have been here in 2 months and it's still the same. Get a new person running that store because obviously who ever is running it does not know how to discipline their employees or just simply does not care!!!

Came to pick up an UberEats order today, but was told when I arrived at 11:55 PM that they were closed and, to quote the person I spoke to directly, "didnt have any food". I double checked their hours, since they are not supposed to close until midnight, and asked why the order wasn't completed before they closed, since normally UberEats orders are completed and packaged by the time the driver arrived. The person again repeated that they were closed and didnt have any food, and that I needed to cancel the order. Having worked in food service in the past, I understand pre-closing and wanting to get out at a decent time, but it seems irresponsible to just outright refuse to fill an order before your business's posted closing hour, especially since it affects both the driver and the customer who placed the order. Reported the incident to Uber, in hopes of avoiding such incidents in the future.

Probably the best burger king in the area, but that's not saying much. Good customer service and hot food except for the drive thru. Find people who know how to take an order without getting confused about what "only lettuce" means. Hint: it doesn't mean lettuce, tomato, and onion.

What is going on here?? Why are they all so angry??? We walk in ( not just this time) n they walk past us doing drive thru they won't even acknowledge us. I went into the Burger King located at 200 W Irving, Irving, TX today May 6th at approximately 5:30pm. I ordered my meal and sat in the lobby to eat. I brought my laptop to complete some work utilizing the complimentary Wi-Fi. I started to stream a video as I ate before beginning my work. A male employee walked past me to observe what I was doing on my laptop. With a couple of minutes. The complimentary Wi-Fi was severally limited the I no longer had any access to it. I called the store from my seat in the lobby and I asked the male that answered the phone call. Why the Wi-Fi was no longer available and explained that it's access coensided with the not so discreet observation from the employees. He said that he didn't have access to modify the Wi-Fi to which I said that he obviously did as I was now completely blocked from using it. I asked him why do they provide complimentary Wi-Fi if they limit and or no longer allow customers access to it wherever it suits them. I highly recommend to avoid this located as they seemingly prohibite the use of.the public Wi-Fi to whomever they choose. This is a form of discussion and I expected the management staff to be aware of their actions. Please use caution when visiting this location.

Workers here have to be smoking some joints in the back room a little too often. I order a Dr Pepper and large ice T. I got a coke with no ice t. They reclaim the spoils of the bad experience and demand the coke back… I get home to find a goodwill version of a whopper. It had bacon on it, but not like a full strip. It wasn’t as added bonus like the onion ring in a order of fries. Just some left over bacon crumbs on just one spot. Yikes. The meat patty was replaced by two smaller meat patties from their cheap burger instead. Like everything about my experience was ghetto. Don’t come here unless you want a watered down version of what you really want.

I always ask for mozzarella sticks and nuggets and the nuggets are always rock hard and never in good conditions and the mozzarella sticks are always hard as well, the workers are always just socializing and don't get the orders right because of how distracted they are. It's always something wrong or missing in my order & they need to do a better job .

This is the worst Burger King! The number online isn’t even theirs. They have never gotten our order right even once. My mom got a bacon and cheese whopper with everything on it and it had ketchup, bacon, and a single pickle slice. Are you kidding me?! They couldn’t even make their signature burger! And you can’t contact them! I love Burger King but we never eat it because the one around the corner from us is disastrous. I’m definitely calling corporate this time. Enough is enough. I can’t believe they’re still open.

Update to this review. I tried to give them an other chance and mad a new ordered 2 days after the first order. I had the driver to check the order and make sure it was right and she did. But they lied to her and said the whoppers had bacon on them. But they did not. They also had to make the Shake after she asked for it. Never order a delivery order from this location. Do not order delivery food from this location. I have mad 4 orders from this location and 3 of the 4 times the order was wrong. No bacon on the burgers, chess sticks instead of poppers and did even get the mike shack 3 times.

Don't special order your food because it will come out wrong. They also don't give you everything you ordered. I didn't come home with the drink for the kid's meal and I had to ask for my onion rings and those were cold.

I love their Whoppers and the prices aren't bad; but every time I eat there, I get a receipt that I can not read, they need to put new ink in their receipt printer. They have a big deal about a survey for a free Whopper, but a person can't use it without info! Also their Phone# listed online is WRONG! I was going to call the manager, but got social services.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would do it they are horrible we asked to go to the restroom and they said that no whenever they opened it for someone else

I've had nothing but poor service from this one. Online ordering is a take your chances situation. Ordered two sets of the two for 5 bucks deal. Two sandwiches short, no fries. No phone number for local store. Sent a message to the "headquarters" three days ago and have heard nothing back. I love their burgers but service and app are terrible.

