This place is where you get hit with flavor, sound, and love—all in one sitting. Huge portions, real Peruvian taste, and lightning-fast service. Lorena (I think that was her name?) took care of us with the warmest smile—I love her. Music and overall noise are loud, but honestly, that’s part of the vibe. It feels like you’ve been dropped straight into Lima. Come hungry, leave happy (and maybe a little in love).

We had an incredible lunch at El Tesoro del Inca! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly service; The atmosphere is fantastic, and the restaurant also offers Peruvian products and decorations for purchase. Most importantly, the staff’s warm and welcoming attention made us feel right at home. To start, we ordered the Chicharrón de Pescado and Lomo Montado—both were perfectly seasoned and left us craving more. The Duo Marino was a fantastic combo of crispy Chicharrón de Pescado and tangy Ceviche de Pescado, and every bite was fresh and full of flavor. FYI, portions are big! The Chicha Morada and Maracuya drinks were refreshing and complemented our meal beautifully. For sides, the Yucca Frita and Plátano Frito were deliciously crispy. And dessert was the perfect finale—Leche Asada was creamy and smooth, while the Pionono de Manjar Blanco was the ideal balance of sweetness. El Tesoro del Inca delivered an amazing dining experience that truly captured the heart of Peruvian cuisine. Highly recommend it, five stars ✨!

The food was absolutely amazing. The service the same! The waitress from Peru, recommended from the menu and it wasn't the most expensive items either. The food was authentically flavorful and they also sell Peruvian grocery items and folkloric items. They have a variety of bottled drinks and they also provide a daily menu of fresh smoothies. They had live music and I was pleasantly surprised. The music was varied and a great voice on the gentlemen. We had tamal, papa a la guancaina, pollo asado, and el tío eduardo that is a sampler of ceviche, arroz de cilantro and a stew of tripe and potatoes un a thick sauce.

Peruvian born and raised here. First time trying this restaurant, big portions but flavor wasn’t there. I had ceviche and le faltaba sazón. We ordered choros a la chalaca and same… I’m not sure if it was missing salt or something else. I was excited to try it with all the good reviews. We ordered salchipapa and the fries were kinda raw in the middle. First time so I’m not sure if it’s was just our visit or what. We will see our next. We will give them another try. For everyone This is a store/restaurant so you will find all of type of Peruvian products. Brought me back to my childhood with all the candy and sweets

My wife and I found this Peruvian restaurant on our way to Dallas, Ft Worth airport. We really enjoyed the food, the service and the ambiance. Great place to enjoy delicious Peruvian dishes, and also buying traditional Peruvian snacks, seasonings and nick-nacks. Will certainly return on our next trip to Dallas, TX.

The place was packed with Peruvians, which speaks to its authenticity, and the live music by a Peruvian singer added a festive touch. They also have a small grocery section with Peruvian candies, spices, hot sauces, and even meat, which was a fun surprise. We got the Trio Marino, which came with ceviche and seafood rice—both were really good. The mixed fried rice with chicken, beef, shrimp, rice, and noodles was also a hit. The papa rellena was just okay, but the flavorful hot sauces made up for it. Overall, the food was solid and packed with flavor, even if the ambience was a bit too chaotic. The space is cramped, with tables placed so close together that it’s hard to move around. It was extremely loud, to the point of being overwhelming—I left with a bit of a headache. Service was very slow, likely because they’re understaffed for how busy it gets. The food was definitely good, but the overall experience felt chaotic. I’m torn—loved the cultural vibe and music, but the noise and lack of space made it hard to enjoy.

I hate to write this review because I love Peruvian food, but the lomo saltado we ordered today gave us food poisoning. My two daughters ended up in the hospital because they were vomiting nonstop.

I was really hyped to try this place out, especially after my friend raved about their ceviche. The drive was a bit of a haul (35 minutes from my place!), but I figured it was worth it. The ceviche was good, but it wasn't enough to justify the trip. The chicken was super dry and had a weird aftertaste 😖, and the pan con chicharrón was just straight up bad. Honestly, the presentation looked pretty unappetizing – it was a bit of a turnoff. Service was decent, but our waitress cleared the table (and took the salsa!) while we were still eating; Oh, and she asked us to leave the tip on the table because the owner keeps it which is outrageous. Waitresses have it hard enough already…If you're from FW, I'd say there are better Peruvian spots to try. Not worth the drive for me.
