My girlfriend and I spent a week in Iseo and Il Meridiano was one of the restaurants we went to. We had a table outside, right at the street. The atmosphere there is great.🙂 We ordered a pizza, which was very good. But even better was the sea bass (branzino) that we had. It came with some mussels, which was surprising to us at first. But they were really delicious and especially the sauce was just perfect. The service is great and our waitress was really nice. A couple of days after our first visit we came back to order two pizzas for take away. We took them to a bench at the shore of the lake and enjoyed them with some white wine. Especially the Pizza Meridiano (with fresh tomatoes, rucola and different kinds of cheese) just tasted heavenly!

Sunday lunch, well-prepared first courses; the wait was a positive note, despite there being only a few of us in the restaurant. The fish first courses were carefully prepared, well-seasoned, and cooked al dente. The first course was also excellent, with gorgonzola, saffron, and walnut topping. Friendly service.

Simple but basic place, fair prices considering you're on Lake Iseo, good pizza and excellent first courses, if you're not demanding this is the place for you...

Great stop for lunch, they offer a tourist menu, but we had a shared mixed salad and pizza, very good

The Cacio&Peppe tasted good but not as authentic as we expected for the price. As well the portion was rather little. The service team didn't bother to come check whether we are content or not which was frustrating.

Truly horrible, to say the least. We had to wait at least half an hour for our dishes. I had ordered pasta with clams, but the clams were nothing special, and they were cold. As soon as I finished eating, and I only ate that dish, I got a terrible stomachache that lasted all day. Well, apparently you should make clams better, and I'm not just talking about the flavor. But to avoid making someone else sick and having them spend another day in the toilet, other than that, it was nothing special.