This location is a joke. It says it opens at 5:30 but multiple times I’ve gone there at 6:00 and 6:30 and it’s closed. Order has been wrong multiple times as well. Needs to be under new management because they’re definitely not giving McDonald’s competition

When asking for ice cold coffee, they always say they don't have it. This has been 2 times that this has happened when I go there to order it and food

new building, old food, bad service - consistently get my simple order of 2 dollar menu items wrong at the drive through. Worst hamburger bread I've ever tasted. It's stale, flat, and chewy in all the wrong ways. Never thought I'd say this, but do yourself a favor and visit the McDonalds instead if you're actually considering this place. The service is much better and they rarely, if ever mess up my order.

For weeks I've been coming to this location. They normally don't have customers because most people go next door to McDonald's. Still, I don't like the lines so I go to Burger King. For over 3 weeks they've had no milk shakes. Today they ran out of Whopper meat. Burger King without milk shakes and whoppers? Really? I'm going to Griff's or Whataburger from now on. Don't recommend this place to anybody.

I asked for a rodeo burger spicy chicken sandwich a street taco and 10 pc nugget... My nuggets and both sandwiches were cold. And my taco was also old looking. I sent the food back to get it done over but was given the same taco just warmed up the nuggets were rubbery and I didn't get a spicy sandwich they said they only had the regular patty with the spicy mayo. I ended up turning the burgers in and doing this review after my taco was meatless and we noticed the crack from the first taco was identical to the new one just rewarmed and turned around in the wrapper. Smh

Was trying to resolve this over the phone but they don’t even pick up the phone. I bought a spicy ch’king sandwich and when I was finishing it I noticed there was a mold growing on the bottom bread. Not sure how much mold I consumed, but I’m hoping no one else eats molded bread.

I never rate stuff but this time I had to I ordered food was excited to try out the new Adams’s family menu, the only thing that was good was the burger everything else had a weird smell and taste to it I still have an after taste of the food I had to just throw it away, when i first got my food I thought it was just the bag that smelled nasty, but no when I tried out the fries immediately I threw them away and the rest I also did, I tried to call to make a complaint or ask what could’ve happened but no answer. I started to think it was probably just me but no the whole day I’ve been okay with my taste buds and smell and the moment I received my food it’s when it started I was very disappointed.

Sorry place to go to and order. Ordered a double whopper and they got it all wrong. To the lady that answered the call with her smart Mouth I'll be there to talk you the same way you talk to mE on the phone. There is a reason why you have to double check your order before giviNg it to the customer. They clearly advertise 2 for $6 sale which includes fish but they won't give it to you. the manager refuses fix what's advertised, just keeps pushing the picture that doesn't work on the computer

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s the same quality of service: POOR! I’ve waited in line next to customer’s while either the manager or employees literally just casually walk past us as if we’re not there. The manager (the man on the fourth picture if you go to ‘photos’ of this restaurant) of the second shift doesn’t care what happens on his watch with either “the customers” or “employees”. To put it simply, he’s awful at his position. As someone who worked in the financial industry for a large bank for multiple years, and dealt with extremely high volume on a daily basis, I can easily identify customer service quality, and this is by far the WORST I’ve EVER experienced. Save yourself the time from this type of experience and just drive to another location. You’ll more than likely experience much better and quicker customer service at any other location for sure.

Worse customer service. Was in drive thru 39 minutes and hadn’t made my order. Worker was very rude. He was yelling, screaming on speaker to the car in front of me and then me when I pulled up to order. Still had to wait in line due to him being unable to hear my order as well as the person in front of me. Will never come back to this Burger King!! Whole staff need to be disciplined!

Doesn't open at 6am. Had to wait until 7 to order food. Smh the ladies inside seemed like they had a problem. The sign on the door said 6 am if it isn't correct you need to change it. They didn't have a problem talking to the other person with a lighter skin color

I just ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with a value onion ring at this location. This is the third time I have ordered food at this restaurant and it was below standards. The food is not even hot. I went back inside because normally I am at lunch to complain. Mgr didn't care, handed my money back. I'm the only customer folks! Not worth it, not having it my way today at BK. SKIP THIS ONE.

Our mushroom Swiss melt didn't have any mushrooms. Fish sandwich that had lettuce & extra ketchup ordered on it was missing both. The fish was overcooked, borderline burned. The french fres were overcooked but my dog was grateful when I gave them to her. The two orders of 8 mozzarella sticks we didn't get because the guy at the drive thru window said they were out & we didn't get the cup of soft serve that came with the melt because he said they were out. All of this was ordered on the app ahead of time & he said he couldn't refund any of it. This location is horrible & I will never spend another dime here.

Came in for some onion rings , they were under cooked, cold and Soggie. But the biggest issue was me asking for a water and being told it would be 2.00 ! I bought food in your establishment and im expected to pay 2.00 for a water cup? Seriously I get THEFT is a thing but u can go somewhere with the BS! The entire dining room was dirty no clean tables to sit. I know im just 1 person but im not the only one with a problem at this location yall at 3 stars!! Hopefully you will be gone soon with the trash food and service!

