I visited Shawarma Press recently and had a really good experience overall. I tried their Tandoori Chicken Wrap, which was absolutely packed with flavor — super spicy, juicy, and perfectly grilled. If you enjoy bold, fiery flavors, you’ll love it! The Tex-Mex Wrap was on the milder side but still tasted fresh and satisfying. I also ordered the Falafel Bowl, which was a bit disappointing compared to the wraps — I expected it to be more flavorful and crisp. However, the shawarma itself was excellent — tender meat, good portions, and wrapped beautifully. The place has a nice vibe, quick service, and reasonable prices. Definitely a good spot to stop by if you’re craving Middle Eastern or fusion-style wraps with a spicy twist!

If you’re craving a quick, healthy meal, Shawarma Press is it! - Falafel wrap + Garlic sauce inside - perfectly crispy and very well made. - Chicken Shawarma wrap + two sides - chicken was juicy and seasoned well. The staff and service was superb! We did have a difficult time finding a place to sit as several tables were dirty and there was a particular odor in the air, however, that would not stop me from going back!

I came here with some family just to get a snack during the day. only me and one of my cousins decided to eat and we wanted different shawarmas so we ordered the text mex one and the tandoori one and we asked them to cut it in half cus me and her wanted to eat half of one and half of the other. when we got the food we didn’t cut it which was fun but we had to go back and ask them to cut it. the food actually tasted pretty good i liked the shawarmas and the sauce was nice too. they also took a little longer than i expected to give us the food which surprised me a little considering the place was empty. the atmosphere is also good i liked the artwork and the colors on the wall and they had a variety of seats available.

The staff was polite and greeted me while entering and leaving 🤗 I ordered Falafel Shawarma, which was very dry and okay to taste. This place has so much potential and I hope they improve. First impression of the atmosphere and ambience was great, very nice, clean and organized restaurant. The customer service was great, the person behind the counter was respectful, courteous and when an item was overlooked she simply remade it without any argument. Kudos on job well done. The platter we ordered was really nice and so did the fries but the Cheese Pastry (mini pizza) "tasted like soup" as per my 6y old and I agree. The hummus was too sour and the pita was completely dry. If they retaste all their menu items and stay consistent with flavors I think they could do great.

My friend and I went to this restaurant for a food crawl. It turned out to be a great experience. The food quality was good and the quantity was really like Texan portion, if you know what I am talking about. I particularly liked the humus and falafel a lot. And the rice bowl was superb. And of course, the bakhlava was out of the world. I still can't forget the taste. It was simply too good. The staff were friendly and cooperative. When I told them that the entrance was not wheelchair accessible, they said they were working on it and hopefully by next month it will be done. However, the restrooms were wheelchair accessible.

Wrap of disappointment. Not sure if they didn’t put enough meat in my wrap because they were about to run out of cooked chicken and had a line of customers but I would have e been better off fed with a 5 Dlls chicken from Costco. My wrap was basically garlic cream and pickles. Don’t even bother replying with a apology. In not ever driving down back here. I was craving shawarma press as the Denton location was really good with a good portion of food. This is a joke of a place. Hope my 20 bucks let you buy another pound of meat to scam even more people. Wonder what you do with the leftover food at yeh end of the day. Just throw away rather than keeping your customers happy ?

I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was delicious as usual – consistent and flavorful. However, I also tried their new Kadak Chai, and it was a big disappointment. It came out cold and tasted very bad, definitely not what I expected. Hope they can improve it because the food here is generally good.

Like many of you reading this, I’ve been to plenty of restaurants, both good and bad, to know and understand the decency of customer service and quality food. I give this place a solid 2.5 of 5 stars. I ordered a supreme wrap, chicken wrap, couple of desserts and their Baklava and date Filled Cookies. Also got Shanina drink. Supreme and chicken wraps: 4 stars. Solid food with delicious flavors. Plenty of it in the wrap. When the food is heavy to hold, you know there’s plenty of it. However it was cold, like, they took it out of the fridge and microwaved it but didn’t heat it up enough cold. And I got there to pick up the food right 10 minutes after ordering. Shanina Drink: 0/5. Tastes like stomach vile. If you ever had sour cream, imagine it in a liquid form mixed with turnt milk. It was quite literally the worst drink ever. I ventured out for once and it was not worth it. Bites: Taste 3.5/5. Portion size 0/5. Service: forgot my drink with the order. Atmosphere: not bad. What you can expect of a low quality but clean middle eastern style restaurant.

Not much to write home about. Was expecting more meat but it was essentially just a fries bowl with a sprinkle of meat. Tasted good but not a place i see myself coming back to. Staff was very kind.

Worse taste and very stingy . I order Shawarma and not even close to the real taste of shawarma . And I so ordered Falafel in order for me to have hummus in it they want to charger you extra Seriously this is cheap . Falafel sandwich never has been without hummus why in the heck you charge extra for hummus.. you might want to charge extra for the bread but too and the salad all separately

DONT EAT HERE! The entire order is inedible. My large order was placed into a single bag, which resulted in juice and sauce leaking onto the wrap papers. The wraps were so wet and crushed that the paper adhered to the food, making them soggy and completely destroyed. Additionally, the bowl of food appeared mishandled, with sauce splattered everywhere. I asked if I could return the order for a refund and was told no because it was a $60+ order I asked if it could be made again I was told no again! I emailed customer service and they have yet to even acknowledge my email let a lot alone refund me

It used to be great, but the quality has really gone downhill. The wrap had an odd, unpleasant taste, and overall the food just isn’t what it used to be. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here anymore.

I have eaten here a few times. The last few times at this location they have decreased the amount of chicken in the shawarmas. This last time I barely had any meat in the shawarma so I informed the cashier. He told me that he’s only an employee and he agrees with me but the owner has asked them to only add less meat. See photos, seems like only tomatoes and tortilla.
