My food was good but the drive-thru service I got yesterday was poor. The staff may have been training, well that's how it seemed. The told us they didn't have lemonade and we had to tell them they do lol. Then they gave use 2 lemonades when we ordered 1. Then, I asked for jalapeno peppers and the clerk said she didn't have any then the man behind her got one for me. It was crazy

Ordered a chilada platter and they didn’t give us the taco that goes with it. Chips or caso. Also order two side tacos meat and cheese only and a side of rice. The two taco had the smallest amt of meat and cheese. This place is BS and doesn’t care about your order.

Normally I'm pretty happy with the service and food here, but my recent visit was less than stellar. During the peak of lunch rush, with about 6-7 people in line, they had one person working TWO registers. Im surprised that she was able to keep her composure as much as she did. Making matters worse was the fact that several well-dressed people walked out from the back area, made contact with others in the back of the line, and proceeded to laugh, catch up, and chat, with no one even concerned about the line or the situation at the register. I know that I don't know all of the context, but the cashier's face at them certainly backs my theory that they were some type of management team. And, as expected, my order was taken incorrectly while the cashier was jumping between registers. The only saving grace was that food I received came out okay.

I am vegetarian and I ordered two bean burritos. To my dismay, I got home and found beef in them. I will never eat at Taco bueno again.

I attempted to use this Taco Bueno gift card at this location at 12:20pm on Sat, June 29, 2024. The short Hispanic lady at the register said the gift card was counterfeit because it didn’t look like the newer card with a different graphic on the front. I asked for the manager. She said she was the manager. I shook my head and walked out.

Drive-thru experience... So, if I'm going to pay $8 for 3 crispy tacos, I'm going to go to a mom and pop shop from now on. The tacos were tiny. I wear Medium gloves and the tacos were smaller than my hand. They were also cold. They were half full of ingredients. See the photo. Mostly lettuce, almost no meat, 2 dices of tomato... and the shells were stale. This company is taking advantage of the hard workers, just like the rest of the government. 😡 The service was prompt. No complaints there.

Went in to have lunch and use the restroom between jobs. Found this location to have horrible customer service. The restroom was closed to the paying customer and locked so that no one could use it. The restaurant was practically empty. We were unable to get help ordering food from the staff. We decided to find food elsewhere. Don't waste your time trying to eat in here. They don't respect the customer. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that prove to be courteous and appreciate their customers. This shows why Taco Bueno has become a thing of the past. Torchy's Tacos is right across the street. They want your business and offer excellent service.

Ripped off. Look at the photo of the burrito compared to a normal kitchen table spoon. That's not a a $4+ burrito. Maybe a dollar. Charged a giant fee in top of delivery fee and generous tip. Tacos were just meh. Tasteless meat and tasteless taco sauce. Might as well eat raw cucumber, same taste. Epic fail!