The staff was rude and the food was mediocre. We went back after we ate to order ice cream and the entire staff just ignored us so we just walked out. If I could give it zero stars I would but we'll never go to this location again.

It was an African American male looked like he was possibly a manager I walked in about 8:05 maybe a minute before stood for a minute or so at the counter then he came out thought I was going to be greeted I even said hello to him and go nothing back he walked with his head down on the phone to the bathroom and then opened the door peeked in and came back out still looking at his phone and walked to the back in the walk in freezer. Then the poor guy working the drive thru had to stop what he was doing mind you he was very busy and so was the one lady in the kitchen to come and take are order. Then another employee came out the bathroom at 8:23 and had been in there since before I arrived. The two people in the kitchen need a raise.

I would rate this place a negative star. I went last night to order a kids meal, there was no toy in there, they said there ran out. He said there was no toys at all . This isn't the first time. It's always something with them. Workers do the bare minimum.

I was banned today because I asked for a manager cuz. They charged me $2.80 for a cup of ice. They said, I complain because they don't put the cheese when I pay for it. They don't say they're sorry. They don't apologize. They do not take care of their customers. They don't care about their customers. I went into the store yesterday September 30th for 2025 the assistant manager is extremely unsanitary. They were mixing hot food with cold food that was old and left over. As well the assistant manager dropped the chicken fingers container and she also took and used that container and put somebody's food in it that is unsanitary I promise you she wouldn't do that to her food and she wouldn't do that to her grandmother's food but she did it to a customer unsanitary and so you better make sure that they giving you fresh food and not old food mixed in fresh food that's unsanitary. That's disrespectful to your paying customers.

The service I received this morning was unprofessional. A staff member(short Hispanic lady) informed me that vanilla cold foam was unavailable and offered to make a vanilla iced coffee instead. When I asked if it could be made in a larger size to account for the $0.50 price difference(or just give me the money back), I was told no, as the drink was $1.99 plus tax. I explained that the cold foam is normally $2.49 plus tax, but instead of accommodating, the employee provided a larger cup filled with extra ice rather than additional coffee all to be petty.

I came here with my grandmother and younger cousins, they had to use the restroom and we're preparing to order after, The manager of the establishment or perhaps the team leader, Yelled at my family and told us in an extremely rude voice that we had to order first, we explained politely we were going to but the children had to use the restroom, she continued screaming and said we were on camera and that we had to pay for food first. Worst experience I have ever had, Extremely disappointed as I have been coming to this burger king many times.

Well.. I read the reviews and this is probably the worst BK in a 200 mile radius. I asked to substitute regular fries for the ghost pepper fries. Did not want do to so.. so I cancelled the meal and ordered just the sandwich with an order of ghost pepper fries. All of a sudden they are out of them Only positive is that the place is clean. Staff has the attitude of your avg DMV employee. They act like they don't want to be there. After a disappointing visit we went back to our car. Weed smell all over the place. That explained a lot.

Just moved to Grand Prairie and I love Burger King, but I'm definitely NOT coming to this location ever again and I advise you all to steer clear of it until they get new management and prep workers. I wouldn't be surprised if this location gets shut down by the Health Department. I only live 8 mins away, but I'll drive back to Garland location just to get the Burgers i know and love from Burger King. Poor excuse and a disgrace for a Burger King franchise location. This location shows no care for the presentation or authenticity of the menu. The nice woman attending me was very welcoming though, thank you. Hope they transfer her to work at a better location when they get shut down. I ordered a Bacon King with medium fried and drink. And an order of Onion Rings. For those who don't know what it should have, it's simple: • Top bun • Mayo/Ketchup • 3 half slices of bacon • Cheese • Beef Patty • 3 more half slices of bacon • 2nd slice of cheese • Beef Patty • Bottom Bun What I got was a SINGLE bacon king with 2 slices of burned bacon and a second patty. Refer to the pictures. The soda fountain was the only thing that was RIGHT. Since you can't really screw up a fountain drink since you dispense it yourself. The burger was slightly warm as if it had been sitting there for a while before the cook just slapped a second patty into it and threw his hands up. The fries were old, cold and not appetizing at all. The onion rings were cold as well, I have no idea why anyone would serve cold sides... The worse part was the mayo tasted past expiration, had a very sour taste to it. I ended feeling nauseous and sick after a visit to this location the next morning. Going to inform the health department after this. I repeat, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION for a good Burger from this Franchise we love.

I ordered ahead on the app and still had to wait for my food as if I had ordered when I arrived. My order was wrong. I ordered the spicy melt and received a plain melt. The cheese was non-existent. What is a melt with no cheese?!?! The second was the let's get this bacon melt combo, and it's just as pathetic. For something that's supposed to be heavy on the bacon, there were 3 tiny strips. Where's the extra? Don't waste your time or money at this location.
